When day is done,
or has just begun,
in the still,
quiet moment
such as this
one –
look around,
Be as One,
sensing Love
that surrounds
you now –
in every precious
moment,
You Are Loved.
Can you not
recreate this
moment,
throughout the day
or when you play,
or when stress
gets in the way,
take a breath,
look around,
listen for Love’s
soothing sound –
it is in your breath,
every beat of your heart
and also beyond,
as you are never apart –
in every still,
quiet moment
such as
this one,
can you feel
the Love –
You Are Love
and so very,
very Loved.
