Surrender to this

You Are This

all painful cracks,

When you sense
unstable footing,
know Love holds
you up with ease,
no matter the path
you walk on,
Love is your

In your lifetime
there may be
struggle,
this world is
not meant to
make sense,
your Peace
dwells deeper
than earthly layers,
is not Love your
eternal Grace?
In forgiveness is
there not freedom,
is not forgiveness
Love pure and strong,
You Are Love’s
innocence,
whole and eternal,
Love is You –
forever Grace.

thought,
to change your
mind,
but as the
Essence of Love,
what miracles
may you find!
You misunderstand
control,
that is the ego’s
clutching grip,
when you loosen
and let go,
is there not allowance
to what Is?
In an instant,
with no thought,
are you not One
with All That Is,
this is the miracle
you pray for,
and You Are always
All of This.
It is murky,
misty,
hard to see
with Vision
through thinking
eyes,
is there not a clearer
Truth,
within your core,
that is You,
always?
Be aware of thoughts
that run from programs
long since made,
create fresh,
begin anew,
your soul’s purpose
is As Love,
create!

When judgment drops. . .
Are you not able
to sense all Love,
flow as freely as the
breeze?
Do not beloved pets
model the freedom
that no judgment
brings,
in this instant,
the next moment,
Love for you is
All they see.
When judgment drops,
the stories propped up
begin to fall
as what remains,
is it not easier
to find common ground,
when the Love You Are
is One and the same?
There is no judgment
as the sun,
gently rises
upon every morn,
the moon shares all
of its phases,
the Light of full
or new moon reborn.
Leaves return to
earth’s soil,
to replenish what trees
may need,
you need not judge
winter,
is it not needed
for rebirth
of spring?
Let judgment slip
through your
fingers, today –
let your open heart
be free,
to Be the Love You Are,
always!

Is there not a balance
to be found,
between standing up
or backing down,
might you discern
from which eyes you see,
ego’s power struggle
or soul’s neutrality?
A situation may come
your way,
to shed light on
a role you play,
ego wants you to
jump into the fray,
are there not plots
to stories
that get in your way?
Might you ask spirit
to see beyond this
scene,
what is deep within,
wishing to be seen,
on the surface you
may feel defensive,
justified,
but might this be a request
to know Love inside?
Yes, you may need to
heed actions of this
life,
but your reactions
need not cause you
strife,
allowance need not
add to any blame,
let Love and Peace
transform any judgment
that remains.
Stand firm and grounded
in the Truth of You,
this balance is always within
the soul of You,
you need not balance
the external view –
This Peace,
All Love is always
in the Heart of You!

every storm,
Here is Peace,
Here is Calm.
Where do you place
your intention,
your focus,
gather in to where
Love dwells,
at your center
is Where You Are –
Here is Peace,
Here is Calm.
You know This Peace,
your soul always
remembers,
the human mind
is comforted by
this Truth,
Be with Love now
in this sacred
heart-space,
Here is Peace,
always with Love.

You need not wait
for stars aligning,
you are always
aligned with Love,
your human perception
may beg to differ,
but are you not below
as you are above?
You need not convince
your ego,
ego knows only how
to push back,
as an expression of
Eternal Love,
how could there be
anything that you
lack?
You need not wait
for a miracle coming,
You Are Love’s miracle
right now,
within you are Peace,
Truth and understanding,
may a Touch of Grace
be an answer to how.
One day at at time
is a good suggestion,
does not your body
respond to this release,
be Who You Are
in this perfect moment,
aligned with Love
and with eternal Peace!

be loud and bluster,
it likes to drown out
all other sounds,
but there is Truth
that softly vibrates,
that your soul hears
no matter what else
is around.
Words and worry
can go in circles,
but in your heart
You Are at Peace,
discernment helps you

beyond ego’s voice
is You, naturally.
Yes, you may tune
into your body,
as part of your Team
it can serve you
well,
it may show you
where you are
constricted,
it may release
when you know
All Is Well.
Simply Trust and
know You Are
Beloved,
there is no earthly
complicated test,
partner with your body
for earthly functions
and allow your soul
to handle all the rest.

that haven’t happened

yes, there is planning
in the human world,
but does not your soul
naturally unfurl?
Is there not power
in this beautiful
moment,
when you let go of
past or future tense,
as Love, what do
you wish to generate,
as One with Source,
you cannot help
but create.
Start fresh,
start new
in this moment now,
Be at Peace
in the unfolding –
yes, you will
know how,
as you regenerate,
outsource what is
within,
a sacred creation –
with no beginning
or end.
In this moment,
may Love help you
to see,
your creation as Love
happens quite
naturally,
accept,
allow,
and as Love Is You,
may you create
from this loving
and healing Truth!
