and does not run.

from within,
may you take what 
the world gives you
and with Love 
rise up again.

Be Love’s Voice when
yours is shaky,
Be Love’s heart that

Be Love’s Peace – 
This is your purpose,
Be Love in All that
you stand for!

Breath of Life

When there is something
you wish to resolve,
or when your mind
tries to figure out,
take a deep breath
and hold it there,
then surrender
as you exhale out.

When you are able
to let go,
creating space in
your mind Divine,
do not options,
clarity flow in,
has this not happened
time after time?

At any moment
throughout the day,
might you ask to
see another way,
and when you put forth
the Love in you,
do you not open doors
for Love to flow through?

Take a breath and hold
it in,
be aware as you
slowly let it out –
Here You Are,
with this Breath of Life,
reminding you,
Love is what it is
all about.

This Tender Moment

but not of it,
expand awareness to 
meet your energy,
You Are the Universe,
the smallest pebble,
your energy flows
infinitely.

Yes call upon helpers
and loved ones,
though they are
already Here,
you need not travel far
to be with them,
your hearts are connected,
dear.

As your heart now 
swells with Love,
this is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
this tenderness you feel
could make All hearts 
with Joy now sing.

May Peace now 
bring you Home,
may Love fill you up,
so do not forget –
this life may be your 
current dream,
but You Are Love 
and 
All of This!

With Peace and Ease

It takes more energy 
to hang on,
it can be effortless 
to release,
though in the world 
of upside down,
do you not “work”
to gain more Peace?

Play with this throughout 
your day,
discern where your 
energy usually goes,
in life you may think
you need to struggle,
but Peace and ease
are You as Soul.

“Hard work” is a phrase
life looks on proudly,
and you do wish to 
get things right,
but letting go,
not holding so 
tightly,
will result in a flowing,
productive life.

You have purpose,
your soul will 
lead you,
be open as you 
loosen your hold,
You Are Love’s 
possibility,
Be Peace and ease
as this day unfolds.

In the Stillness

is very noisy,
opposites careen 
and crash,
life is full of 
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a 
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and 
your Peace.

Your quiet breath 
aligns you with 
Love’s Source that 
flows through you,
Here in the eye 
of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!

You may think patience 
is a function 
of learning how in time
to be,
but is it not beyond time,
that faith with trust 
moves you to belief.

You may use patience
to give yourself
the time to trust,
with faith to Be,
timelines and deadlines
apply pressure,
they can disturb 
what flows naturally.

Patience is not a state
of doing nothing and
only standing still,
might it be a 
State of Be-ing,
listening, receiving
to enact your will.

Use your patience 
as a tool that 
coincides with 
faith and trust,
next steps will unfold 
right before you,
with Divine Timing 
and with no rush!

Building With Love

The world may seem 
on fire,
but Love is cooling
as it soothes,
No-thing can take away 
your compassion,
let it be your Strength 
from the heart of You.

Point of view may 
at times feel limiting,
Love invites you 
to expand,
yes your story has 
identification,
but are You not 
Everywhere across
the land?

It is human nature 
to push against,
but extend your arms 
to open wide,
the human experience
may require some 
boundaries,
but keep compassion 
and empathy alive.

Allow all emotion to 
flow like water,
now cleansed,
return to your 
inner Strength,
when walls feel like 
they may soon 
crumble,
might a new foundation 
be what Love makes?

With building blocks
of Love and compassion,
are You not a builder 
of what is True,
the world cries out for 
Love and Comfort,
Love’s Carpenters are 
All of You!

sit with Love.

You may have 
shoulds,
you may have 
lists,
your attention scatters,
giving you fits,
yes linear time is 
a clock ticking,
but dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Take but a moment,
allow the world 
to still,
marvel at your breath,
the power of your will,
now release the 
push and pull,
hello dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Here is the space 
that is beyond 
time,
Here is the quiet 
above thoughts 
and mind,
You Are Home in 
every moment,
welcome dear Beloved,
always with Love!

Be One with All
around you,
be it concrete or 
forest lush,
Love’s vibration marks 
no difference – 
and Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

It may be easier to
feel when peaceful,
on bumpy roads yes
you cry out,

throws at you dear one –
Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

So yes, surround yourself
with what you need
to tune in to this vibe,
but always Now presents
