The Smile of Your Heart

Smile from your heart,
smile at others,
but also smile for 
you,
what brings relief
to release and smile,
inviting Peace 
and happiness 
to flow through?

Is there not an 
unclutching,
a letting go,
of what you may 
be holding on,
with Love,
hand over what 
is troubling you,
Love transforms,
transmutes,
so energy may
move along. 

In this surrender 
and release,
allow this lighter 
energy to inspire 
you,
give in to the 
smile of your heart,
in the mirror 
see your soul,
smiling back at you.

In the human experience,
there are tools that 
help,
ways to help you connect 
to the Truth of You,
do not dismiss 
the power of 
your smile,
your heart and soul
sing,
through the smile 
of You!

    While wearing masks during this pandemic I have been trying to smile with my eyes.

  2. Amen to the power within a smile (a tool) that we can use to connect to the Truth of Who each of us is – Love. Thank you Sandy. And yes! to your smiling eyes, Bob. When we smile, our eyes smile and our hearts sing and soar reconnecting us to the Peace/Joy (Love) that transforms. A blessed week to each of you ❣️
