I Am.

If you search
and cannot see,
see with the Eyes
of your Soul,
if feeling lost
know Love is
Here,
say it softly –
I Am.

Identity in life
can shift,
life is a rollercoaster
ride,
return to You,
regain your balance,
say it strongly –
I Am.

The past is heavy
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –
I Am.

You need not fix
what is not broken,
the body does the
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
in Gratitude
Be
I Am.

Love reminds that
You Are Whole,
no matter what life
sends your way,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
sing out your Truth –
I Am!

Part of Everything

Is not fear
your inner child
who only wishes
to be safe,
life events or
past beliefs
may bring up angst
that blocks your way.

Yes fear can be
overwhelming,
but this is only one
aspect of you,
you also have
a nurturing presence
that comforts and
lets Love flow
through.

Spend time with this
fearful part within you,
bring this wounded one
to the Whole,
past experiences have
brought you to This Now –
allow Grace and compassion
to flow.

Fully supported may
all of your parts
work together as
One amazing Team,
in This Oneness
may you remember,
You Are Love’s
part of Everything!

Nurturing Growth

Growing pains.

Is this not a human
construct,
that to grow means
it must be hard,
yes at times there
are old wounds
that seem to fester
keeping you on
guard.

As you are part of
a collective,
are there not collective
wounds to heal,
you need not solve all
of the world’s problems,
but All of You have
many layers to peel.

Begin with you,
your growth then
ripples out –
as All are part of
this evolving Web,
may you have Grace
for your human self,
and celebrate the
old skin that you
shed.

This need not be a
painful process,
as you nurture self
with a loving ease,
as you gaze inward
from the external,
Here always present
is You at Peace!

Be Here

Be Here this day,
this moment,
this now,
Be present with
the Whole of You,
sometimes the soft Voice
of your soul
waits for perfect timing
to come through.

Meet your soul
upon your breath,
carve out time
for This to Be,
when you wish for
a reset,
Love reminds you
to return to thee.

All of This
is in All
of You,
yes human conditions
apply to your life,
with awareness,
faith and your heart,
make the shift
to your soul,
your Light.

Ask for help to see
another way,
release your grip
on ego’s state
of mind,
the human condition is
fraught with angst,
but You as Soul
are well and fine!

With loving arms
may you hold
all parts of you
now and from
the past,
these are echoes
of you hoping
to be seen and loved
at last.

You have the Strength
and Courage to do
this,
you know This Love
in your heart Here,
resist the urge to be
combative,
you need not fight
to survive my dear.

You Are treasured,
cherished dear one,
breathe in Love’s power
that flows through,
gently gather any
pieces missing,
rejoice that Love is
the Whole of You!

Let the day unfold,
what might inspire
you today,
what musings may
you explore,
what may drop in
to show the way.

You need not solve
all of the world’s
problems,
but might you add
Light to the dark,
what may bubble up
from within
that only needs a
loving spark.

Perceived control
is a non-starter,
but you have tools
for what you need,
Strength and Courage
wrapped with Love
join Gratitude
walking you
with Peace!

Illuminated

The shadows of
the past need not
have a hold on
you any more,
walk through them,
illuminated,
bring Light to
any closed door.

You need not fear
any door you open,
the smaller spark
of Light reveals –
shadow is only
a myth,
the ego’s way to
hide what is Real.

Knowing your Self
as the Light
reveals the freedom
you have dreamed of,
spread your wings,
believe This Truth –
you fly free as
the Light of Love!

As you align to
a new shift,
you may have dreams
you wish come true,
you need not wait
for Joy to come,
Its Presence is always
within You.

You may be tired
of ego’s fight,
but honor All
that has brought
you here,
what cries out for
Love to assure,
You Are so very Loved
my dear.

Take Love’s hand,
call in the angels,
but also sense this
Power of You,
Be open to All
possibility,
may Joy with passion
and Strength
flow through!

Listen to your Voice –
it rings out with
the clarity you
seek,
honor what it has
to say,
here is your Truth
that wishes to
speak.

In life there are
a thousand things
that try to keep
you small,
but within is
a Loving Force
that is empowered,
standing tall.

Deep within,
sense your power,
Strength and Courage
are your Truth,
listen to your Voice
that speaks with
Love,
This Is the
authentic You!

A Journey Yours

For forward motion,
sense your desires,
feel the movement
begin to flow,
you need not have
all of the answers,
have Faith and Trust
until you know.

Winds may shift
as you set sail,
adjust as needed
to stay upright,
sometimes you need
to change direction,
or you may need
to increase your
Light.

This ebb and flow,
this give and take,
might be baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
your life’s course
is yours unique,
you are never lost
with Love always
around!
