Resistance.

Is resistance
not like a squeaky wheel
that needs some
oil to go,
can you let Love
pave the way
for you to move
past fear
to flow?

You may get
hung up on
old patterns,
some things get
rusty with
no use,
but as you flex
your loving muscles,
can you not gather
energy to knock
things loose?

Is not resistance
when you are fearful,
when you have forgotten
Who You Are,
can you not figure out
what is needed,
you have the Strength
to stretch so far,
with motivation,
with clear intention,
focusing on the Love
that you know
so well,
can you let Love
be the engine,
on the little train
that could?

Let resistance
be your teacher,
look at it with
open eyes,
what layer can you
let go of,
is fear not keeping you
from flying high?
Now look at You
with Love
and let Love be
your guiding Light,
what seems difficult
is easy,
when Love
is with you,
by your side.

Be aware of what
needs tending,
what can you do
to be in the Flow?
Begin with Love
as your motivation
and watch your
beautiful garden grow!

The Power of Yes.

Does not the
Power of Yes
propel you,
create a boost,
a push,
to get you
outside of your
comfort zone –
where growth
and change occur?

As a child,
was this not
referred to as
“growing pains?”
As yes, you may have
some discomfort
with moving in
directions not yet
completely known
or with experiences
that challenge
you to grow.

And as your
body reacts to this
move to Possibility,
this not yet chartered territory –
you may interpret this
as trepidation,
wariness,
or fear –
but is not your body,
sensing a new situation,
only being on alert –
and knowing that
a new experience
is coming –
might it be getting ready
for whatever lies ahead?

Is it not your mind,
your thoughts,
that enjoy the
status quo –
lulling you into thinking
that change or growth
is too uncomfortable,
for you to push
yourself into
something new?

The Power of Yes.

And when opportunity
knocks at your door,
you may not know
all that is
on the other side –
but does not being in
the Power of Yes,
the Energy of Yes –
give you the Strength,
the Courage,
to see what is
on the other side –
moving you forward
to explore?

And is not
All That Is
a part of every
experience –
with every door
you open wide,
are you not always
met with Love –
in or out of
your comfort zone –
for is not all growth
a chance for you
to experience Love
in a limitless
number of ways?

The Power of Yes
is the Power of Love –
propelling you
to experience
Who You Are.

And Who Are You?
In All Ways,
You Are Always
Love.

Belonging

Belonging.

As human
is there not an urge,
a longing,
to fit in,
to find your space,
a place where
you think you
could,
should
be –
does not the need to
“belong”,
send you down
some winding
streets,
that may turn
you around,
losing your way,
or second-guessing
what you believe?

Can you take away
the “longing”
and find contentment
with you as
“Be”,
Be-ing You
with the gifts you
bring
to any person,
place or
thing?

Might you not fret
about if a square peg,
fits in a circular
hole,
you are a perfect fit
for Where You Are
in the Greater Whole,
might you accept
Who You Are,
the perfect You
so you may see,
you are aligned
with Truth,
when you accept You
and simply Be.

Belong to You,
You belong
to Love.
Believe.
Be You.
Be Love.

Once you quiet
the external,
what do You
say to you?
Have you really listened
lately,
to what your
heart is saying
to you,
you may think
you have been
quiet enough
to hear your
still, small
voice –
but might it
resonate more
loudly,
when you tune
into it
as the preferred choice?

Your mind may
come up with
distractions,
familiar patterns
or parts to play,
yes, it can be
disconcerting
to open up
to another way,
but can you give
yourself a pass
and move away
from labels of
right or wrong,
will not your heart
lead you in a
loving direction,
when you let it
sing its loving
song?

Move beyond
your usual expectations
to what your intuition
wishes to say –
with boldness,
Strength and Courage,
in Gratitude,
Be You,
today.

Stretching

Stretch yourself.
Is this not how
you have grown
from there to
here?
Now can you let
unfoldment happen,
not focusing on
the here to
there –
might you look
with curious wonder
upon experiences
that come your way,
stretch yourself,
discover You,
today.

Be open.
Be surprised.
Be delighted
when growth occurs –
yes, sometimes it
triggers fears,
when expectation
then appears,
marvel at this
magical journey,
did you think you
would be here –
stretch and grow,
let Love take you
beyond your fear.

Stretch yourself,
choose Love,
it is Who You Are,
as you build your
loving muscles,
is it not Love
that takes you far,
you may be able
to see your journey
in the linear world
you live,
but as Eternal
Love and Light,
is it not Love that
you can give?

Stretch yourself
with Love,
no matter what direction
you take,
Love is omnipresent,
let it be in every
decision you make,
let each step be one
that walks with Love,
you cannot Be anything
else,
You Are creation,
You Are Love.

Shine

What comes to Light
is asking for healing,
it may be one
or countless more,
emotions run high,
there is much anguish
as a society
opens once closed
doors.

Though you rise
and fall
when in these
choppy waters,
can you turn up
the Light
that is always
in You,
can you be an anchor
in calmer water,
can you find balance
in the Strength
that is You?

You need not turn away
completely,
though sometimes you wish
to find a place
to hide –
when hurt and pain
arise
is this not a searching,
for Love to show
another side?

You will see so many
stories
in the tangled web
of Life –
and though the answers
may take some time,
can you not instantly
turn up the Love
and Light?

Be a Light
when the world is
hurting,
yes, you may feel
this pain as well,
but as Love knows
no boundaries,
add Love and Light
in your story
to tell,
you may not be able
to change the story,
its ending may not
be clear to see,
but as Love is
Everlasting,
can you Be a bright
Light
in a stormy sea?

Be a beacon.
Anchor with Strength.
Love knows where
it is needed,
go within
and shine
your Light!

A Season of Love

Tall and majestic
is the tree,
full of summer’s
abundant leaves,
yes, on one day
the seasons change,
but has not change
always been happening,
sometimes so slowly
you may not realize it,
but have not the leaves
been changing
bit by bit,
change can happen
be it fast or slow,
are you not always
evolving
and letting go?

Like roots on the tree,
you are grounded here –
part of the earth,
while you are living here,
but as nature is
a gift
from the Divine,
are you not also beyond
any space or time?

You change in cycles
like the seasons change,
what may seem like
an end,
is only you beginning
again,
in this moment you are
as above,
so below,
always expanding,
with Divine perfection,
you grow.

So be it spring,
summer, winter
or fall,
can you not soak up
the many lessons
from all,
take a cue from
Tree,
who represents
balance and Grace –
Be One with the earth,
even as you transcend
any space.

Sense your roots
that stretch deep
into the ground,
now touch the stars,
You Are Everywhere
Love can be found.

Be present
with Love.

Do you not see
that you can
really be –
nowhere else?

All of You
is in,
All of You
Is Love –
no matter how,
no matter what,
if your mind
cannot wrap
around this thought –
your soul is here
to experience
the Love you
cannot help
but Be,
so Be all in,
express the Love
that helps you
breathe.

Be all in.
Be present
with Love,
spend some time
in this awareness,
see what you
are made of –
no matter the
story,
or all of the
details
that you know,
get to know
You –
this Loving Force
within your
soul.

Feel your power,
sense your Strength,
the magnificence
of You –
is always in,
always present,
forever together,
with Love.

Step into your
magnificence
and feel the
Power of Love,
you need not fear
or hold back,
this powerful force
within you,
it is not destructive
in its energy,
does it not lift hearts
to find a way,
is not the Power of Love
what you feel when
Joy
comes out to play?

Is there not a focus
with this excitement,
does not Love get
your attention
so you will believe,
that what you dream
or wish to dream of,
will then align
with Love’s Strength,
there is a gathering of
loving energy
that organically builds
within you –
and when you align
with Love,
is there not anything
you cannot do?

There is no need to
be wary of this power,
it fuels the energy
you may need,
when this power
comes from Love,
are you not strong enough
to simply Be?
To Be of service,
to Be Love,
to Be Strength
in your Humility –
is it not the Magic
of Love,
that helps you Be
all that you
can Be?

Be powerful
with Love.
Be a force
that shines
so bright.
Let Love show you,
let Love guide you,
shine your loving,
beautiful Light!

Be strong enough
to Be vulnerable.

An open heart
need not be
a fearful place,
when you come from
a loving space,
keep diving deep
into the heart
of you,
let others see
the authentic you,
are you not free
when you follow
your heart –
is not serving Love
a beautiful place
to start?

When you are true
to yourself,
to Love,
it need not be hard
to follow the path
that you dream of,
what dream does
your heart resonate and
beat with,
might you let Love
show you how
to create this –
when you ask
with a heart
full of Love,
is that not when
the answers appear
to fall from above?

You need not overcome
anything
to be strong,
Be yourself,
Be amazing,
Be One
with your heart
that beats a
familiar tune –
Be strong enough
to Be vulnerable,
to Be You.
