You are grounded
with the earth,
does she not lovingly
surround,
you are held,
You Are Loved,
you are the trees,
you are the ground.
You flow like water
be it a stream,
river,
ocean,
waterfall,
water is what
moves within you,
Love flows freely
washing you clean.
You are the air,
you are the breath,
does air not flow
inside and out,
with no beginning,
with no end,
you are a whisper,
you are the wind.
Are You not All
that surrounds
you now,
inside out
and outside in,
You Are Everything,
Everything Is You
and Love Is
All There Is.

Play with your perspective,
do you not have
many ways to see?
You need not always see
the same way,
are there not infinite
possibilities?
Are you not able
to imagine
a turtle,
looking out or
deep in its shell,
might you experience
the world moving
slowly,
when you see what
Turtle has to tell.
In your mind,
can you not soar
like an eagle,
who becomes the air
as it flies so high,
does not this distance
change your perspective,
might you see differently
from Eagle’s eye?
Play with your perspective,
your views are never
set in stone,
you are myriad
possibilities,
within You,
you are never alone.
You are a multi-layered
Be-ing,
why not look with
different eyes,
let your soul,
your spirit show you,
like Eagle’s flight,
may you soar high.
Play with your perspective,
there is no right
or wrong view,
check within your heart
for what is clear to
see,
may you experience
the Love and Peace
That Is You.

Is busy not only
a state of mind?
Yes, there may be
times
when your time
is filled,
but you need not
have your mind
focus on how
busy you are.
Might you expand
your awareness
of the space
in between,
are there not pockets
of time
that remain to be
seen,
might you shift
your focus
on not what you
need to do,
but to find Peace in
the space that
is always You?
Peace.
You see it is easy
to switch your
perspective,
for Peace always
resides within you,
let Joy sprinkle
its magic
on whatever comes
your way,
are Peace and Joy
not always with you,
throughout your day?

In all you do
and the space
between,
is there not always
Love flowing
within whatever you
do today,
Love is always
with you,
around you,

invite Love,

What brings you to
the state of
peaceful waters,
do you not feel this
in your heart?
You need not look
into the future,
waiting for the
other shoe to drop.
Yes, there may be issues,
situations,
but do they not help
you find Peace,
as a Seeker of Truth,
does Truth not reside
inside of thee?
As human and soul,
you have multiple
perspectives
to look through,
you may forget
you can always
choose to see
from a different
view.
Instead of reacting
to the external,
might you turn it
inside out –
when you live life
from your heart,
is this not what
coherence is all
about?
It may not mean
there is no more
struggle,
does not struggle
bring you back to
your center where Peace
is always ready
to remind you of
the Love that
flows through You.
Let Peace always
remind you,
that at your core,
All Is Well.
Let Love,
let Peace
help you remember,

You can make it
complicated,
but is it not
the easiest thing
to do,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
do you not see
the Love
in You?
Love is always coursing
through you,
it is in every breath
you take,
when there is suffering
and sorrow,
you may think Love
has taken a break.
But as Love is
Who You Are,
is not the Miracle
of Love,
You?
As Love extends
beyond the breath,
beyond time and
space you think
you know,
Love is infinitely
Everywhere
you think
or where you go,
the human mind
can barely grasp this,
through your heart
knows it is True –
Love Is Everywhere
You Are,
Love Is
always within
You.
You can make it
complicated,
but in each moment
feel the Truth –
Love is your
very Essence,
You Are Love
and
Love Is You.

Be the Love
that you wish
is True –
and come to know
that This Love
Is You.
No matter where
you look
Love Is Here,
sometimes it may
be hard to see,
but find the spark
that is Here, always,
yes, all are your
sisters and your
brothers
in this Life.
You cannot “fix”
another’s journey
that they walk,
but can you not Be
the Face of Love
when one’s forgot,
let them see themselves
in you,
they may have forgotten
this Truth,
that the Love of
All That Is,
is within them, too.
Remember,
sweet child,
that All Are Love,
no one more
or less,
it is All Are One,
and when you
know this to be
true,
are you not free
to Be You,

beyond measure,
for being You.

that you know
is True,
feel the Peace,
as you know
