Forever, Peace

You may struggle 
to make sense of 
the unsensible,
there are many things 
in this world that 
do not add up,
do what you will,
but know you have
another perspective,
the You that knows 
the peaceful presence 
that is Love.

Once you begin to 
look beneath layers 
so heavy,
is there not a lightness 
that may feel a bit
surreal,
dear one,
this is your True Nature
we assure you,
You as Love is this 
experience that feels
so real.

You may be used to 
looking for what may 
scare or frighten,
ego wishes for you 
to be on your guard,
beloved child,
You Are eternally 
This Love forever,
your Strength and 
Courage,
as Love,
is Who You Are.

There is no need 
to make sense 
of the unsensible,
return to your 
loving Truth as a 
choice you make,
in This Moment,
cast aside what 
is not Love, dear,
You Are Peace,
connected to One,
forever,
always!

 

Peace, Love and Grace

Be One with You 
in any moment,
your soul is Here 
always with you,
any friction you you feel 
is from your ego,
who may think you need 
something to contrast to.

Here does ease and Grace
reside,
yet your human story 
may not want to give up,
the familiar struggle,
earning peace,
though You Are always 
Peace,
with what You Are 
made of.

Be One with Love 
in this now moment,
with awareness know 
this Authentic You –
Peace,
Love, 
and Grace
are with you,
always,
quiet the chatter,
know This Truth 
of You!

Strength

Strength exudes from 
your true Be-ing,
you are stronger 
than you know,
Strength is the Courage
to dig deeply,
to let feelings 
and emotions flow.

Your heart may feel 
sometimes battered,
broken,
overwhelmed by what 
this world brings,
hand All to Love 
to be reminded,
restored,
remembering Love 
survives everything.

Strength is not to overlook
or leave the parts of you 
that feel vulnerable,
let Strength invite what 
comes up to be honored,
reassuring that you 
are part of the Whole.

With Strength may you 
find your Courage,
to love completely 
all parts of you,
with Strength,
is this not where 
Peace lives,
Love connects,
Love weaves the 
Whole of You!

Be you Peace,
is it your 
choosing,
or are you not 
Peace at your
core?
Peace is always 
at the ready,
you need not do 
anything more.

Be you Strength,
you need not 
find it,
Strength resides 
always with you,
you stand firmly on
Love’s foundation,
Strength is the Flow 
of Love through you.

Be you Love,
you are connected,
unified with All 
you see,
embrace All parts 
of you to know –
the Whole of You 
knows Love,
Strength,
and Peace.

The Quiet of Peace

Love says Welcome Home,
though you have never 
been away,
return to where you 
have always been,
you have never lost 
your way. 

Yes, the body demands 
attention,
it may tie you up 
in knots,
attend to it with 
loving care,
sometimes its experiences
are a lot.

Yes, you find peace 
when there is calm,
but Peace is always 
with you, dear,
do not wait for the 
world to quiet,
Be the Quiet of Peace 
as Love draws near.

Welcome Home 
to Who You Are,
go within, 
yes, Here is Peace,
Be the experience 
of Love,
welcome Home 
to Love’s Reality.

Rising

Lift yourself 
in Love,
and as you rise,
others do, too.

Your perception 
in this world
sees you and others 
as separate beings,
but as your souls 
are from
One Source,
are you not connected 
to everyone you see?

Thus as you focus 
on your self,
it is not a solitary 
act,
aligning with the 
vibration of Love
is an eternal and 
loving pact.

Lift yourself 
in Love,
you need not 
change another or 
change the world,
but as You All are 
interconnected,
does not one in
alignment,
spark another to 
remember?

Let Love raise 
your self up,
to this natural 
State of You,
Be in this presence, 
sense Here is Peace,
you need do nothing 
but Be the Miracle
of You!

The Rhythm of Love

Find your rhythm,
your vibration,
that connects you 
to your Peace,
this flow lifts you,
moves you forward,
there is no struggle 
with grace and ease.

Do not despair if 
there are moments,
when you bump up 
into walls,
you may need to 
find another way 
to circumvent a 
fall.

Tune into your higher 
consciousness
that is always by 
your side,
is it not ego that 
often chooses 
the most rocky 
and bumpy ride.

But underneath all 
of the noise,
Love hums a beat,
a familiar tune,
join in with this 
loving rhythm,
that is ready to 
accompany you.

Let the wellspring 
of Love lift you,
as you move within 
Love’s sweet flow,
join with the beat 
of Love’s vibration,
you are in harmony
with your soul!

This Peace, This Love

Love has a place 
for you.

Tucked away from 
all the chatter,
you may wonder 
what is wrong,
is this Peace part 
of the journey?
Love is This Place 
always for you.

Rest awhile in this 
reassurance,
get familiar with 
this You,
you need not anticipate 
what may happen,
Love is Here 
always with you.

Know whatever may 
come your way
is not an edict 
issued to you,
your soul remains 
steadfast and true,
Love is this powerful 
state as You.

You choosing Love 
as your companion,
is you believing 
in the Whole of You,
release all else 
with Gratitude,
this Peace called Love 
is Home with You.

A Peaceful Presence

Do not fear emotions
that you feel,
yes, ego may use them 
to draw judgement 
near,
you as human know
cause and effect,
are you not familiar 
with “what may happen
next?”

Break ego’s cycle of 
you judging  you,
your foundation is Love,
this is your identity, too,
you need not carry 
what is not yours,
freely give to Love,
what you need no more.

Love transforms,
transmutes what does
not resonate,
you need not analyze 
all decisions that you make,
choose Love and let Love 
gently show you how,
to see clearly – You,
that exists eternally Now.

You need not wait 
for a future You,
in All moments
You Are Love,
Be-ing You.
Give freely to Love 
what you wish to release,
and with your open heart,
Be the Presence of Peace.
