on Love’s spark
of Light,
when ego’s thoughts
are everywhere,
may your breath
circulate Love’s flow,
You Are This and
You Are aware.
A decision to see
another way,
is often hard when
in ego’s throes,
This Light knows
what to do,
reach out and give this
to your soul.
When you need respite
from the noise
of thoughts that
run in circles, dear,
step off and into
Love’s true center,
Peace is with You,
always Here!

this is something
you do not choose,
step away from
ego’s chaos,
Here is always,
forever You.
Peace has not
external switches,
you cannot control
it here,
Peace is Everywhere
that You Are,
with allowance,
sense it Here.

You Are This
beyond time,
as you merge with
peaceful presence,
Here You Are,
at Home,
Divine!

And though ego
may take this
as a threat,
wishing to cast you
as a villain,
with gentle arms,
embrace the ego,
too.
Sense You in your
Wholeness,
there is no need to
toss out scraps.
You Are Here,
belonging,
knowing,
in Love’s sweet
moment of
Peace.
Here is acceptance,
allowance,
flow,
as you say
Yes to You.
You as a blessed,
eternal Be-ing,
forever belonging
as Love.

watch your self,
on ego’s stage
it is quite a show,
envelop all the
ego’s actors
with a Love so deep
so they will know.
You Are All of
This together,
All are One
and
One is All,
the plot lines may
be different,
but are you not
all searching
for Love’s sweet call.
Expand your heart,
extend your hand,
it matters not where
you begin,
Be You timeless
as your Self,
in This sacred moment,
there is no end.
Soothe and comfort
ego’s roughness,
with no conditions,
with no strings,
Be You tender,
sweet compassion,
in the arms of Grace,
say yes to Peace!

this is your power,
you sense it flowing
within you,
Love has brought you
to This Peace,
rising from the story
life has shared with you.
Believe in You,
whole and complete,
yes as human this
comes with flaws,
with no judgment,
accept, allow,
Be You, authentic,
connected to All.
Love is your
superpower,
loved ones and angels
see this too,
with awareness might
you believe,
their Strength and Love
is what fuels you.
You have what you
need,
you and your soul
are a perfect Team,
enjoy each step as
your journey unfolds,
so blessed and connected

you may write,
to learn, to know
what is beyond
your sight,
dear one, Be your
blessed Be-ing,
Be the experience
of Love.
Let go of what neatly
fits in a box,
release the world
that is run by clocks,
beyond the brain that
tries to make sense,
Be the experience
of Love.
There is order beyond
a chaotic world,
may you shift to
understand Love’s rule,
even as you navigate
the earth,
Be the experience
of Love.
Let Peace be the wind
beneath your wings,
release the myth that
ego controls things,
in any moment,
find your Self Here –
Be-ing the experience
of Love.
Step back from
expectations, dear,
look through and beyond
worry, doubt or fear,
Here You Are,
as Love flows through,
You Are the experience
of Love!

walk your path,
you are supported
as it unfolds,
your loved ones,
angels surround
you now,
you hear the calling
of your soul.
Know Divine Timing
is at hand,
you need not see the
journey complete,
have Faith, believe
in You through life,
you have what you need,
may this bring you Peace.
May you walk boldly
upon your path,
Love holds your hand
as you take each step,
all possibility awaits you,
precious one,
Love delights in hearing
you say yes!

rushed, chaotic,
you may wish to
slow down time,
you have this power
within you –
simply Be present
within your Mind.
Mindfulness may be
a concept,
but Be this experience
to sense Love’s calm,
you may not notice
shrinking time,
but is not your angst
nearly gone?
Mindfulness helps you
to Be all possibility,
ready to flow,
the “not enough” egoic
story,
puts you in a box
that feels tight
and closed.
You need not find
the door,
you can transcend
beyond all time,
You Are timeless,
in Love’s moment,
as You come Home
within your Mind.

with energy
that you can invite
in today,
what resonates with
your soul’s purpose
as you walk along
your way.
Indeed Gratitude,
Humility,
will ground and set
the tone,
might Reverence help you
share the Light within
that is your soul.
Ask Compassion to
begin with you
so it may overflow,
these harmonics of Love
play a sacred Love Song
that you know.
All you need to do
is say yes to these
frequencies anytime,
Be the resonance
of your soul,
This is Home,
peaceful, Divine!

momentum going,
where Love leads,
carry on.
Absorb what you
may learn from
experience,
but also experience
what you know,
Love is Light and
You Are shining,
where Light leads,
carry on.
Your pace may vary
as you walk along,
you may pause,
but you are not stuck,
sense Love’s invitation
calling,
your response is sacred,
carry on.
Sense the lightness
in your Be-ing,
you need not carry
any burden great,
Love lifts you up,
go with This Flow,
in Peace,
with Gratitude,
carry on.
