Love’s Perfection

You need not hide from
your Magnificence,
This is the Truth 
of You,
your ego loves to 
tally points as a 
way to track what
you do.

Does performance not 
feel like a roller coaster,
one day up then another
down,
is not the point of life
to experience all 
that makes the world 
go ’round?

But You as Soul,
this expanded Be-ing,
need not life’s 
perfect score,
Love’s perfection is 
your Oneness,
This is You – 
no less or more.

With this new-found 
freedom,
shine your Light with
the open-ness of your
heart,
as ego experiences this
topsy-turvy life,
always remember, love
Who You Are!

Breathe Free

Breathe Free.

May your freedom 
be a loosening 
of beliefs you once
held tight,
thank the old protections,
release them now as
you no longer need
to fight.

Breathe Free.

Be patient with 
this loosening,
you need not know 
the when or why,
trust in the process,
trust your energy,
it re-aligns with 
earth and sky.

Breathe Free.

Simply Be Here now,
showing up as You
in present moments,
dear,
sense Love’s support,
walking with you 
arm in arm and 
with each step 
Here.

Breathe Free.

Freedom is remembrance 
of Who You Are – 
with new eyes now
you see,
surrender to This Truth,
trust in Love, Beloved 
and Breathe Free!

Tender Care

The world is filled with
noise and chaos,
cooler heads do not 
always prevail,
conflict, confrontation
is the norm –
be it small or on a
grand scale.

It is hard to ride
the waves of life – 
from the highest Joy
to deep despair,
honor all feelings,
stay engaged,
do not give up on 
giving tender care.

Tender hearts are some
of the strongest,
Be-ing present for all
of life’s show,
choosing Love,
seeing All as precious, 
can be done with the 
Eyes of your Soul.

Stay open to this 
life chaotic,
tune into Love’s 
constant frequency,
ride life’s tumultuous 
waves with Courage,
finding respite in soul’s 
forever Peace!

Take Care

Return to breath
to realign,
draw from This Peace 
to come back Home,
life can take much 
of your energy,
re-center to what 
soul knows.

Let This Love soothe
jangled nerves,
you need not fix 
everything at once,
trust that your 
next step will be 
illuminated 
much like the 
rising sun.

Be You throughout 
this day,
draw Strength in with
each sacred breath,
take care of what is 
in front of you – 
may Love take care
of the rest!

The Presence of Freedom

Be present 
with your
Presence,
stand up for 
what you believe,
see your neighbors 
with compassion,
Be kind,
Be Strength,
Be the presence 
of Peace.

Lend your hand 
to a world 
rebuilding,
envision what you 
wish to see,
Be as new shoots
pushing through
the dirt,
finding Light 
and Truth,
what do you wish
to Be?

Part of This Web,
see your sisters 
and brothers,
lift your voices 
and with Love 
sing,
open hearts harmonize
together,
One Love with Peace – 
let freedom ring!

Forever Seen

There are many things
in life
that can trigger
emotions felt,
you need not hide 
these in a box,
wrapped with a bow – 
don’t ask, don’t tell.

In a world with 
many voices,
sometimes those screaming
are the ones heard,
listen beyond what 
is projected to you,
Truth often exists 
beyond all words.

Gather with like-hearted
people,
lift each other up
in times of need,
do not let Love 
take a back seat,
All Be-ings are sacred,
asking to be seen.

Speak with One Voice 
and share your heart,
may compassion Be 
your guiding Light,
link arms and hands –
no one is forgotten,
You Are seen Beloved,
forever in Love’s Sight!

Trust your wings –
they were made 
for you,
you have support 
in all you do,
you need not fit into
limited space –
were you not created 
to Be expansive,
True?

In Love’s Peace
may you grow 
and thrive,
always cradled 
in Love’s comforting
womb,
you belong Here as
a cherished Be-ing,
your soul says Beloved – 
I believe in you.

Soar in your Truth 
precious child of Love,
breathe in with Grace
to know This Peace,
Here You Are – 
Home always dear,
knowing This Love 
forever sets you free!

Remembering Light

Sometimes Light can
cast a shadow,
do not fear this 
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here 
for you always.

Be a spark to Light 
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark 
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn 
always after night.

See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors 
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines 
in You!

A Loving Assist

at a time,
it may be hard 
not to worry 
ahead,
trust that you do
know what to do,
intuition is your 
connection to being
spirit-led.

Let Love not fear 
move you forward 
now,
take back your power
that is always Here,
spirit helps you to 
see another way,
ask and receive what 
next steps to take
dear.

As human you naturally
may resist change,
but You Are captain
of this ship,
chart your course 
with winds of Love
that are ready to support
and lovingly assist!
