brings you Home,
your heart beats This –
Here All is Well.
In This Presence,
Here You Are,
where Peace and Love
always reside.
You search for Truth
in myriad places,
Presence reminds
to look inside!

greater meaning,
it is the human
thing to do,
curiosity is an
inspired feeling,
all of these inform
what you do.
May you find still
and deeper moments,
This Field of You is
also vast and wide,
This Awareness provides
grounding comfort
as you navigate
life’s wild ride.
Times of change may
have your feet
shifting,
Love is always Here
to steady you,
This Field of You is
as close as your breath –
connect with This
in All you do!

Life is messy,
often chaotic,
externally and
inside too,
when you ponder
roads you’ve traveled –
shower with Love
your self today.
Relationships can be
amazing teachers,
though sometimes you
wish to hit pause,
you may be surprised
at you still standing –
shower with Love
your self today.
Fill up your tank
for you and others,
are not All of You
sharing experience
here,
healing begins with
compassion and kindness –
shower with This
your self today.
Set your judgements
to the side,
may expectation take
an overdue break,
behold This You,
beloved and honored –
you are showered dear
with Love always!

as the Peace
of your soul.
You wish for freedom
from the mind,
that blocks you in
with linear time,
You Are free
and as infinite
as your soul.
The narrow mind
needs many things
to fill in what you
think is lacking,
You Are free
in the Wholeness
of your soul.
You tie yourself to
stories, beliefs
that have you looking
for what to think,
You Are free
in the Knowing
of your soul.
In This Remembrance
Here You Are,
not of this world,
beyond the stars,
Be free –
as the Peace
of your soul.

your roots are earth,
your heart a star.
Be All of This and
kindness too,
compassion is a
gift for you.
Be tender in the
harshest of times,
your Strength is
Wholeness –
You aligned.
Expand your heart and

it matters not if it is
good or bad,
to be in limbo with
things unknown
revs up the mind to
fill in fast.
Take a breath with
time and patience,
you need not know
all steps to take,
with new beginnings
resist the urge to

Be the journey

Be present with You
in Gratitude,
as life is a roller-coaster
ride,
Be Here Now in
this Journey of You,
as you take each
earthly step in stride!

What triggers you
is information,
you may react,
then take a look,

Love it all –

Expecting Peace to
be an outcome,
is forcing what
is already Here,
Peace arises in your
allowance,
as you live life
and let Love!

a lot of energy
to figure out
your thoughts,
you wish to have life
make more sense
and to that end
connect more dots.
Though it is human
to search for meaning,
might you expand
beyond what you see,
resist the need for
pieces of the puzzle
to fit together so
perfectly.
Experience fully what
unfolds before you,
yes make adjustments
as you see fit,
shift to soul awareness
to navigate a world
that is so hit or miss.
Do not let resistance
zap your energy
impeding flow,
life expects you to
show up fully human –
but You Are also an
experiencing soul!

that are between what
you focus on,
when your focus is
on acceptance,
does Peace not enfold
you in its arms?
Peace is not an
expectation,
it lives not behind
nor in front of
you,
Peace is now,
Peace is eternal,
Love knows This Peace
and dear,
Love is You!

You work and strive
to remember,
there are echoes
that you hear,
Love says come back
Home to This,
Your Seat of the Soul
awaits you dear.
You wish to have a
sacred experience,
one that fills you
with such Peace,
You Are the experience
of Love,
You Are This
that you seek.
Yes life is doing,
moving, striving,
but carve out moments
to simply Be,
as the Experience of Love –
You Are the answer
that you seek!
