This Power of Love
that is your Strength,
Here is where Peace
resides,
even when life throws
you the kitchen sink.

The story of life may
upset the ego,
but soul can soothe
the ego’s fears,
as a team you can
work together to
navigate finding
the best gear.

You need not battle
your determined ego,
use this as fuel to
do your best,
make the best choices
that come before you,
what is beyond control –
soul will do the rest.

You need the Whole
of You in life,
to help determine
what to do or say,
fueled with compassion
and loving-kindness,
you are meant to Be
here now, today!

Collective Rising

Life’s tumultuous waves
can feel overwhelming,
as you work to keep
your head afloat,
waves of change are
slower coming,
as you wish for a much
more stable boat.

As life is not a sprint –
do pace yourself and
know that help is Here,
grab your life preserver,
help a friend,
as a Collective rise
above fear.

Speak with One Voice
of Love
and know you do not
do this alone,
connections to your
brothers and sisters
will help you All
find your way Home.

Yes the drama in the
ocean of life
can make you wonder
where you might
feel safe,
hand in hand you create
a Web of Love that
supports you in any
time or space.

At times you feel like
a drop in the ocean,
but you are never
powerless or small,
my dear, You Are
the waves,
the ocean vast,
as One –
made up of
the All!

Beyond

Beyond belief or
earthly story,
does not your soul
speak through your
heart,
as human you long
for loving connection,
compassion is a beautiful
way to start.

You may be persuaded
to choose this or that,
but go beyond the
choices here,
begin with Love,
your heart’s true
rhythm synchronizes
with Truth my dear.

This is not ignoring
earthly needs,
This is to find clarity,
may the Strength and
Courage of your heart
beat with compassion
and empathy!

The weight of fear may
hide your power,
when you believe something
is done to you,
the world is not a
neutral place,
there are many things
you may say no to.

But as you shed
the cloak of victim,
Here you stand with
the Strength you need,
your power has
never left you,
it was only fear that
made you not believe.

And what to believe
if you cannot count
on a world that does
not make sense,
you can believe in
You, empowered,
Be-ing proactive
instead of on defense.

As you return to your
innate power,
does not True Energy
rise from within,
as you are now no
longer helpless,
your helpfulness
is ready to begin.

Roll up your sleeves,
find your sure footing,
Love and support pour
in to help out,
loved ones, dear guides
and angels see You
as Love’s Strength
and Courage now!

May Love and Peace
be your foundation,
when solid footing
is hard to find,
yes life on earth
can feel unstable,
challenges exist in
space and time.

But even in times
of great turmoil,
are there not Lights
ready to turn up,
sometimes it takes
a lightening rod for
humanity to notice –
enough is enough.

Find your footing
in your Faith
that greater angels
are forever Here,
the human condition
can leave you asking –
where is compassion
in life’s fog of fear?

Look with the Eyes
of your Soul,
say Here I Am
to see with clarity,
no matter the road
that rises before you –
walk always supported
with Love and Peace!

wings of Love,
this is a natural
thing to do,
your True Nature
is free and fearless,
you are supported
through and through.

Yes you as human
walk upon the earth,
sometimes a challenging
place to be,
but even in life
you are connected
with All you Love
infinitely.

Take Love’s hand
that beckons gently,
live your life as
best you can,
you have purpose,
this life needs you,
as you Awaken to
this – I Am.

Sense Love lifting
you with tenderness,
constriction melts
away,
“who am I,” you ask
with new-born eyes,
Love answers –
let’s find out today!

In Truth

Truth in the world may
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek
may not be found in
what you hear or read
on a page.

Does not compassion
open the doors
to what Truth is
all about,
looking out for one
another – is a way
to Be One within,
without.

The world may say empathy
is a weakness,
but is this not a
limiting view,
do you not sense the
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.

You need not agree
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

Sense Love’s hum that
connects you All,
trees and flowers
sing along,
sun and stars keep
their Lights burning –
lighting the earth from
realms beyond.

In the face of
life’s challenges,
be they big or
sometimes small,
with Grace, compassion
and soulful purpose,
Love connects the
Strength of All.

Life often presents
so upside-down,
but You see with the
Eyes of the Soul,
join with bird-song,
sway with trees,
This Song of Love is
One that you know!

Step with Love
into This day,
stand tall with your
head held high,
pressure from life
may feel so heavy,
but Love’s Strength
and Courage help
you feel light.

No-thing can steal
away your Joy,
even when events in
life are hard,
fellow Lights are
always connected –
This Web is Here
so close, not far.

Reflect the hope
of dawning Spring,
Be the Strength of
what comes back
to life,
Be compassion and
feel it rise,
shining inspiration with
your eternal Light!

A Caring Heart

Turbulence is energy felt,
be it from the skies
or earth below,
fear can appear with
this unrest –
as human fear can
disrupt one’s flow.

But my dear all
is not hopeless,
disruption can create
a response so vast,
you may ask – where
is loving kindness,
has compassion been
buried in ash?

Behold Love is the
Phoenix Rising,
Love is the first
flowers of spring,
after fire in a forest,
the nutrient-filled soil
grows Everything.

Discomfort is difficult
by day,
it may keep you awake
at night,
but as an awakened,
powerful soul,
beam rays of kindness
with your Light.

Remind your neighbors
of compassion,
a polarized world may
have forgot,
hurting hearts need
these reminders
to realign to what
feels lost.

Here hope and your
Strength returns,
This is a purpose that
you can share,
in a world that has
forgotten,
shine with compassion
your heart that cares!
