Choosing You

When a problem arises,
do you not sometimes
stomp and fret,
is not frustration
when perceived control
slips beyond your
human grasp.
 
What to do when
Peace eludes you,
when solutions are not
coming fast,
might you realize
your reaction is focusing
on what never lasts.
 
When emotions have
moved through you,
might you shift to
truly see,
the root of angst,
of your frustration
may not be what
it seems to be.
 
Ask your Higher Self,
ask spirit,
to help you see
with a clearer lens,
what self-judgment may
need clearing,
so you may breathe
with Peace again.
 
These situations,
perceived problems,
are not for you
to beat up you,
are they not loving
opportunities
for you to choose Love
in all things you.
 
With compassion,
with gentle soothing,
receive what Love
wishes you to know,
in your humanness
or your True Nature,
you are adored
and
You Are Loved, so!

A Driving Force

You are so familiar 
with your body,
might you now See
with the Eyes of Love?

Programming,
memories combine
together,
making you run 
on auto-pilot at
times,
your True Awareness 
comes and goes,
handing over the wheel
may suit you fine.

The body wants 
the story,
the script,
of what next it 
is to do,
even reactions 
are pre-programmed,
based on beliefs 
you believe are 
true.

There are times when
cleaning house is 
valid to clear some 
of this out,
but is not a simpler 
solution to shift
and See Love 
within, without?

Love this body 
unconditionally,
it communicates 
and experiences 
with you,
but do not give it
all your power,
Love is the driving 
Force of You.

Let Love Be your 
guiding pilot,
yes, your body is 
along for this ride,
may Love fuel your
course with Forgiveness,
with Joy and Peace 
forever by your
side!

Being, Love

Be in this moment,
be it cold,
quiet with snow,
you are every snowflake
falling,
unique as one,
beautiful as whole.

Be the earth 
that soaks up 
moisture,
so roots may 
receive what they
need,
you know this cycle,
You Are this wonder,
the Universe is You
as you gently breathe.

Be Love in this 
quiet moment,
as Sun greets Moon,
sharing This Light,
All of This 
is 
All of You,
Beings of One,
holy, Divine!

Love’s Sweet Relief

Trying is hard,
surrender is flow.

There is a balance,
a spiritual sweet spot,
when you remember
what you know,
Peace is This 
unencumbered moment,
trying is hard,
surrender is flow.

With discernment,
with awareness,
you sense when ego 
grips tightly to
expectations,
what will happen – 
ego braces for what
next to do.

Remember to breathe 
as you loosen
your thoughts of future
or what was before,
be receptive,
listen dear one,
You as Soul
know so much 
more.

You as human
work so hard,
take a breath,
a break
and know – 
Love’s sweet relief 
is with you Always,
trying is hard,
surrender is flow!

This Loving Perspective

Sit with Love,
soften your gaze,
see with your 
heart,
receive Love’s 
waves.

You Are Love’s 
blessing within,
you are never 
without,
tune into This
Truth,
this is what 
You Are about.

With this loving 
perspective,
does not Love 
appear,
it has never been 
absent,
Love Is 
forever, 
Here.

You Are Loved 
beyond measure,
beyond all space 
and time,
you exist in 
Love’s Moment,
forever Loved 
and Divine!

Gently set aside
what you no longer 
need,
unwind, let go
of what you are
ready to release.
Upon this day,
you may have 
intentions set,
why not 
be brave and 
willing to forget?

Be comfortable
trying on the unknown,
there is great wonder
in saying, I don’t know.
Do not your guides,
sweet angels,
walk with you today,
may you allow each 
moment to unfold 
in its own way?

May your path 
be lined
with Light,
with Love,
your heart is the bridge
to All you seek,
above,
you are gently birthed 
in each moment, Here,
may you know 
how sacred
and Loved 
You Are, my dear!

some may bring peace,
some may bring strife,
marking time is how 
you capture
snippets of your 
earthly life.

You may gather these
around you,
now with Gratitude,
set them free,
at any moment, 
you are Here,
beyond all time,
as Eternity.

Yes, you as human
We do honor
each step you take 
upon this earth – 
We share in your 
precious moments,
We comfort when 
you may feel hurt.

Know you are never 
far away 
from This Home 
where you reside,
you may reach out 
to Us Here,
but we are always 
by your side.

As an Eternal Soul,
may you see You 
as We do,
pause to reflect 
upon This Truth – 
for Eternity,
This Love 
is You!

Grace and Ease

Peace,
may it show you 
Grace and ease,
do you not sometimes 
make things hard,
forgetting Love is 
Who You Are?

Yes this world is
full of strife,
it can complicate 
your life,
might you look 
for simplicity,
the release of struggle
is to be set free.

Try out a change 
today,
choosing Love will 
show the way,
this present moment
is wholly You,
may Love be present 
in all you do.

You Are This Peace,
you need not search
for Grace and ease,
in your life you have 
traveled far,
but welcome Home
to the Love You Are!

Dear One

Might you sense it
in the trees,
that sway softly 
in the breeze,
is there not more 
than you can see,
surrounding you 
so gently?

We Are You,
yes, You Are Us,
your angels, 
guides and loved ones
too,
these connections
are as real,
as the sacred breath 
that breathes you.

Love is Eternal,
what does this mean –
eternity exists beyond
time,
there is no place that 
you are not,
You Are Everywhere
with All Divine.

May your heart,
with Love,
be full,
may you sense 
Love’s comfort Here,
beyond skies of blue,
yet as close as breath,
Dear One,
as Love,
You Are Everywhere.

let Joy,

bubble up inside,
though you may
sometimes wonder
how.

Does your innate
Strength
sometimes raise
you up,
do you not surprise
yourself with
You,
Joy, Peace
and Strength
are your companions,
as they reside
as the Love
in You.

Do not judge you,
in this moment,
You Are your
brother and
sister, too,
all experiencing
how to navigate
a path,
yes, that always leads
back to you.

With Joy,
with Peace,
may you discard
what may obstruct
this loving Truth,
with Strength
and Gratitude
may you accept,
that You Are Blessed,
as Love Is You.
