Dear Beloved,

You may have 
shoulds,
you may have 
lists,
your attention scatters,
giving you fits,
yes linear time is 
a clock ticking,
but dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Take but a moment,
allow the world 
to still,
marvel at your breath,
the power of your will,
now release the 
push and pull,
hello dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Here is the space 
that is beyond 
time,
Here is the quiet 
above thoughts 
and mind,
You Are Home in 
every moment,
welcome dear Beloved,
always with Love!

Everywhere, Love

Be One with All
around you,
be it concrete or 
forest lush,
Love’s vibration marks 
no difference – 
and Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

It may be easier to
feel when peaceful,
on bumpy roads yes
you cry out,
no matter what life
throws at you dear one –
Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

So yes, surround yourself
with what you need
to tune in to this vibe,
but always Now presents
This Moment – 
yes Love is Everywhere
You Are!

Your heart beats 
a rhythm like
a drum.

When you need 
grounding,
guidance –
your center knows 
where you come
from.

In any storm 
you gather in,
aware of surroundings 
and what to do.

Be steady and calm,
look around,
listen to your heart,
a gateway to You.

Life can feel sometimes
precarious,
energy shifts upon
winds of change.

Be steady.
Wholly grounded.
sync with Love’s rhythm,
come what may!

gaze with Love upon
what needs released,
there may have been
a time and place 
for what you realize
you no longer need.

Old stories,
loose ends from 
experiences past
may return to mind
as you reflect,
review,
now with Eyes of Love
and no judgment –
send Love to All 
and dear,
include you.

Behold the fall leaves
returning to their 
brilliant colors,
behold This return 
to You,
as layers lift 
may you sense
your lightness,
as your own brilliant

see what formulates

one now,
Divine Timing will help
clarify the timing
and the how.

Soften your focus,
heart and mind open,
your vessel of service
knows how to Be,

seasons begin 
their transition of 
letting go,
marvel at abundant
perennial’s persistence –
nature grounds you.

the world is not meant
to make sense,
find your Peace
in Love eternal that
grounds your body –

next.

Here You Are,
beloved Beacon 
of Light,
with Presence flow 
with Grace and ease,
Your Light shines here –
one of many,
but as One Love 
Here is All Peace!

Your Body of Light

In life,
relationship with body
can be a roller-coaster 
ride,
when it is well you 
feel at Peace,
illness, emotion
can send you low
or high.

In Truth,
you know you are
more than body,
but you need not 
turn away from it,
is it not a miraculous
being –
your earthly ride 
to experience This.

Yes the ups and downs 
may be exhausting,
but give some Love to
your carriage here,
a showering of Love
will fill its tank,
does it not work to 
heal you, my dear? 

Might you Love this body
as it ages,
you are intertwined 
throughout this life,
are you not a miracle 
of Source experiencing
All of This in your 
body of Light!
