all parts of you
now and from
the past,
these are echoes
of you hoping
to be seen and loved
at last.
You have the Strength
and Courage to do
this,
you know This Love
in your heart Here,
resist the urge to be
combative,
you need not fight
to survive my dear.
You Are treasured,
cherished dear one,
breathe in Love’s power
that flows through,
gently gather any
pieces missing,
rejoice that Love is
the Whole of You!

what might inspire
you today,
what musings may
you explore,
what may drop in
to show the way.
You need not solve
all of the world’s
problems,
but might you add
Light to the dark,
what may bubble up
from within
that only needs a
loving spark.
Perceived control
is a non-starter,
but you have tools
for what you need,
Strength and Courage
wrapped with Love
join Gratitude
walking you
with Peace!

The shadows of
the past need not
have a hold on
you any more,
walk through them,
illuminated,
bring Light to
any closed door.
You need not fear
any door you open,
the smaller spark
of Light reveals –
shadow is only
a myth,
the ego’s way to
hide what is Real.
Knowing your Self
as the Light
reveals the freedom
you have dreamed of,
spread your wings,
believe This Truth –
you fly free as
the Light of Love!

you wish come true,
you need not wait
for Joy to come,
Its Presence is always
within You.
You may be tired
of ego’s fight,
but honor All
that has brought
you here,
what cries out for
Love to assure,
You Are so very Loved

Take Love’s hand,
call in the angels,
but also sense this
Power of You,
Be open to All
possibility,
may Joy with passion
and Strength
flow through!

In life there are
a thousand things
that try to keep
you small,
but within is
a Loving Force
that is empowered,

are your Truth,
listen to your Voice

sense your desires,
feel the movement
begin to flow,
you need not have
all of the answers,
have Faith and Trust
until you know.
Winds may shift
as you set sail,
adjust as needed
to stay upright,
sometimes you need
to change direction,
or you may need
to increase your
Light.
This ebb and flow,
this give and take,
might be baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
your life’s course
is yours unique,
you are never lost
with Love always

You have been doing
this through the years,
but have you not judged
what you see,
do This from your
soul’s perspective –
get to know
and Love
your self.
Bring your self
out of the closet,
what to keep,
what to move on,
what reflects your
True Light shining –
get to know
and Love
your self.
You may do some things
the same way,
you may change what
needs transformed,
as a Creator look
with wonder –
as you see
and Love
your self.
This is not polished
perfection,
This is You seeing you
in life,
give your self
This Gift of Love –
knowing,
accepting,
Loving your self!

Rise up with what
feeds your soul,
in life you may
wear many hats,
with a list and
time-clock ticking,
you may feel hard-pressed
to finish this or that.
The present moment
is experiential,
time stands still when
you are engaged,
with any task or
interaction,
you and your soul
show up in many
ways.
Make time,
make space for
your creation,
the Whole of You
wishes to express,
Be-ing your best self
helps all around you,
your passion and purpose
flow out to the rest.
Aligning to your
intuition,
brings clarity to what
you see,
trust yourself,
believe in you,
no matter the hat
you wear –
flow with Grace
and ease!

Be the Love you
know you are,
Be This every moment
toward you,
Love your self –
this child within
wants to know Love
is for them too.
Past wounds heal
from This release,
Love’s energy knows
what to do,
allow emotion to
come up
so Love can surround
all parts of you.
You are the yin
and the yang,
and these together
make up the Whole,
This Circle is never-ending,
infinite, eternal
is You as soul.
Be rooted as majestic
tree,
your branches reach
for the stars,
You Are All of This
and All between,
Be Strength,
Be empowered
by the Love
You Are!
