Love sees your laughter,
Love sees your tears,
you are honored as
human,
facing what you fear.
Your heart is courageous,
your heart is strong,
no matter where you land –
dear you always belong.
Reclaim sensitivity,
you see what most
do not,
awakening opens eyes –
in a world that is
a lot.
Lead with your heart,
trust and believe its
Truth,
you need not ask another
to validate you.
Love is your laughter,
Love flows in your
tears,
Love Is You beloved,
so cherished,
so dear!

Are there not times
when you surprise
yourself,
able to handle challenges
that come up,
do you not rise in moments
that if you knew before –
you would have said
“too much.”
Yes life is always
full of surprises
and you can still wish
for Peace and calm,
but when push comes
to shove are you not
able to navigate through
any storm?
This is You in any
present moment,
doing what you can
with what you need
to do,
acknowledge the many
challenges you have
faced,
Love honors this
Amazing You!

Listen to your
wild heart,
what rhythm does
it beat today,
play not small –
let Strength and Courage
accompany you as
you find your way.
You may have colored
within the lines,
often to fit in a
certain mold,
You Are unique,
your expression is
needed,
to add to All that
makes up the Whole.
Allow each step to
unfold with Grace,
you need not rush,
but set intentions
clear,
dance to the rhythms
you have heard so long,
as past and future align
with You – Here!
12/01/25
Remember Love flows
always through you,
no matter what life
tosses your way,
you may not like
how it shows up,
sometimes it wreaks
havoc upon your day.
Be aware of what
you resist,
this need not mean
to like what you don’t,
but you can handle
what comes your way,
problem-solving is skill
that you have honed.
Meet life with open
acceptance,
this allows you to move
to the next step,
what can you do to
make a difference,
something big or small
that you have not
tried yet.
Move your energy to
Here I Am,
and from This Presence
experience life,
you have All you need
within you,
Love is how you eternally
shine your Light!
11/29/25
You find warmth when
seasons change,
appreciating sun with
warming rays,
does not your heart
emit the same,
providing comfort on
difficult days.
Trees bare of leaves
still stand so tall,
against blowing wind
they bend not break,
sometimes brisk air
brings clarity,
sharpening your focus
on decisions to make.
You Are clarity as
your True Essence,
stand in your Power
like wintering Tree,
be seen as your
Authentic Self –
radiating Light
for All to see!
11/26/25
Love holds space
for you,
always.
A trying day,
more sleep you
need,
signals cross
when alignment
you seek,
know This Truth
is yours eternal –
Love holds space
for you,
always.
A new idea as
doubts emerge,
shake off the old
as new appears,
in your creative
place you shine,
as Love holds space
for you,
always.
Sense your connection,
vibrations rise,
You Are the earth and
beyond the sky,
Be bold,
Be fearless,
Be strong,
Be free –
dear Love holds space
for you,
always!
11/21/25
You have a host
of superpowers,
Love and compassion
are but a few,
the world is always
in need of kindness,
might you sprinkle This
in all you do.
Yes you can still
take a stand
against injustices
that occur in life,
your innate Strength
and your true Courage
allow you to shine
your steady Light.
Be proactive with your
superpowers,
be ahead of the change
you wish to see,
some shadows of life
want to distract you,
but your Light shines
infinitely.
Lead with Love and
compassion,
your brothers and sisters
see This too,
is This not a rallying
cry for humanity to
remember This Truth.
Do not let your heart
be hardened,
there is Strength in
a heart so soft,
wield your superpowers
with kindness
and answer humanity’s
call for Love!
11/20/25
Your Spark of Light
is Here within,
experiences in life
may make it hard
to see,
protective layers may
be piled on,
you may have not felt
safe to thrive and Be.
Life can spin a web of
doubt and pain,
ego loves to run this
on a loop,
but You as Soul know
your Light within,
might you open a door
to your Strength,
your Truth?
Your inner child wishes
to play again,
tap into This in a
creative way,
Be You and let your
expression speak,
what does your bold self
have to say?
You need not change
everything overnight,
but a seed planted
begins to grow,
let Love nurture with
belief and Light,
dear you are stronger
than you know.
Sense loved ones and
angels by your side,
you do not travel
this path alone,
believe in You,
in your Spark of Light,
lighting the way –
beloved, welcome Home!
11/17/25
It is okay to put
up boundaries,
you do not have to
save the world,
in life paths can
intersect,
you may reach out or
to another path turn.
Be aware of choices
made,
do these not reflect
upon your self,
the more awareness
you have of you –
keeps you from
hiding you on a
shelf.
With eyes wide open
see you with Loving Eyes,
This grounds you to
your inner Strength,
now interact from Here
in life –
authentically You in
every step you take!
11/10/25
Be flexible.
Go with the flow.
Take a beat,
check within,
do you move quickly
or take it slow?
Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you may need
to change your
plans,
there are times when
you start over
or find the Strength
to try again.
Be open,
bend not break,
the best move may
be stillness dear,
in This Calm,
return to Peace,
what you seek
is always Here!
