Like winds of change
or jet-stream clearing,
do you not constantly
shift within,
it may be subtle,
or be life-changing,
does Love not nudge you
to begin again.

Do you not gain perspective,
clearing out what
no longer serves,
when in service to Love,
does not understanding
always return?

There is calm after
a storm,
there is Peace
when you go within,
when you surrender
with Love,
is that not when Joy
comes rushing in?

With Gratitude and
Humility,
does not your heart
gently show you how,
to dance, to sing
with Love,
Be this Love Song
that sings with you
now.

Be the Shift of Love,
let it be the wind
beneath your wings,
believe in your
Love Song,
you are every note
that Love so sweetly
sings.

Let the sounds of dawn
bring into focus,
Where You Are
right now,
is daybreak not possibility,
as sunlight mutes
the shining stars,
but stars are always
there,
with the moon always
above,
no matter the time
day or night,
is Now not always
a time for Love?

Yes, your perspective
will shift and change
as you go about your day,
but this moment of Peace
is always available,
your heart and soul
know the way,
all possibility is in
each moment,
and All That Is
is present, too –
shine your Light
upon this day,
let yourself experience
the Love in You.

Let Peace and Love
bring into focus,
the Love You Are
right now,
receive,
accept,
allow with
patience –
Love always Is
your Guiding Star.

Homecoming,
questions, answers
become moot,
let your Light shine

Your human senses
may bring doubt,
not understanding
Who You Are,
but All of You
is shining brightly,

Step into your True Light
shining,
see this Light in
others, too –
All Bright Lights,
reflecting,
shining,
Being Love,

Let Source,

You Are this
Light of Love,
and does not Joy
wish to play?

Find All that
lights you up,
in this flow
is it not clear,
Be at Home
with You now,
You Are Loved
and oh so dear.

Return,
come Home,
Love is Always
with you now,
You Are Peace,
You Are Joy,
trust,
believe
and allow.

let It enfold you
in its arms,
this may be a familiar
feeling,
when you have felt this
healing balm,
there are myriad ways
to sense this,
it may come from
around you,
but may you begin,
to relax into Love –
inside out
instead of
outside in.

Lean into Love
and see how it
begins with you,
there may be a wall
or two
that you realize
you need no longer
do,
does not unfolding
of barriers present,
help you see what
has been Here
all along,
relax into Love
and feel your Joy
with Strength
and Calm.

Relax into Love,
let it enfold you
in its arms,
Be Here with Love,
Be present –
You Are One
with this
healing balm.

is it not Love that
you find Here?
May your breath

Is Love.

Your mind will take
you on a journey
that is not real
if you are not
there –
let your breath
remind you gently,
in this breath
Is Love.

What fills you up
in this present
moment,
what reminds you
That You Are Peace,
within each breath,
breathe in this Truth –
You Are This

There is Love
in each connection
between everyone
you meet,
you may not know
or see it clearly,
as you are walking
down a street,
but soul to soul
are you not nodding
as you may be
passing by,
I See You
in all your glory,
I Am You
and You Are I.

Love is your True
Essence,
it is what fills up
your current form,
your story can have
you whipping around
as if you are in a storm,
but like the eye
of a hurricane,
or the calm when
the wind is done,
at your center
Here Is Peace,
You Are You
and You Are One.

So say hello to
all of the aspects
of One Love
Who is experiencing
life,
you need not all
be the same,
yes, sometimes you
may feel friction or
strife,
but as you connect
at your center,
might you not see You
in every face you see –
connect with Love
to experience Oneness,
begin with You
to Love unconditionally.

there is no need to
run and hide,
your breath connects you
with All That Is,
yes, you are part
of this cosmic ride.

Let your breath
ground you,
and fill you up,
with all the Love
that you can feel,
Love is with you
in every moment,
when your mind
is racing,
or when you are
still.

You Are Divine
within each breath,
honor and hold sacred
this breath of You,
restorative energy
for well-being and
healing,
are contained in
each precious
Breath of You.

You may take it for
granted,
Love is this way,
no strings attached,
All of This for you –
the miracle within
each breath is
magical,
and that miracle is
the Breath of You.

Stay with the breath,
it is your connection
to the earth and
the shining stars,
bless each breath
in its perfection,
it breathes the Truth
of Who You Are.
