Shine your Light.

Does not Light
find another
to make it grow,
can you be
a searchlight,
looking to highlight
where seeds of Love
so gently planted,
can continue to
grow,
keep shining bright,
loving Light,
and let Love
be the reason
why.

Shine your Light,
no matter if
it is night
or day,
as stars and
moon
light up the night sky,
they do not pause
to ask why,
as sun always brings
its gift
of daylight to morn,
may you shine yours,
yes, you were Light
before you were
born,
as constant as the
sun,
the moon,
the stars,
your eternal Light
glows,
as You Are an
aspect
of One.

No matter
the morning
or night that
comes,
shine your Light,
dear one,
as You Are Light
and
You Are Love –
shine on.

In the Quiet

When day is done,
or has just begun,
in the still,
quiet moment
such as this
one –
look around,
Be as One,
sensing Love
that surrounds
you now –
in every precious
moment,
You Are Loved.

Can you not
recreate this
moment,
throughout the day
or when you play,
or when stress
gets in the way,
take a breath,
look around,
listen for Love’s
soothing sound –
it is in your breath,
every beat of your heart
and also beyond,
as you are never apart –
in every still,
quiet moment
such as
this one,
can you feel
the Love –
You Are Love
and so very,
very Loved.

Be You.
Accept You.
Love You.

In the linear world
you live in,
there are many
points of view,
you may not
be in agreement
with another,
might you find what
resonates
within you?

You need not change
another person’s
perspective,
but might you
continue upon
a path
that is true
to you,
knowing at any
intersection
or cross road,
you can always choose
where to go
or what to do.

Yes, there are things
that feel “right”,
when you test
within your heart
to know what feels
good to you,
might you check
often within –
when there is
judgement,
comparison,
might you begin
with you,
to see where
conflict begins?

Be You.
Accept You.
Love You.

As you feel
acceptance
in your heart,
is this not a loving
place to start,
to see another
on their road,
seeking their truth, too?

As you allow
yourself to Be,
loving,
respectful,
are you not free –
knowing All Is Well
within your heart,
so you may simply
Be?

Be You.
Be Love.
Be the best version
of you
that you dream of.
Be authentic.
Be True.
And always,
always,
Love You.

How do you show Love?

It may be by doing,
list-making,
checking off what
is complete,
to give another
of your effort,
your time,
your help,
can feel so sweet.

You may listen,
be affirming,
taking in what
one gives out,
time can be spent
together,
sharing,
it matters not
what the doing
is about.

With time,
with trust,
can you not get
to where your hearts
connect as One,
when you can get
beyond the stories
that may cloud up
the connection some,
can you let go
of the struggle,
that comes when
expectations rule,
can you tune in
to the clearer
channel,
where it is only
Love that comes
through?

This can take
an instant,
or maybe years,
but when the
opportunity is there,
can you look in
another’s eyes
and really let them
know you care,
when your heart
can do the talking,
where you need
not win or lose,
in these moments,
can you follow
what your heart
is telling you?

How do you show Love,
can you move
to how to Be –
in this loving space,
might you open
your heart
to see,
with loving eyes
can you see another
way,
to show,
to share,
to Be,
your most loving self
today?

Be Love,
let Love
show you how.
Take a look at
your expectations,
then simply
Love,
accept,
allow.

Comfort shows up
in many ways,
you know what makes
you comfortable,
pillow or blankets
that surround you,
warm fleece
or gloves
when you are cold,
childhood food
with loving memories –
something made
just for you,
is comfort
not caring,
a gift of compassion,
is comfort not
when you feel
o so Loved?

Does it not feel good
to give another
comfort,
do you not feel
Loved
when you receive it, too?
Might you pamper
and give yourself comfort,
is it not a gift
when you can
comfort you?

You need not earn
love or comfort given,
comfort and love
is always here with you,
can you not wrap
yourself in it,
giving yourself
a hug,
seeing the beauty
in You.

You can receive it
when it is offered,
but you can also
extend this to you –
what can you do
for you
to feel it,
what helps
you feel Loved
and comfortable?

Wrap yourself up
with Love and
Comfort,
let it help you
feel safe and warm.
You Are Loved,
a cherished Be-ing,
surrounded by
the Comfort of Love.

Always.

I am in the air
that you breathe,
I am in every moment
that you see,
I am in tune
with your heart beat,
is Love not there,
always?

The heart knows
that Love is here,
it may at times feel
broken,
battered,
bare,
but what knows
that I am here –
your heart,
always.

Love Is Eternal,
it never ends,
when you are ready,
Love helps you begin,
tune into you,
into the Love within,
together
we are,
always.

I am You
and You Are me,
connected with Love,
we will always be,
meet me in your
heart,
where Love Is We,
We Are One,
with Love –
Always.

Becoming.

When you see
green shoots
in the springtime,
you may know
the flower it
will become,
but after a cold,
dormant winter,
are not these
shoots so
beautiful?

And when a bud
begins to appear,
a hint of color
in its hue,
yes, the flower,
it is becoming,
but do you
not celebrate
the miracle
of growth
for you to view?

And then in spring
or summer’s warmth,
when sun coaxes bud
to open
and show,
the Essence
of the flower
now in its glory,
so beautiful,
has not the flower
always been
a part of each
stage of its
growth,
is it not Be-ing
a flower always,
with no need to wait
to becoming
beautiful?

Behold the beauty
in each cycle,
in each stage
of evolving growth.
Behold the Love
That Is You,
as you are
becoming more
Aware.

The beauty
That Is You,
is always there
for you to see –
relish each step
of your growth,
behold the Journey
and simply Be.

As you peel away
the layers,
as you search
for common ground,
is not the common
denominator –
is not the answer
always Love?

Sometimes it takes
digging
to excavate it,
though it may be right
in front of you,
though you may
often complicate it,
is Love not simple
in its Truth?

From one soul
to another,
can you reflect
the Light you see,
when lights grow dim,
can you help hold
a flashlight for
another to see,
your stories may be
different,
but as you see
each other’s Lights,
can you remind
yourself
that Love shines
in the dark
or in the Light.

Take a look
beneath the layers,
see the Truth
of Who You Are,
Love is the core
of your Be-ing,
you need not travel
far,
Love is in each breath
you breathe,
Love exists beyond
the story of you,
the simple Truth
is Love is with You,
how can it not Be –
as Love Is You.
