Be effortless.

It may appear 
to take some effort,
to release what 
ties you down,
the ego would have 
you struggle,
and use distraction
to spin you around.

But know Love’s flow 
is always accessible,
it is the rhythm of 
your soul,
when you sync with 
this awareness,
is not your heart 
ready to soar?

Let your soul
lead this dance,
have faith the steps
will come to you,
do you not sense 
this lighter energy,
as Love,
your Truth 
is lifting you?

Be effortless,
Be Love’s release,
allow Love’s current
to flow through you,
behold this moment,
This is Forever,
You Are This Love,
This Love is You!

sit with Love.

Upon your journey,
looking,
seeking,
your inner compass
knows your story 
well,
near or far 
experiences may take you,
Home is where you 
sit with Love.

Embrace,
behold,
where life may 
lead you,
know you never 
explore alone,
as you tune in 
to each new chapter,
Home is where you 
sit with Love.

Peace be with you, 
as each breath 
brings you 
in alignment with 
your True Self,
welcome Home,
your soul invites you,
Here is where You Are 
with Love.

Holy You

Let the winds of change 
swirl all around you,
what is rearranged 
for you to see?
Might you look with 
new eyes viewing,
what might you see 
now differently?

Ego perceptions come 
with foreboding,
using fear to keep 
you small,
might you identify 
the programming 
that runs beneath 
it all?

Your I Am presence
is eternal,
available always 
to you,
with awareness call out
ego,
with Eyes of Love 
can you now see
through?

Let the Holy Love 
of Source,
surround with care 
the Whole of You,
from this perspective
sense Love’s Peace,
your I Am presence 
is Holy You!

Clearing

Clear the air,
lighten your load,
you always reside 
in Love’s sweet flow,
accept, allow
what comes your way,
release your need 
to be in control.

Learning arises 
out of experience,
you may not know 
the why or how,
set expectation 
to the side,
return,
re-balance,
as Love’s presence
Now.

Ripples of Love
sometimes take time,
you may not be aware 
of their cause, effect,
journeys do differ
some remain unseen,
perfection of timing 
may not happen yet.

Breathe in the air,
be a vessel clear,
be Love’s purpose
as a conduit,
ask what would Love
have me know today,
Love answers,
dear child,
You Are All 
of This!

angels sing 
Love songs,
for you,
loved ones 
sing along,
as your Light 
is forever shining,
in Love’s eternalness 
you belong –
receive this Gratitude 
of Love,
for you.

For you,
may the veil 
grow thin,
for you,
may your loved ones 
step in,
as hearts are connected 
within your souls,
does not your Light 
invite all in – 
forever, together,
Love is Here,
for you.

For you,
within your breath 
is Peace,
for you,
Love reminds 
you to Be,
as you glimpse 
eternity,
may you remember 
You Are Free – 
bask in This Love
that is Here, always,
for you.

more still than 
your mind?

Stay Here for 
an instant,
this present moment 
is beyond time.

Discern,
become aware
of thoughts 
and where they 
do come from.

Know no analysis 
is needed,
when your mind is 
filled with Love!

Some thoughts 
take you on a
journey,
away from your
peaceful Home.

From these thoughts,
turn away,
and sink back in 
to what you know.

Be curious,
Be open,
invite Love to 
show you how.

Love is joyfully 
always with you,
breathe in forever – 
Love Is You, 
now!

Aligning

intention,
it is at the heart 
of Who You Are.

You know this path,
you have traveled 
to the earth 
from the brightest
star.

Is not intention 
a proclamation
of knowingness 
you cannot learn.

May you embrace 
curiosity,
what bloom may emerge
as petals unfurl?

With tender care,
with patience 
honored,
nurture your self
so you may see.

You Are aligned 
at your heart,
your intention 
of Love is
Home to Peace!

And is not prayer 
the giving, 
receiving,
of what You Are 
made of?

Prayer is the language 
your soul speaks,
prayer is the intention
that sets you free,
Be in prayer 
with Love.

Prayer anoits you 
wholly with Grace.
Prayer is your link 
to knowing beyond 
time and space.
Blessed One,
You Are 
as Love
in prayer. 

Intention,
reflection,
prayer is your guiding
illumination,
speak Love’s 
One Voice,
holy, 
in prayer.

Let Love wrap 
its arms around 
you,
inside out 
and 
outside in,
sense This Peace,
a sweet relief,
say yes to Love,
with you,
begin.

This is not a selfish
construct,
to realign 
and to tune in,
as Love’s instrument,
forever Holy,
believe in Love,
with you,
begin.

Those you Love 
are part of You,
behold what ripples 
of Love may do,
fan the flames of
your Spark of Love,
sense your Strength,
with you,
begin.

Release the judgment
of life’s stories,
your Light illuminates
a way,
from this perspective,
see This Truth – 
Here is Love,
as You, 
Amen.
