Take a break,
surround with comfort,
let your body
rest with ease,
there are times 
when you extend,
now take time 
to simply Be.

You may do this 
with your body,
but does not ease 
correspond with flow,
might you accept,
allow,
receive
what gently emanates
from your soul.

You may have a 
million questions,
you may wish to 
know it all,
my dear,
knowing is internal,
more is revealed
when you let go.

Take a break,
a breath,
let Peace
trickle down 
like soothing tea,
let Peace and Love 
be your comfort,
cradled by Love,
eternally.
 

A Gift of Surrender

Release to Love,
surrender,
you need not 
in fear resist,
Love is with you 
in this moment 
and in all moments 
following this.

Love is in any 
experience,
even ones you 
would not prefer,
Be at Peace 
within your body,
know your soul 
always 
remembers.

Surrender to this 
remembrance,
may the Peace of Love 
be what you know,
release,
receive
this Gift of Love, 
beyond all measure,
You Are Loved so.

With No Sides

There are no sides 
to Love.

It is not structure,
it holds no space,
you cannot contain 
Love, 
it is beyond place – 
there are no sides 
to Love.

Love is both All
as well as One,
in its infinity
love is never done,
Love knows no boundaries –
as there are no sides
to Love.

Love invites All 
as All are One,
Love cannot be lost,
nor is Love ever won,
Love simply Is
All That You Are,
complete and Whole – 
with no sides 
to Love.

You wish to know 
where do you fall,
on which side of 
right or wrong,
dear ones,
Love catches and 
supports All – 
there are no sides 
to perfect,
wholly, 
Holy,
Love.

Peace, Within

Peace on earth 
is Peace within.

Be the Light 
you wish to see.

Know your eyes 
may not see All,
your heart may 
feel battered 
or weary 
from life,
rest assured,
your soul 
knows Love
and the Peace 
that dwells within.

Be the Love 
that is you,
dear child.

Begin with you,
bathe your heart 
in Love’s healing 
properties.

If any problem 
ties you in knots,
release your mind,
surrender thought,
the path of least 
resistance,
is your loving,
knowing heart.

The Peace you seek 
is returning 
to You.

Welcome Home,
Love says softly,
Peace is Here,
as Love,
within.

A Loving Call

Walk with Me,
Love says gently,
I will show you
Love’s way,
may We walk 
this path together,
the Light of Love 
lighting the way.

I will catch you 
if you stumble,
or if you think 
that you are lost,
All together,
walking with Love,
might there be 
no chasm that 
We cannot cross?

Walk with Love,
step by step,
heart to heart
beating as One,
All brothers and sisters 
are Love’s family,
welcome Love,
All belong.

Be This Love,
You Are Here,
you welcome 
this loving call,
in perfect union 
with Love Eternal,
the Truth of
One Love 
is the Love
for All.

A Loving Awareness

Be aware.

And in that 
awareness,
is not your mind
quick to judge?

Your mind,
your soul 
may both 
be observing, 
what goes on in 
the physical world,
be aware of your
own judgments 
that come up now
to be heard.

Be loving,
give and receive,
may the Balm 
of Love 
ease collective 
angst,
yes, you are all
part of a story,
in a month that
closes with 
giving thanks. 

In this moment
with breath 
and pause,
what might your soul 
say to human you –
You Are Loved,
All Is Well,
no matter the story,
Love is eternally,
You.

Be The Light

Be the Light 
you wish to see.

You need not wait 
or depend on 
what may be 
external to your 
Truth,
Here You Are,
shining brightly,
Be the Light 
you wish to see.

Hope may rely
on future outcomes,
past and future 
are not Here,
Here You Are 
as Love’s presence,
Be the Light 
you wish to see.

As Creator 
in this moment,
strip away 
what dims your
Light,
that is only a 
perception,
see the Light 
you cannot help
but Be.

Shine your Light 
for All to see.

Be the Light,
Who You Are,
eternally.

Beyond Choice

Breathe in the air 
around you,
though you do not 
see it there,
is not Love freely 
available,
much like the 
ever-present air.

You see the matter 
that makes up your 
body 
and gives the form
to what you see,
might you believe in 
the Love of You,
though yes, at times 
this is hard to see.

Your mind has 
made up quite 
a story,
your ego believes it 
to be true,
you may think 
Love is a choice,
but truly Love is 
All of You.

Yes, in this story 
you do have choice,
but with Eyes of Love 
see beyond and through,
to every One of You 
shining brightly,
infinitely mirroring 
the Love of You!
