Letting go is a
sign of Strength,
trust in the Greater Field
of You,
the world may not be
where safety lives,
but All is Well within
This Greater You.
A sweet surrender
is not giving up,
it also is not you
giving in,
are you not letting go
of an ego mind
so you may be in
Love’s flow again?
You are still part
of decision’s made,
but your perspective
is now crisp and new,
letting go of fear
and worry,
frees up All possibilities
of You!
This is Shelley, Sandy’s sister.
Sandy is in one of the areas that got hit hard by Hurricane Helene.
She is safe and sound, though without cell or internet.
We are sending much Love and many Prayers to all of those affected by this storm!

As the morning dew
magically appears,
may you know Love
is always Here,
to soothe you when
the road is rough,
or when life brings to you
more than enough,
at daybreak or when
day is done,
are there still not always
the stars and the sun?
Let Love whisper to you
through the gentle breeze,
the fading of night sounds
as summer leaves,
watch the changing palette
as seasons change,
yet in every moment,
yes, Love remains.
Love is always Here
tenderly within You,
no change or transition
can obscure Love’s View,
always holding you
in its loving arms,
Love flows within you
and Love surrounds.
As sun comes up on
another day,
might you listen closely
to what Love may say:
O Child of Love,
Here You Are, today,
wrapped in Love
with Me,
forever,
always.

Are not All hearts
beating as One?
This makes no sense
in a world
that celebrates
separateness,
but even as the
costumes change,
All hearts are beating
as One.
Hurt and pain
may feel unique
to one’s story
as it unfolds,
but what unites
in shared compassion –
All hearts beating
as One.
Ego sets up many
struggles,
pitting “us” against
“them,”
might you begin
to see beyond –
where All hearts
beat as One.
Release the need
to know all answers
to questions that
honor separateness,
share your Light,
embrace This Truth –
All hearts are beating
as One.
Be a beacon of
compassion,
spread Love as
a healing balm,
may Grace remind you
Here is Peace,
as All hearts beat
the Truth of One.

healing unfolds,
as Soul,
eternal,
You Are healed
and whole.
Be your Truth,
Love shows
the way,
as Soul,
united,

Winter’s slumber awakens.
Is it not hard
to sleep when there
is so much Light?
The days grow longer.
Yes, signs of spring
add to the look,
the feel,
the sounds of
the day.
The birds are busy
making way for
their young,
taking advantage
of longer
dawn to dusk.
Do you not look
to see the signs
of spring emerging –
is there not a freshness
in the air,
the hope of new growth,
as there is more Light –
do you not sense
that it is time to awaken
from your winter’s slumber –
much like the Bear?
With the ebb and flow
in the cycles of Life –
there are times to rest
and there are times
of growth –
does not bringing
in the Light
help you to see –
does not Light bring hope,
much like the
emergence of spring?
And as you awaken
from your winter’s sleep –
is it not time to rub
the sleep from your eyes –
as you venture out
to look around
with a new perspective –
is not everything illuminated
when you bring in
more Light?
Stretch your muscles,
take advantage of
the Light,
take stock in
what arises,
what is asking
for your attention,
what is ready
to begin.
As you awaken
from your slumber,
with a blessing
of Gratitude
in your heart –
step into the Light
and let your own
Light shine.
The day awaits.

Be at Peace.
Does not your human mind
begin to search –
how can this be
to be at Peace?
There are many things
or circumstances
I wish to be
or see differently!
Ah, beloved mind
you work so hard
to make what appears
perfect in your world,
it is not the circumstances
in time or space,
is it not the flow
of Love beyond
the words?
Are you not as upset
when situations
may need to be seen
with different eyes,
when you allow
what had false timing
now is unfolding,
are you not surprised?
You need not be
in control,
control can mirror
a false peace,
with Gratitude
in your heart,
as the Love You Are,
is this not Peace?
Be at Peace,
it is your
True Home.
You may trust it,
be reassured,
All Is Well,
when Peace you Know.

you from resistance,
let Love lead you
in this dance,
you may need
to learn new
steps,
with Strength
and Courage,
take a chance.
Love is your
perfect dance
partner,
moving easily
with you,
You Are guided,
You Are loved,
Love cannot help
but flow through
you.
It may be hard
to trust at
first,
does trust not
build from inside
out,
accept this outstretched
Hand of Love,
let this dance
show you
what Love is
about.
There is no path
where Love is
not with you,
Love is always
by your side,
hand in glove
you fit together,
moving as One,
on this Eternal
ride.
