your burdens over,
Be at Peace held
in Love’s arms,
allow each moment
to unfold,
Be Here,
Be present,
safe from harm.

This Perspective
is your soul that
sings with angels
and guides you,
yes as a place of duality,
life can be challenging
to navigate through.

This Peace is but a
breath away,
ready to listen,
nurture, heal,
life is not meant
to be perfect,
but You as Spirit
is what is Real.

Be You balanced,
empowered, strong,
embrace Gratitude
to raise you up,
say yes to the angels
singing –
You Are Loved,
complete,
enough!

With open heart
let Love assist,
as you rise to
help yourself,
ego’s fear loves
to paralyze,
may Strength and Courage
nudge you forward
as well.

You need not know
all of the answers
to keep on walking
upon your path,
what is your intention,
what is your drive,
it dwells within even
as life pushes back.

May Love’s spark in you
ignite,
so you may sense what
is forever True,
take Love’s hand
in the face of fear,
Love believes in the
Strength and Truth
of You!

Life can get heavy,
is it not a chaotic
swirl of humanity
that is searching
hard,
in a world of duality,
it is easy to forget
Who You All Are.

From the perspective
of the ego,
survival is the
bottom line,
rise above to
You as Soul –
Here is where you
expand and thrive.

Welcome ego to
share its fears,
these have been with you
since your youth,
now with awareness
of You expanded,
your soul as Love
can comfort and soothe.

You need not solve
all the world’s problems,
center and anchor with
This Truth –
as you honor and
release your fears,
Love’s Light illuminates
the Whole of You!

may you soar and fly
on angel wings
that remind you how,
your path may stretch
out before you,
but delight in
This Here and Now.

With loved ones always
in your heart,
experience life
as it shows up,
you have a purpose
always dear,
is it not to know
and trust –
You Are Love.

In linear life
time is a marker,
but You as Timeless
only need to Be,
This eternal You
is full of wonder,
upon this journey,
fly high and free!

is very personal,
it is easy to take
all things to heart,
bolstered by many
core beliefs,
some things that happen
feel like your fault.

Defenses rise and
frustrations grow,
the shoulds and
have to(s) come out
to personalize,
as life unfolds what
battles do you pick,
might Peace remain
as you let go of why.

Yes do continue to
solve and work
things out,
but as you loosen
the personalizing grip,
invite Peace and ease
to bring clarity,
with newfound Strength,
experience All of This!

to Who You Are,
your shining Light
burns forever True,
any shadow passing
by,
cannot dim the Light
of Love,
of You.

Your re-alignment
to your Source
is only but a breath
away,
You Are rooted beyond
the earth,
with foundation strong,
you find your way.

Release the past,
Be present now,
let Love transmute
what no longer serves,
remember and return,
yes, Here You Are –
behold your Light
that shines forever!
