blow and swirl,
but you are anchored
always, dear,
you are a centered
eternal Be-ing,
with loved ones
and angels near.
Believe in you
and trust in Love,
able to handle
come what may,
do not let unknowns
throw you off,
Be You,
Be present throughout
the day.
In This Moment
of linear time,
You Are omnipotent,
forever One,
no matter how hard
the winds may blow,
You Are eternally
and always Home!

You may think
you know the
way to go
on multiple paths
you see,
but might there be a
better timing that
unfolds elegantly.
In the midst of change
it is hard to have faith
in what is not known,
life unfolds in many
ways,
begin by trusting
you are not alone.
You have what you need
to handle life that
comes your way,
trust in You,
Here is where Peace says,
I Am Love,
eternally, always.
Bring in patience,
release timelines
so you my Be
so very clear,
in This Clarity
may you find
your Self handling

Keep your heart
open,
it is a natural
thing to do,
your spirit Self
is wholly This,
your egoic mind
tends to close you.
As spirit,
You Are invulnerable,
but ego has some
dissent,
this frication can
make you question –
what do I need to do
to protect?
Take good care of
the body,
but might you open
your mind to this –
the natural state
of your heart
resonates with Love’s
eternal bliss.
Dive down deep
to core beliefs
that function as
a vaulted door,
external sources
are not the key,
all that you release
opens your heart more.
Be This natural
State of Be-ing,
as Strength and Courage
flow freely through,
with your beautiful heart
so open,
share All of This
as All of You!

your soul’s perspective
knows this,

inside your head.
In the present,
Presence is the
Whole of You
that comes with
Peace,

You Are Strength,
secure and safe,
let Gratitude help you
find your way
back to This Awareness,

I Am All

worries, doubt and

Self,
This is the Observer of
any human strife,
you have All you need
within,

in the experience

Let Love be the Strength
that lifts you up
when you are
feeling down,
when mind is full
and energy lags,
Love is the string of lights
that shines and
surrounds.
You need not be strong
at all times,
take a rest,
a breath
and pause,
know that when
you really need it,
Love is Here for you –
for One is All.
Plug into your connection
that is always Here –
you can count on This,
be it a rest
or re-energizing,
Love’s Strength is Here,
you can count on This!

on what is flow,
based on what you may
currently know,
what if what you need
is not created yet,
are you placing Peace
on what you expect?
Yes it is hard to not
get your way,
go within to You –
what does your soul
say,
beyond your deadlines
is what may flow next,
working on its timing,
not quite ready yet.
Life is a changing
kaleidoscope,
if resistance appears,
try to let that go,
be open,
be curious
and Be amazed –
what might you
and life

may feel drained,
recharge,

Love’s eternal spring
that does not change.
You may be lifted
by things external,
but what lasts and
is your Truth,
You Are a conduit

forever dwells in You.
Be Love’s fountain
whilst in this life,

meet you Here,
this wellspring
forever lifts you,
