more clearly dear,
in this season of
fresh beginnings,
might you find 
your Self more
fully Here?

Find Strength and hope 
in new growth,
contagious,
extend your heart to 
All who need a hand,
shine your Light to help
with what is growing – 
a return to Love for 
All throughout the land!

take the edge 
off any prickly 
points today,
may you sense 
your inherent 
wonder as you
let your little self
out to play.

May compassion 
and empathy 
allow your greater 
Vision to see,
more alike you 
All Are Here,
may your heart share
the promise of Peace.

May Humility remind
you dear one,
All Are One and 
All make up 
This Truth,
may your strong 
and tender heart
Be a Beacon of Light
for Love to shine
through!

Belonging Here

You always belong Here.

Here is always your 
True Home,
you may slip and slide 
a bit on earth,
if any doubt makes
you forget –
you always belong Here.

But Here is not something 
far away,
Here exists here also 
in life,
lean into the comfort 
of This Truth – 
you always belong Here.

Let this acceptance 
sink in deeply,
challenges in life are
what duality brings,
even when the roads 
you walk are rocky – 
you always belong Here.

May This Truth bring 
Strength and Courage,
so you may Be You – 
your authentic Self,
Love is Everywhere 
that You Are – 
Here You Are beloved,
always Here.

cotton,
Strength as Love 
is a perfect mix,
may you sense your
power dear one,
do not the trees 
embody this?

Life can cycle like 
the seasons,
it can be a roller-coaster 
ride,
but your True Center 
is Eternal,
align to This to 
help you glide.

Look around and 
Be Here with Love,
your True Presence 
fills any space,
Here is your Strength,
embrace your Courage,
as Gratitude shows 
you the way!

it is always with You – 
current life and past,
You Are Here with 
the Strength of Soul,
ready to bring Light 
to any task.

next to do,
it is your Be-ing
that is needed now,
let what you do 
continue to unfold,
being open to guidance
as to the how.

Center your self,
align with Truth,
This is a journey you
choose to walk,
link arms with your
brothers and sisters,
as Love awakens All 
to see their spark.

Be not small,
dear children of 
Light,
for every one that rises
do not All see,
You All Are One as
the Power of Love,
with Strength and Courage,

heart of Love.

Channel all of your
human emotions
through a prism of
benevolent Light,
feel This Love beyond 
all measure,
and create with your
Heart of Love.

Love does not ask 
you to bury
what you are feeling 
at any time,
is this not fuel for
transformation,
and to create with your 
Heart of Love.

As human and soul 
you may feel conflicted,
but the Whole of You 
is what Love sees,
Love All of You,
is This not the message –
create This with 
your Heart of Love.

With Strength and Courage 
see with eyes open,
face any fear with 
Grace and Peace,
there is no doubt 
you have chosen to 
Be Here –
creating wholly with 
your Heart of Love!

Clearly

May your intentions 
flow with Love,
helping you rise above
old fear,
egoic perceptions can 
cloud the sky,
you wish to see with
eyes now so clear.

The world is challenging
in its duality,
as human you see life
as this or that,
you will continue to 
make choices here,
knowing Love is Here 
as you travel your path.

May you release what 
comes up to be loved,
body stores experiences 
to be on alert,
reassure and comfort
with tenderness,
Love invites you child 
to heal and Love 
past hurts.

Many things in life 
you cannot control,
but the Peace of Love
is always Here with you,
as you clear clouds that
may be blocking sun,
may You now bask in 
Love’s Light shining 
through!

Resilient Strength

Change is forever 
on the horizon,
in the linear world
this truth you see,
as human you are 
resilient, 
adapting, changing 
constantly. 

Is this not how 
progress happens,
moving forward instead
of back,
in times of change
imagine, create,
building with Love 
instead of lack.

Your soul is here 
to help,
as human you may 
wish to stay the
same,
but your purpose may be
to Be All You Are
on this earthly plane.

Do not fear any tide
that turns,
you know how to ride
the Waves of Truth,
your resilience comes from 
the Strength and Courage 
of this creative integrated

Your True Self

When feelings of dread 
arrive and want to stay,
when the world is 
a lot to weigh,
scan and discern 
old fears that relish
a new chance to 
color your day.

Muscle memory holds
on the past,
you may wish to clear 
this gunk out fast,
your awareness is a 
needed step to release 
what need not stay 
or last.

Life does not need 
to stay the same,
challenges will arise 
again and again,
but as you align with 
your Strength and Peace,
may you now see clearly
with your Whole Be-ing.

Take challenging times 
to see anew,
what new perspectives 
now come to you,
create with expressions
from your True Self,
as Authentic Love flows
through all you do!

Safe Haven

Be the Love when 
the world seems 
loveless,
reach out, connect 
with other Lights 
to see,
there may be despair 
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love 
is a safe place to Be.

Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,
you may steel yourself 
to weather times of 
struggle,
but tenderness is what 
the world so needs.

You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded 
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love 
as you walk through 
your life!
