Breathe in Peace
when nerves are
jangled,
reset, release
to rejunvenate,
at your center is
your knowing,
return Here –
you need not
wait.
Peace may be hard
to find in this world,
but You Are more than
what you see,
your breath brings life
to this incarnation,
but the energy You Are
is Eternity.
Draw Strength and Courage
from This Infinite Source
when the world appears
to be fraught with fear,
breathe in Peace,
may your breath remind
that Love is forever
and always Here!
1/05/25
Life changes and swirls
all around you,
but You Are changeless
at your core,
you may experience
wounds and pain
as human,
but your soul is well
forever more.
Every Light on earth
needs fellow Lights,
not one more or less
than anyone else,
Lights together blend
wholly as One,
helping each other
as One brilliant Self.
Love sees You as
whole and complete,
This You Are always –
have no doubt,
no matter the experiences
here on earth,
the Light You Are is
what Love is about!
1/01/25
You may wish for
something different,
you may hope things
stay the same,
find life’s sweet spot
in This Moment,
in the heart of You
where no-thing is
named.
Life asks you to
struggle and try,
with no seeming
end in sight,
yes work hard but
may your passion
buoy you with its
infinite Light.
Re-examine intentions
set,
nourish you with the
Light of Love,
marvel at what then
unfolds,
You as the answer
you have been dreaming
of!
12/30/24
Let Love show
you the way.
Make your plans,
set up a schedule,
but be flexible
as tall trees,
the winds may change,
be open to it –
and let Love show
you the way.
Do not miracles
abound
beyond any expectations
set,
delight in connections
you saw not coming,
let Love show
you the way.
Humans like structure,
it has a purpose,
but does your soul
not like to play,
be you grounded
and divinely guided,
Love delights
showing you
the way!
12/26/24 From: 12/29/23
Climb out of your
humanness,
moonlight waits patiently
for you,
bathe in This Light
as you release
what is ready to
move through.
You need not a
resolution,
your intention is in
This Now,
with some willingness
and open heart,
unclutch from the
why and how.
Ride on moonbeams,
radiate with sun,
You Are the breeze
rustling dear trees,
answer with yes
to the universe,
to your soul,
flying truly free!
12/18/24
When mind is weary
from sleeplessness,
slip into your heart –
it is refreshed,
flow from spirit
never tires,
let it lead while
your mind rests.
And is this not
a good way to live,
flowing from the heart
as your first choice,
would not the world
breathe more deeply,
if heart helped to
dampen all the noise.
Breathe in Light,
Here is your power,
let your mind take
a backseat,
Love as driver
will guide you
always
with clarity and all
the energy you need!
12/16/24
Be the sun when
clouds are gathering,
sun simply does
what it Is,
your Light shines
no matter what
tries to hide you
from All of This.
Faith is where
you can turn
to always know
Here is the Light,
on cloudy days
you know the sun
has not lost power
or its might.
Be it seasonal or
be it worldly,
you seek Light
when things get
dark,
Be as sun,
Here You Are –
Illuminated by
Love’s sweet spark!
12/07/24
When days are short with
darkness surrounding,
light your spark,
turn up your Light,
you need not solve
any world problems,
simply Be a Beacon
in the day or night.
When you catch yourself
holding your breath,
fall back into Love’s
relaxed flow,
Love is Here in
your heart beating,
Here is your Strength,
the Courage of your
soul.
As you connect
with Source,
with Love,
you awaken to
the magic of One,
You Are the trees
that stand before
you,
You Are the Light
of the rising sun.
There is no-thing
that can dim
This Light,
shine with the
hope and wonder
of the stars,
You Are All seasons
cycling through life,
forever shining
as the Love
You Are!
12/03/24
Be Love’s miracle.
Be You,
Be Strength,
Be Light,
sometimes in life
you encounter
shadows,
but You as Soul
transcend the
darkest night.
Accept the challenge
to change your
perceptions,
priming another
way to see,
trust your intuition
that uses myriad ways
to flow,
to Be.
Caring for self
is a loving endeavor,
begin here and see
what unfolds,
as a Miracle of Love,
arise Beloved
and dance with
your soul!
11/26/24
Life keeps changing
and so do you,
you grow, evolve –
you and your soul,
the landscape around
may look different
now,
but You as Love
are everlasting flow.
Relationships can
reflect this growth,
new ones are formed,
old ones may change,
evolution can be exciting
with shared growth,
sometimes there is fear –
wishing to stay the same.
Be in This Flow
upon This Journey here,
Be curious and open
to the “I don’t know,”
let intuition guide you
through it all,
Be Love’s experience –
you and your soul!
