There are many layers
in this so called life,
experiences that come
in and out,
some make you marvel
at Mother Earth,
some make you question
what it is all about.

You look for answers that
may come one day,
some questions help you
upon your path,
when trust is fleeting
do the best you can,
life’s duality always
contains this or that.

Be you, experience,
at any moment now,
your soul is up for
any task,
you need not wear
rose-colored glasses
dear,
your Strength,
your Courage
is up for any
ask.

The road you walk
may be a bit unknown,
does this not help you
see what may be next,
breathe in Love’s Peace
to settle jangled nerves,
Be wholly authentic as
you do your best!

You are needed.
Love is needed.
You Are Love.

It is said that
Love can move
mountains.

And are there not
a thousand paths
to experience
the mountain?

You can bask
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.

You can see it
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.

From the top
you can see
everything
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.

You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it
to Be Love?

Does not Love
move through you –
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?

Be You Love.
Be a movement
of This.

See where Love
takes you,
You Are Here
for This.

You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.

Love moves
through You.
Amen.

Or more succinctly –
Here I Am.

And from This Truth
your power flows,
helping you to
rise again.

No matter what life
throws at you,
behold your Strength
and your resolve,
as you look for
a clearer path,
stoke up your Light
when darkness falls.

You may sense the friction
of “us or them,”
this is how life
unfolds,
and beyond the notion
of right or wrong
is your Truth –
asking You
to Be bold.

This is not a call
to bury your head,
this is a call
to lead with
your Heart,
stand up for what
you believe in,
sense where energy
is ready to soar.

Dive into
Here I Am,
with new resolve
see where This
takes you love,
free of the chains
that life uses to
tie you down,
Here is your purpose
you have been dreaming
of!

Shifting sand upon
the beach
can make for precarious
walking dear,
paths once known
may change direction,
but is not inner guidance
always near?

You need not rush
or force emotion
to match a perceived
state of mind,
allow some space
in human life
to let things settle –
Be patient,
Be kind.

As you create with
your authentic heart,
what new paths await
to be revealed,
you need not let
outside forces
define you –
reshape the sand,
discover what is
Real.

Human emotion captures
your attention,
Be fully the spectrum
of what life shares,
use All of This as
your palette ready
for your masterpiece
to be created Here!

Walking With Love

walk with Love.

When fog rolls in,
the path is hard
to see,
you wish for Light
to shine,
Here You Are
with your Light glowing –
return to and
walk with Love.

When life expanded
makes you weary,
nature is a respite
near,
what brings you
wonder in
This Present –
return to and
walk with Love.

Find clarity within
your soul,
you need not understand
the world,
Be Love’s Light
where there is
darkness –
return to and
walk with Love!

When you speak
from your heart,
when you set ego
to the side,
your soul rises
to the occasion –
you let Spirit
be your Voice.

You are always
integrated,
your soul is Here
always by your
side,
working in tandem
is your soul’s purpose –
why not let Spirit
be your Voice.

You may be hesitant
to speak your Truth,
you may not know
always what to say,
why not expand to
your True Nature –
and let Spirit
be your Voice.

It may feel different –
this flowing experience,
but This Is You
always at your core,
rejoice experiencing
You expanded –
You Are Spirit –
This Is your Voice!

A Sign of Love

It may be a repeating number,
what is it that snags
your view,
something you read,
or a memory
that pops in suddenly
to you.

It matters not if your
awareness,
is aware of signs or
misses some,
you are as connected
as the morning that
always knows,
here comes the sun!

Rest assured your loved ones
know and sense these
connections to you,
Love may be quiet
or may be loud,
the mind is sometimes
hard to get through.

Let your heart be
the instrument
that knows each note
of every loving chord,
let your hearts sing
together as One,
Love exists beyond
any spoken word.

Yes, look for signs
to delight,
in the magic
that is displayed,
but know You Are
a Sign of Love,
eternally connected,
forever,
always.

might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.

Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,
You Are Love
