strong winds blow,
This is You grounded
and strong,
yes in life fear
and worry reside,
but your True Self is
where Peace belongs.
Know that ego is
a lens in life,
but You have Eyes
that with clarity see,
yes be engaged in
a world on fire,
but also Be the
water that you seek.
Hold onto one another’s
hands,
link arm in arm to
reassure and breathe,
with your innate Strength
resolve to see Truth,
grounded in Love
Here is always Peace!

lay down ego’s
hammer,
that tells lies and
beats you down,
with intention,
claim Who You Are,
This powerful shift
turns perception
around.
This powerful You
is not new dear one,
This remembrance
is familiar to you,
before ego began
its distractions,
You, This Center
is all that you
knew.
Reclaim This now,
fully supported and
cherished,
do not fear this
powerful You
so free,
you need not talk ego
into something,
shift to your soul and
let your Self Be!

your path,
you are right where
you need to be,
your inquiring brain
wants all the details,
your soul says patient
flexibility is key.
Your roots ground you
in steadiness,
but like majestic tree
you sway with the wind,
you will know what to do
when you need to –
you will not break as
you flow and bend.
Show up authentically,
see your brothers and sisters,
your Light shines and
ripples out to All,
these are the Waves
of Love that are
so needed,
each step you take is
answering Love’s call!

walls of protection

fine.
Here You Are
as Strength and
Courage,
use all that you
have learned here,
releasing old beliefs
is honoring this you
that now sees so clear.
With the help of
your soul that is
connected always
to This Love,
behold your path
unfolding in life,
know You Are what
you have been
dreaming of!

Life in this world
may feel so heavy,
between mother nature
and man-made events,
when humanity appears
to falter,
Love cannot help
but rise.
A mountain may appear
insurmountable,
but by linking
arm in arm,
join together as
One Heart beating,
Love cannot help
but rise.
Regroup, realign,
Be Love’s resurrection,
may you Be Courageous
in your new growth,
trust and Be Love’s
Eternal Truth –
O Beacon of Light,
Love sees you rise!

be flexible in your
navigation,
ready for what life

Reflect upon who has
come before you,
who do you hold up
to endear,
now gaze upon
the face in the
mirror,
You Have chosen
to Be Here.
You need not change
the world,
but may you sense
your Strength
my dear,
turn your heart up
to its potential,
your call to Love
brings the angels
near.
Do not underestimate
your Self,
Be You authentic
in every way,
may you Be a bright
Light shining,
with All who share

Allow the waves
of your emotions
to flow freely
letting you know,
as a human on
this earth,
there is so much
that touches
your soul.
You have filters
that help to stem
the tidal waves
that can come
through,
experiences in the
world can be a lot
for any human
to do.
You cannot solve
all problems here,
but dive in to
your feelings dear,
another’s anguish
may bring up for you
your own emotions
to clear.
And as Love is in
every wave,
might you be lifted
by Love’s flow,
as a participant
in life,
you are on Love’s Team –
you and your soul.
Ride the waves even
as you may feel
you are hanging
by a thread,
This eternal bond
cannot be broken –
ride with confidence
as you are led.
With deeper breaths
and Strength returning,
does Courage not return
at once,
as a fully integrated Be-ing,
dear one,
you never ride
these waves alone!

return Here –

wait.
Peace may be hard
to find in this world,
but You Are more than
what you see,
your breath brings life
to this incarnation,
but the energy You Are

Draw Strength and Courage
from This Infinite Source
when the world appears
to be fraught with fear,
breathe in Peace,
may your breath remind
that Love is forever

all around you,
but You Are changeless
at your core,
you may experience
wounds and pain
as human,
but your soul is well
forever more.
Every Light on earth
needs fellow Lights,
not one more or less
than anyone else,
Lights together blend
wholly as One,
helping each other
as One brilliant Self.
Love sees You as
whole and complete,
This You Are always –
have no doubt,
no matter the experiences
here on earth,
the Light You Are is
what Love is about!

in This Moment,

struggle and try,

set,
nourish you with the
Light of Love,
marvel at what then
unfolds,
You as the answer
