A Gentle Grace

See your self as
Love sees you,
give yourself some
gentle Grace,
release the judgments
that you have,
do they not feel heavy
in time and space?

May your breath help
with release,
so you may remember
this shiny You,
the world is not
an easy place,
but Grace and Ease
are innately You.

Soften your look as
you now gaze
into a mirror,
looking back at
you,
may you send out
This Gift of Love
and then receive
what flows through
you.

May you nurture
your self today,
being so gentle
with you, my dear,
release all struggle
and join with Love,
You Are always Home,
Love is always Here!
