An Intention of Love

Why, as human,
do predictions
you make?
Does this not lead
to energy going
to what you expect,
what you want
or don’t want,
visualizing an outcome
wrapped in a story,
based upon thoughts
that speculate
so very well?

Might you ponder
intention
versus prediction –
with intention,
can you build it
with the energy
of your Essences,
is not intention
open to what
possibility may bring,
does not intention
feel lighter,
infused with the
Energy of Love?

With prediction,
do you not wish
to put an “ending”
on a story,
you write the script,
you play the part,
the curtain falls on
a scene,
but does not intention
let you explore,
let you experience,
even ad lib,
does not intention
open doors
that you have not
yet seen?

Are not predictions
based on what
you think you might know,
does not intention
flow with the energy
that you already Are –
yes, Joy and Strength,
with Gratitude,
will always help
set an intention,
when your intention
is to Be
and to experience Love.

Let go of any “endings”,
with Love there is
no end.
With Humility,
can you be
the brightest Light
you can shine?
With a heart
that is open,
what might you expect –
might it be
that your intention
is to always
Be Love?

You Are Love
and so very Loved.
Set your intention
and share your Love.

The Nature of Love

A stand of trees
in the forest,
do they not share
the nutrients
from the soil
of mother earth,
do not their roots
soak up the water,
running deep or
raining down
from the skies above,
do not the sun’s rays
bring life to each tree
in the forest,
can you not look
at a single tree
and see the forest
that is so alive?

Do you not receive
the same gifts
from mother earth,
does she not connect you
to the trees,
do you not walk upon
the soil,
that gives you nutrients
through food,
is your thirst not quenched
by rivers of water,
does not the sun
bring warming Light,
can you look at yourself
in a mirror
and see all of humanity?

Do you not sense
the support of nature,
are you not part
of nature, too,
does it not help
when you are standing
with others,
who are also
part of You,
as you are all
part of something greater,
can you expand
your once-limited view,
though you may be a
single tree in the forest,
are you not the
forest, too?

Are you not in the soil
that nurtures you,
are you not the water
that is raining down,
are you not the air
that breathes you,
are you not as bright
as the shining sun,
you are strong
as a sturdy tree
that bends when
the wind is so strong,
both individually
and together,
can you celebrate
that You Are One?

You never stand alone.
You Are connected
above and below.
What is Here
is also There.
Yes, always connected
by the Nature of Love.

Butterfly’s Lesson

Do you not marvel
at the beauty
and the Strength
of a butterfly?

Though their wings look
thin and fragile,
do they not navigate
through winds,
erratic breezes –
are butterflies not adept
at flying,
or in stillness,
is there not a more
peaceful vision
than a butterfly
in repose?

Are not its wings
a triumphant banner,
that is raised up
when caterpillar is free –
after changes,
transformation,
do not its wings
symbolize its journey
through each phase
on the way to Be,
a miraculous Butterfly?

Do you not learn
from butterfly’s journey,
to have Faith and Trust
in what will be –
you need not wait
for transformation,
do you not possess
all the of beauty and
Strength that you may need,
are you not able
to navigate situations
that leave you breathless
from the wind –
can you not
still your breath
to let the magic
of your existence
filter in?

Though your beauty
is unique,
as each of you
wear different wings,
is it not your Strength
and Courage
that gives you Faith
to transform again –
if you wish to fly,
to soar,
like butterflies that you see,
can you display your colors
as you unfold,
can you raise your flag
for Love?

Love can fill up
any opening,
it can be the wind
beneath your wings,
might you spread
your wings
and with Love lift up
and Be One
with all that
Love brings?

You need not wait
for growth to happen,
it is happening
as we speak –
do butterflies
not teach you,
that miracles do exist?
Are you not a
beautiful miracle
created from
the Miracle of Love?
With Strength and Love
may you marvel
at the Miracle
of You.

Growing With Love

What pushes you
to change and grow,
are you not sometimes
content with the status quo –
then do you not feel
the current,
tugging you this way
or that,
making you push against
or giving you the opportunity
to let go and flow,
is there not always a choice
with a tug or a pull –
what do you hang on to,
what is good to let go?

Can you be comfortable
with the uncomfortableness
of change,
you may ask for more insight,
you may reach for a dream,
does not the road travelled
come with experiences
to show
that you are always changing
and do not challenges
help you to grow?

When you are pushed,
pulled or stretched,
does not the human
sometimes balk,
change need not be
uncomfortable,
what comes up for you
to see?
Ego loves to hold onto
patterns,
expectations to stay
in place,
but does not each
prickly experience
help you to look
for inner Peace,
if you cannot change
the external,
what reaction might
you seek,
does not each new
experience,
help you to find
the Balance of Love?

Do you not see a different
perspective,
when you come from
inner Strength,
does not Courage help you
to realize,
you are ready to continue
on,
do not experiences
push and pull you,
to see the Truth
of Who You Are –
does not life give you
opportunities
to know that
You Are always,
always Love?

Your perspective
may be clouded
by what is blocking
your view,
can you let go,
might you surrender,
to the beautiful,
magnificent You?

With nothing to prove,
you need not earn
the Love of All That Is –
Love Is Here.
Love Is There.
You Are That.
You Are Love.

A Grateful Heart

A grateful heart
can open doors,
dissolving walls
built of fear
and doubt,
does Gratitude
not usher in
the Breath of Love
that opens hearts?

When you feel small,
wishing to run and hide,
do you not feel Strength
when Gratitude is
by your side,
is not a grateful heart
the key to open
what is closed,
do you not receive Love
with a vulnerable heart –
can you have Faith
to open
and trust that
Love Is Here,
is there not always Love
in a grateful heart?

You have layers of protection,
but do these not melt
when You Are Love,
you use your Strength
to push away,
can you Be Courage
and let Love in,
when you untangle
to your core,
to see the magnificent Love
That You Are –
are You not revealed
when you look
with a grateful heart?

Open to the limitless
possibilities of You.
Your heart is the bridge,
you can hide
or cross anew.
You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
with Love –
what can you not do?
Welcome in the Magic
with your loving,
grateful heart.

Having Faith

Have Faith.

When you know
that you do not know,
everything that you
wish to know,
when you look
at the great unknown –
is this not
the perfect time
to have Faith?

For is not Faith
truly your inner
knowing,
an inner compass
that you can depend,
does not Faith
guide you through
thick or thin,
when you have been
knocked down,
what picks you up
again –
is it not when
you reach within
and have Faith?

Is not Faith
when you believe
there is something
greater than you –
you may call It
God,
Source,
Divine,
but as You Are Love
are you not That, too,
what would it mean
to have Faith in You –
does that not happen
when you let
your Light shine?
Have Faith.

Yes, you wish to know
all that you want to know,
but when you
know Love,
know Light,
is it not Faith
that holds you tight,
surrounding you
with loving arms,
shining a Light
when it is dark,
are Strength and Courage
not always there,
when you
have Faith?

Know that You Are
Love and Light.
In your Knowing,
you shine so bright.
From your first step
to when you fly,
Faith is always
by your side.

There is no limit
as Love never ends –
in Light and Love
there is always
Faith.

Walk With Love

You walk along
a darkened path
with a flashlight
in your hand –
the small beam
of light cuts
through the darkness,
enough that you can see
where your next step
may be,
as you cautiously
follow the light.
And do you not think,
“This would be easier
if I only had more light?”

So on your next trek
through the darkened path –
you now carry a
bigger light
and now you can see
further along
and around the path –
you are walking with
greater ease,
no longer worried
that you may take
a misstep or
to lose your way.

And with this bigger light –
you are now able
to see others
walking around you –
carrying their
beaming lights –
and you see that
if all shine their lights
together,
do the beams not combine
to illuminate more
of the path
that you are all
walking along?
And yet – do you not all think,
“This would be easier
if we only had more light?”

And then – at the break of dawn,
does not a greater light appear –
the sun arises on a new day,
bringing light so all may see –
illumining what is
always there –
be it dark or light?

And do you not realize
you can spend your time
hoping and waiting
for more light to come
to shine the way
so you may see,
but do you not have
within You,
all the Light you need?

And when you shine
your Light of Love –
illuminating exactly
where You Are –
is this not the perfect
place to Be?

And is not the Light
you shine,
the perfect Light
to show the way –
as you walk with
greater ease,
knowing you will
not lose your way?

And with each of You
shining your Lights of Love –
are you not already
connected by the Light
that flows through All?
The Light and Love
of All That Is,
is all you need
to walk along
any path that comes
your way.

There Is Light.
There Is Love.
There You Are.

Walk on
with Light.
Walk on.

The Strength Within

Wherein lies your inner Strength?

Do you not see strength
in the physical world,
in how strong a person is,
based upon might
or physical force,
and does not “being strong”
often mean to be quiet,
holding emotions in,
being stoic,
keeping a distance
from feelings that may
burst from a dam?

But is it not inner Strength
that helps you to rise
every morning,
is it not Strength
that brings you hope,
in the dark
or light of day,
do you not touch
your inner Strength
when you carry on,
when you persevere –
does not your Strength
keep you going,
as is this not
an expression of Love?

Does not Strength
come with energy,
when you need it most,
it is not tied
to earthly needs
of sleep,
or food,
or rest –
when Love fills your
heart,
when you sense
that You Are Love –
can you not feel Strength
begin to rise,
do you not believe
in the Strength of Love –
can you believe
You Are That, too,
is that not your
inner Strength?

Embrace every emotion.
Accept your human-ness.
There is a driving force
within your heart,
that pulls you up,
that is your Strength,
feel your power,
sense your Love –
are you not a fierce
Warrior of Love,
standing in the Truth
of Who You Are?

Be Strength.
Be Courage.
Be the strong Love
That You Are.
Let your inner Strength
shine on the outer you.
Amazing.
Powerful.
Love.

Be Fearless

Be fearless.

As you drop,
slough off,
what you no longer need,
as you see what may
be weighing you down,
is there not a lift,
a lightness when,
like a snake,
you shed your skin,
what you are now
may not look like
you then –
Be fearless.

Are there cords,
are you attached,
to scripts
that unfold
like a play –
things do not have
to play out
in a certain way,
can you break free
from a mold
that keeps you hidden,
dimming your light –
Be fearless.

Can you take a chance,
try something new,
move toward the unknown
with great delight,
might you not know
that you have wings,
until you leap
and then take flight –
is there not freedom,
is there not Joy,
“I wish I may,
I wish I might” –
is it not time
to get your wish –
Be fearless.

Let go of expectations
that may constrict
what freedom looks like,
“Oh, I must do this!”
Let Joy take you
by the hand,
with a heart full of Love,
does it not expand,
do you not rise,
can you now fly –
Be fearless.

Be Joy.
Be Courage.
Be Kind
to You.

Be fearless
in the Love
That You Are.
