All You Need

You Are beloved,
Love says gently,
turn away from what
ego says,
your soul’s perspective
knows this,
sees it,
but past and future swirl
inside your head.

In the present,
Presence is the 
Whole of You 
that comes with 
Peace,
shift your focus to 
This Perspective,
This Truth quiets
ego’s needs.

You Are Strength,
secure and safe,
let Gratitude help you
find your way
back to This Awareness,
knowing,
I Am All
I need today!
