it knows so well,
do not automatic
responses
rise up,
in a most familiar
way?

Yes, it may feel
like a paradox,
to sense Peace,
when life seems
like a lot,
but as you are
an Eternal Soul,
is this not all
fertile ground
to grow?

Might you begin
by sending Love
to you,
with compassion
might you encourage
all you do,
you have questions,
you want proof,
but is not Love
the authentic you,
do Peace and Joy
not reside,
in the Miracle
of You?

What you wish to
believe
is part of your path,
there is a knowing
in your heart
that is your map,
with Trust that
Love is the key,
might you unlock
what appears
to Be,
All of You,
All of Love,
and
You Are That.

or any way to Be

how much time
is spent,
when you touch
your soul,
are you not the
perfect instrument,
to play your song
that is heaven-sent,
are you not
Divine –
when you remember,
You?

Be in the familiar
space of You,
might you realize
this is not new,
Love is always Here,
yes, believe this
to Be True –
Here Is Love

fall away,
when you loosen
beliefs
and send them on
their way,
is there then no
“need” to look for
and find,
You,
who has been Here
all the time?

It may seem a
paradox
to let go,
as you are used
to working in order
to “know”,
but as you turn
it over
to your soul –

what you already
know?

Let your soul
help you find
relief,
Peace is Here,
when you see
through
your beliefs,
like a fountain
that cascades
through eternity,
there is a well-spring
of Love,

for thee.

Love dwells

with You.

A clearer picture
you wish to see,
to feel connections,
so you may believe,

beat
of your heart,

Trust and know

as One,
the ones you Love
are as constant
as the sun,
even when clouds appear,
your loved ones
are with you every day,

Be Love,

what you might
expect,
there need not be
a special time
or place that Love
will magically appear,
Be Love in every

Love is always

Be Love

bring Love with you
every step,
walk your path

from this loving

what you give

receive,

Love is all about?
Immerse yourself
in what your heart
is giving freely,
always, to you –
then share this Love
and soak it up,

Love is singing,
with notes you
may not have heard
before,
you need not learn
the music,
you know it all
within your heart,
trust your voice
will harmonize
with every note

Soak up the Love,

can you not invite

and play,
begin with Gratitude
to break down
any walls
you thought kept you
safe,
let the waves of Love
surround you

with Love and
Grace.

pamper you today –

You Are Love

What can you bring
to the table
of Life?

What would add to
the presentation,
what would compliment
each dish,
what would be there
always,
if something was
amiss,
what would balance
out the flavors,
be not too hot
or too cold,
might you bring Love
to the table
of Life as it
unfolds?

Is not Love something
that every person
might taste,
the delivery may be
different,
depending on the time
and place,
but you need not worry,
that what you bring
will be wrong,
when you bring Love
to the table,
might it help all
get along?

There are surprises
that may show up
at the table of Life,
but no matter what
is served,
can you not add
Love and Light,
you may think it
will not matter,
but might you give
it a try –
might you bring
your best dish of Love,
to the table of Life?

The Love That You Are
is the best gift of all,
come and Be
Who You Are –

Step away from
the clutter and
strife,
that may come up in
your day to day,
is this not the way
of life,
that may not always go
“your way”,
you may have an
expectation,
you may wish for
all things
to go smooth,
but can you see
from a different perspective,
what role an experience
may play out for you?

Your ego may ruffle up,
and tell you stories that
are not true,
thank ego for the input,
then dive more deeply
into the peaceful You –
there may not always be
an answer
directly to your search
for a definitive “why”,
upon your search do you
not discover,
Love is everywhere
you look,
when you see with
loving eyes?

Do your best
with a heart full
of Love,
let judgments go
and be kind to
you,
have compassion for
yourself,
that is the greatest gift
You can give to you,
when you accept All
That You Are,
will you not see others
in this loving Light,
accept all facets
that life may bring,
keep shining on
with your beautiful Light!

to say it,
there are limitless
ways to Be,
Love is Eternal,
everlasting,

You may at times
try to out run it,
to see it it catches
up to you,
Love is always one
step ahead,

knew.

You Are always
connected to Source,
some days you feel it
more,
some days, not so
much,
but know within
your heart,
Love is as close
as an angel’s touch.

You never are alone,
Love is a fountain
with no end –
your cup may overflow,
but is that not so
it can fill again?

Build your awareness,
believe in Love,
open your heart
to what is True –
always,
for Eternity,
