You Are a Divine
combination
of human and
soul,
your human side
is very trainable
to what your soul
already knows.

Might you flex
your human muscles
for the heavy lifting
you may need,
but be guided
by your soul,
there is much wisdom
there to heed.

There will be many
opportunities
that cycle back
so you may try,
a different approach
to a pattern
that may have you
asking “why”.

And why not do things
differently,
now that your awareness
has grown,
might you find presence
in each moment
and trust in how
it all unfolds?

You are a Team
in this incarnation,
and surrounded with
Love at all times,
give your human side
a hug,
with a heart that
knows
It Is Divine.

Breathe in the Force
that breathes You,
remember you are
part of this
Loving Flow,
your human and soul
love to dance
together,
You Are Free
when you
let go!

Organically, You

Be organically, You.

In this time
of summer’s magic,
when buds and blossoms
turn into blooms,
might you learn
from nature’s bounty,
to be organically, you.

The flowers cannot help
but display their
magnificence,
fruits and vegetables
are bursting through,
in this season of
manifesting,
are you not inspired
to be organically, you?

Gift yourself the time
and patience
to appreciate all
seasons of your life,
you have roots that
keep you grounded,
nourishing you at
the perfect time.

As the sun and rain
paint beautiful pictures
on the canvas of
the sky so blue,
are you not a master,
a creator,
do you not flourish
when you are
organically, you?

Take a page from
Nature’s story,
be amazed at what
resides in you –
You Are bountiful,
You Are glorious,
Love displays its beauty,
organically,
through You!

Compassion

What is the energy
behind compassion,
yes, it is all about
Love,
but does compassion
not go beyond
barriers,
with nothing to compare
below or above?

Is not compassion
experienced with eyes
that see the Truth
of Who You Are –
all fellow travelers
on this journey,
not one who is separate
near or far.

It may be fleeting,
it may be a mantra,
compassion appears
in many ways,
compassion is able to
break down walls,
that are put up
so someone may
feel safe.

Compassion is not pity,
it sees the Truth
that your soul knows,
when you see with
the Eyes of Love,
do you not help
compassion flow?

Get to know compassion
and as you experience
Love’s powerful tool,
as you gift others
with compassion,
might you direct it
also to you?

With Love expressed
as compassion,
do you not experience
this Gift of Love,
connecting you with
Love to All,
knowing the Truth,
that All Are One.

Love’s Present

Be present
with Love.

Are there not many
possibilities,
that Love can take
you to,
with Love,
through emotion,
are all not available
to you?

You are part of
a greater web,
that connects you
to those you
Love,
are they not with
you in any
moment,
when you are
present
with Love?

Yes, you can
go back to
moments in time,
to remind you
what you were
thinking of,
but does your heart
not remind you now,
that All are present
with Love?

Let Love
take you now
to All you Love
Here and
Everywhere –
your hearts together
form the bond
and the present
Is Love.

*On a personal note, I first experienced presence sitting in a boat on a lake with my Dad. On this Father’s Day, I know he is always with me.

The Magic of One

There is magic
in a moment
when you realize
You Are One,
yet as human,
you are challenged,
by forgetting this
some.

Have Faith that
magic
is always with you,
it is not a
fleeting thing,
in your heart
you know this
Truth,
Love Is around
and in Everything.

When you are in
the midst of a
story,
yes, your human
side takes charge,
feel it all,
let every emotion
flow through you
like shuffling cards.

Then take a breath,
shift your awareness,
know this is one
part of All of You –
when you balance,
can you not see
with the eyes
of the Soul of You?

You need not judge
yourself as human,
surround yourself
with so much Love,
life is challenging,
fraught with drama,
yes, you often
need a hug.

You Are magic
in any moment,
as you know
and realize the
Truth –
You Are Love
at your center,
You Are One
and
One Is You.

Your Beautiful Voice

When you quiet
the noise and
chatter,
does not a stronger
Voice
come through,
this voice will sound
familiar,
is this not the voice
at the center
of You?

You may hear it,
feel it,
know it –
in myriad ways
does it not
communicate,
with free will you
can always
ignore it,
even if the Truth
it tells
does resonate.

This Voice never
leaves your side,
even as you may
sometimes not heed
its call,
you can always depend
and count on
this connection to
the Source of All.

The beautiful Voice
of your soul
will speak to you
in a thousand ways,
with no conditions,
strings or ties,
is this not showing you
how Love Is,
always.

You have this loving
vibration,
playing background music
through the Life of You –
Be still,
Be quiet,
soak up this Love Song,
every note celebrates
the beautiful
Symphony of You.

Is there not
All That Is
in one word
that is You?

Be Loved.

And as You Are
Loved,
shine your Light
today,
to remind another
that all are
Beloved,
today, tomorrow,
Always.

Be Love.

And as You Are

and remember truly
Who You Are –
Beloved,
Blessed,

Loved.

Trust Love

You are conditioned
to be wary,
in the linear world
you live,
but there is one thing
that never wavers –
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

You may question all
around you,
that is part of the
here or there,
but beneath what
may look different,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

When your heart
feels this connection,
be it within you
or with someone else,
even when you no longer
can see them,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

Begin with you
to sense this presence,
Love is in your
every breath,
might you believe
you are always
with it,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

Trust your heart
in its innate
knowing,
tune into
what moves you,
what gives you
the sense
that You Are Loved –
yes,
Trust
You Are,
always,
Love.

Receive

Receive the Love
That Is You.

You may have habits
hiding from it,
thinking it is not
something you wear,
you may be more comfortable
when you give it,
showering Love upon others
because you care.

Might you be open
to receiving
Love from many sources
it may come,
but don’t forget
the endless wellspring
that bubbles up
from the One.

And as you are part
of the Eternal Love Story,
you need not wait
the whole day through,
open your heart
to feel the magic –
receive the Love
That Is You.

And as you let this
flow continue,
with no beginning
and with no end,
might you see how
easy it is to
Be Love,
receiving as giving,
then repeat,
again.

When Love flows
freely
with no conditions,
outwardly,
but also inside,
too,
giving and receiving
are truly
the same thing –
Be-ing the Love
That Is You.

Healing

Healing is Love
and
Love Is.

You may think
something is broken,
you may wish
to sometimes fix,
is this not always
a request for Love,
healing is Love.

Does Love not go
where it is needed,
like oil you put
on squeaky parts,
when parts work
together
as the Whole –
healing is Love.

Have faith that Love
is where it is
needed,
might you raise
it up
inside of you,
does Love not
ripple out
in all directions –
healing is Love.

And when you see
Love’s completeness,
knowing that
All Is truly Well,
what you thought
was broken
is Whole –
healing is Love.

Be Love,
as You Are
a beautiful child
of the Divine.
Love Heals,
Love Is Whole,
Love Is.
