Love flows freely
through your heart,
all that you seek
is Here within,
your Presence fills
all human spaces,
with no beginning
and with no end.

This Infinite Flow
is your foundation,
a place where you
can safely rest,
Here is where you
belong dear one,
there is no test that
you must pass.

Angels, guides and
spirit flow through
you –
trust that they are
Here now,
you can stop trying
oh so hard to
figure out the
why and how.

Here is Home always
within you,
sense This Peace that
you do know,
re-attune to Who You Are –
always a part of
This Infinite Flow!

A New Direction

When your path
changes direction,
take a moment
to settle in,
you have All you
need within you –
so that a new path
may begin.

Life unfolds
continuously,
you adjust in
time and space,
a shift in life need
not throw you
off course,
the bigger picture
is not a race.

Have there not been
many times when a
silver lining sparkled
in the clouds,
does not a new direction
present itself in the midst
of worry and doubt.

With Gratitude that
empowers you
step forward with Love’s
ease and Grace,
welcome what the Universe
brings to you –
allow Love and Joy
to lead the way!

Your Brave Heart

Let Love heal your
wounded heart,
relationships can begin
at birth,
your younger self may
have some scars
that can affect how
you live and learn.

Energy has a way
of cycling through,
might you allow it
to let you know –
now is a perfect time
to release what has been
keeping you from
your flow.

Check into beliefs
that no longer fit,
ego loves routine
and habits made,
but as You Are a
creative Force,
know your soul says –
come let us create.

Be You proactive
instead of reactive,
you need not wait
for a perfect time,
link arms with all of
your past selves,
your brave whole heart
is now ready to shine!

Then You Rise

In life you have weathered
many storms,
ancestors before you
did too,
putting one foot in
front of the other
has brought this
moment Here
before You.

Your DNA flows
with them all,
your heart connections
never end,
you hunker down when
storms emerge,
but then you rise
to begin again.

Be resurrected in
each moment,
create with the brush
of journeys past,
stand on the solid footing
of your soul,
instead of sand that
is not meant to
last.

Draw Strength from
All Be-ings that
surround you now,
with Courage do what
you can,
Be This Love when
storms of life pour
down,
reach out –
Love always takes
your hand!

Clearing Paths

Clear the air,
Love is a filter,
use it to see with
clearer eyes,
the world gets cluttered
with egoic stories that
cover up and cloud
the skies.

But you know the
sun is ever-present
even when the
sky is gray,
You Are illumination –
might you turn up
your Light today.

There are times
when you wish to
hide your head
from this chaotic life,
but remember you
are not helpless,
does not the world
so need your Light.

If trusted foundations
crumble,
find your footing
in This Love,
so many wish for this –
Be a Beacon of Light,
reflecting stars above.

Humanity is a collective,
often searching
for the Truth,
you were born
for this time,
All Light from stars
and sun Are You.

Be the ever-present sun
when clouds and fog
make it hard to see,
hold the hands of your
sisters and brothers –
charting new paths
for humanity!

The Comfort of Peace

You get pulled in to
ego’s back and forth,
do not add judgment
to these spats,
being human is not for
the faint of heart,
your ego does not like
peace to last.

Know that Peace is not
found in life,
but it is natural to seek
comfort and ease,
regardless how any
day unfolds,
may you Be comforted
by your innate Peace.

Ego lures you down
rabbit holes,
but you always have
a way to come back,
when you sense you are
lost in an ego maze,
your Light of Love
illuminates your path.

Be You Peace
observing ego’s
antics,
from This Calm now
interact with life,
know every time
you find your way
back Home,
you fulfill your purpose
as Love’s Light!

Your Strength and Courage

Your Courage rises
from within,
always accompanied
by your Strength,
you need not create
or earn these qualities,
as You Are Love –
these are innate.

You view your self with
the eyes of human,
judgment has roots
deep in the mind,
but with discernment
see You as Soul,
centered, complete,
wholly Divine.

Soak up This Truth,
it is so healing,
sense the closeness
of loved ones near,
your new-found wings
now fully opened,
are ready to soar –
free from all fear!

This Wholly You

See the world with
eyes wide open,
puzzle pieces do not
always fit,
you need not wait for
all to fall in place,
your inner wholeness
is within –
is This.

You will have reactions
throughout life,
you also will do
your very best,
you are a marvel
at navigating how
to make sense of
what is often
senseless.

Pace yourself with
your energy,
yes do what you can
but know This as
Truth –
return to center as
often as needed,
your purpose is to Be
This wholly You.

Gather your energy –
become your Wholeness,
do not expect the world
to always fit,
behold This Power that
flows within, without,
You Are complete and
Whole as This!

A Steady Return

Answer the call,
return to Love.

When the best-laid plans
begin to crumble
and you have used
all of your tools,
Here is one tool,
everlasting –
answer the call,
return to Love.

When trusted routines
are not helping,
seeing with new eyes
is a first step,
what is asking for
some attention –
answer the call,
return to Love.

Navigating change will
always be a part
of life that can
rock the boat,
keep your eyes on
the steady horizon –
answer the call,
return to Love.

You need not give up
what you believe in,
but use your Strength
and not your fear,
may Love be the rudder
keeping you steady,
as you answer the call –
This You as Love.

You as Fearless

Fear is a triggering
response,
and one that ego
knows so well,
it has the power to
cause constriction
and make you want
to hide in your shell.

But take the hand
of spirit and sense
that you are not in
this alone,
you need not have
all of the answers,
tune into the wisdom
of your soul.

It may feel like a
paradox,
to release, allow
and let spirit lead,
your ego works hard
to protect you,
yes do what you
need to,
but also Be.

Tapping into your
innate power,
is more a falling back
to You,
trust and believe
This Force within,
You as fearless
know what to do.

Does this not allow your
Strength and Courage
to fill you up with
energy vast,
tap into your Power of Love
that supports and helps
with every task!
