You Are Love.
Now.

There is no place
to go
so that you
may Be,
may find,
the Love
of Everlasting –
are you not
the definition
of Eternal Love
now,
as you are Spirit
being human,
You Are Love.
Now.

You may ask,
“Why do I not
remember,”
“Why is it so
hard to see?”
Is not being human
an interesting
experience, Indeed –
but you sense
that you are Spirit,
you can feel it
in your heart,
there are glimpses
in the stillness,
when you shift
your awareness there –
this is an experience
so you may find
that though you
look both
near and far,
You Are Spirit,
You Are Love,
You Are That.
Now.

When you miss
those who feel “lost”
and you yearn
to go back Home,
your human brain
makes it so hard
to feel complete
and not alone –
it is hard to comprehend
that you are already Whole,
that those you love
are part of you,
are with you still,
and as They Are Love –
are they not
Loving You,
Now?

There is a curtain,
that is drawn
so you may
act in this play –
for the lessons,
for the learning,
for the chance
to find a way –
to discover,
to develop,
to grow
and to evolve –
and to realize
with wide eyes
and open heart,
That You Are Love.
Now.

Connected.
Together.
Whole.
Complete.
Love Is
All That Is,
You Are That
and You Are Love.

Always have been.
Always will be.
Eternally Love.
Now.

Look For Love

Look for Love.

Yes, it may be
hard to see
when you look
with eyes that
are not clear,
or when Love hides
behind your
own reflections
of what love is not –
but is not Love,
always there?

Look for Love
when you wish to
avert your eyes –
for how could Love
be somewhere
that you do not agree,
that you do not like,
but does not that love
that has labels and rules,
that is tied to
the story of you –
would that love
not crumble
in the Face of Love
that moves beyond
the boundaries
that try to separate you
from Who You Are?

Look for Love.

For once you
set your focus
back on Love,
not getting distracted
by what you
do not like –
can you Be
what you wish to see –
Love,
Peace,
and Harmony –
will you not Be
a Beacon of Light,
for another to see
as they look for Love?

There are many stories
that catch your eye,
that get your attention,
yes, your story, too –
might you look for Love
everywhere you look
and will you not find
Love looking back
at You?

You may see actions
that you do not like,
that look like
anger, fear, or hate,
but do not these appear
when separation
makes you feel,
that Love has gone,
has slipped away?

There Is Love
everywhere,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love.
You will find Love,
you will see Love,
for how can you Be
anything but Love?

Look for Love.
Love looks
for You.
See with the
Eyes of Love.

Be Love.
See Love.

the Love tonight . . . ”

And does this song,
these words,
do they not strike
a familiar chord,
do not the notes,
when sung out loud
resonate with the
Vibration of Love?

Such simple words
recognized by many,
words that hold
a simple Truth –
a statement that
you know
when you feel it –
do you not know
when you feel Love?

As this song
exalts the beauty
of being surrounded,
in the magic of Love,
Love is not a story,
with a fairy tale ending –
as Love knows no
boundaries, space,
or time –
does not the magic
come alive
whenever you know
you feel Love?

There are moments,
there are times,
when you are immersed
in this feeling –
music is one way
to speak with
your Soul –
what moves you
to sing out,
with heart opened wide –
can you feel
the Love tonight?

Is it not when
there are connections
made,
with friends,
with family,
with loved ones
here or there –
when connecting
with Love,
do you not connect
with You?
Do you not feel
When You Are Love?

Can you feel
the Love anytime –
you know this vibration
that we speak of –
with heart opened wide,
can you put fear
and doubt aside,
stepping into the Power
of the Beauty of Love?

Can you feel
the Love
That Is You?
It is Where You Are.

It is what breathes you.
It is You
that becomes you.

Open your heart

Song of Love.

In your heart,
or when you dream,
or when the veil
is very thin –
when you get glimpses,
signs,
and more –
do you not know
there is always Love?

Is it not your heart
that senses when
the Love you feel
draws loved ones in –
does not your heart
know that there
is always, always Love?

You wish to see them
or feel their touch,
to share with senses
that miss them here –
but as Love is eternal
and is a Love that binds,
do you not share this Love
that is always here?

And when connections
are made,
are felt,
beyond your doubts –
when you part the veil,
when you understand
that you all rejoice,
when you know and
believe,
that your hearts
are always connected
with Love,
they are not only a memory,
it is Love that lives on –
do you not know
there is
always, always Love?

Your heart is a beautiful sensor –
does it not Know Love?
Your mind may doubt,
may question,
will grieve –
can you open your heart
past the hurt,
past the pain,
to be bathed in Love
that is there for you –
can Love not heal,
does love not dwell
within You,
as You Are always,
always Love?

You need not
understand,
what may feel
out of reach –
your mind may not know,
but your heart
believes.
There is Truth in knowing,
that Love never dies.
Yes, your heart Knows,
there is always,
always Love.

Believe.
Know.
Sense.
Feel.
There Is Love.
Always together.
Always Love.

about Divine Love,
as language tries
to capture
this Sacred Space –
would it not
take an infinite
number of words,
would words be able
to express
the Love
in your heart?

Is that not why
there are pictures drawn,
or paint that
spreads across
canvas blank,
all to tell a story,
to bring to life,
to touch a heart –
to interpret Love?

Do not the sky,
the sun,
the clouds,
the night-time stars,
paint a picture
for you to see –
do you not gaze up
with a heart of Love
to see the wonder,
the beauty that shines
down on you
and surrounding you
with the Magic of Love?

Yes, there
myriad ways
to express Love –
do they not reflect
what is felt
within the heart –
it is human nature
to try to
“get it right” –
can you relax
in the knowing
that Love Is There –
even if you cannot
explain it,
draw or paint it,
to see its Light?

Can Love not express
itself –
in fact,
are you not a perfect
Conduit of Love –
does Love not reside
within your heart,
even as you try
to write Love down,
is it not enough
to simply Be Love?

Yes, there are ways
to spark this Love,
that help to remind you
Who You Are,
but you need not create
What Love Is –
is not a perfect creation
of Love, You?

You Are the beauty
that you seek.
You Are the magnificence
that you wish to capture.
As human, you will always
try to paint this picture –
as Spirit You Are always
the perfect expression
of Love.

Be Love.
Express Love.
Be You to
Know Love.
Simply Love.
Simply You.

A healing journey
can be a unique
experience,
that you may
go through,
feeling on your own,
but in this healing,
is there not
a collective experience
that happens,
that is shared,
as there are layers
to healing –
are there not layers
that a collective experience
may wish to heal?

Is there not
layer upon layer
of history,
of stories –
the experiences
of lifetimes
that have played a role –
is not your
one-person play
playing out
on a stage,
that has seen
actors,
many roles?

Is it not this shared,
connected experience
that can feel
when Ripples of Love
help loosen the hold
of pain,
of suffering,
that old wounds
can bring –
is Love not the way
for collective healing
to begin?

As you are part
of a collective Whole,
no matter your story –
is healing not
for your soul?
As your soul
is timeless,
is this not a
perfect time
to heal –
what you heal today,
is that not felt
by All –
will not the “you”
tomorrow,
thank You
today?

Yes, use the story
to see what
comes up
to be healed,
but the story
is not
the star of
this play –
You Are
a shining star
that as Love
can change the world –
as You heal you,
does not the Whole
feel this, too?

You need not change
the actors,
or change the script
that has been written,
you only need to Be
Who You Are –
as you evolve and grow,
will not the story
around you
reflect what is felt
by the collective Whole?

Yes, healing for One
is healing for All.
May Love guide you
on your healing journey –
let your Ripples of Love
move through many layers –
may the Love That You Are
shine for All.

See it.
Feel it,
so you may heal it.
Love will always
show you
the way.

Love heals.

Integrate.

There is a balance
where you meet
all parts of you
crossing through,
is it not in
this intersection,
that you begin
to understand?

Yes, you are here,
you are there –
do you not meet
yourself
everywhere,
in every experience
that you have,
in every thought
that you think,
you are creating
an experience
that helps you
to be the balance,
to bring together
heart and mind –
to integrate.

You are Whole
at your core,
but does not separation
usher in the
fearful “what ifs”
and the “yeah, buts”,
yes, the human experience
is rife with
questions,
why do you feel
alone,
when you wish
to feel safe
and to feel
at Home?

When you feel
both sides of you –
spirit-led
and ego-driven,
might there be
an intersection
of the two –
integrate.

Does not an
infinity sign
cross over
to continue
on its path –
is not Life
an interesting
crossroad
as you experience
your journey,
on the path
of everlasting,
Eternal Love?

Integrate.
Can your Higher Self
embrace
the petulant child
ego can be –
is it not the
perfect opportunity
to experience
Unconditional Love –
when the loving arms
of You
can hold the
fearful side
who thinks that
you are separate
and alone –
are you not Home
when you are
wrapped in the
Arms of Love?

Love is not separate,
it does not hide,
you do not
need to earn
this Love,
it does not come
from somewhere else
or somewhere that
you need to find.
This Love Is You –
can you meet You
at the Crossroad
of your heart
as you welcome
the child in you
that is reaching out
for Love?

Integrate.
See All of You.
Every part.
And let Love
put you back together
for your mind –
for in your heart
you always know
You Are One
and You Are Whole.

Love Is
at the balance,
the intersection
of Who You Are.
With eyes to see
and heart to feel,
Be the Truth
of Who You Are.

You Are Love.
You Are Loved.
So very, very Loved.

from the fog
of sleep,
stumbling in the dark –
do you not find
your way
to turn on
the light –
you need not
see the switch,
you know
where it is –
when you need
the Light,
is it not
always there?

And when your mind
races to and fro,
stumbling in the fog
of what to do
or where to go –
do you not find
a way
to turn on your Light –
does Light not help you
to find your way
back to Love?

Love is Who You Are,
Light can show
you the way,
but are there not times
when the fogginess
of life
can cloud your view –
might you need
a bit of clearing off
what has settled
on you –
can you not use
your Light,
to find your way
back to Love?

You are never lost,
even when it is
hard to see the way –
when you turn
the Light back on,
are you not where
you need to be –
sometimes when you
need more Light,
is it not a way
to lead you –
to find your Light,
finding your way
back to Love?

When you do not feel
as shiny,
looking for your
Light that shines,
might you do
a little dusting
to clear off
the cloudy lens –
is that not your Light
that cuts through
any fog that
may appear –
is it not your beautiful Light
that leads the way
back to Love?

In the fog,
in the dark,
you cannot help
but shine.
Turn on your Light,
let it lead you –
back to You,
back to Love.

Can you not sense
when Love is here?

Yes, Love shows up
in many ways,
sometimes it
is seen
in tangible ways –
there are actions,
there are objects
that show
Love is there –
but do you
not feel it,
yes, here is Love.

Does not Love
bring up emotion,
when your heart
connects,
this synapse of Love
lights a spark
that ignites
the connection you have,
the Love that you feel,
you know then –
yes, here is Love.

You have these
connections
with others so that
these Sparks of Love
can help you to remember,
Love Is your very being,
it is at your core –
Love is always present,
yes, here is Love.

If Love can never
diminish,
it does not go away,
do you not feel
the Love
of a loved one that
seems so far away –
are you not always
connected,
do you not meet
in your heart –
is not Love
ever-present,
yes, here is Love.

Love is familiar –
does it not feel
like Home?
Do you not wish
to dwell in Love?
It is your natural
state of Be-ing,
Love is Who You Are –
can you look
in the mirror
and say,
yes, here is Love.

The Spark of Love
in You
is bright enough
for all to see –
can you lead
the way
back to Love,
back to You –
yes, here is Love.

Feel it.
Sense it.
Revel in
the beauty of it.
Love is Here.
Here is Love.
You Are.

Beam of Light

Sunlight beams
through the trees
to land on a 
different place,
a different angle,
giving you another
perspective
of the sun
in the sky,
always shining
where it is.

But as the sun
shines everyday –
do not clouds
affect where it
lands,
does not the light
reach you in
many ways –
through the clouds,
past the trees,
or to make
the horizon
burst into flames
as the sun sets
quietly at night?

And is it not
this fluctuation
of Light
that makes you
take notice
of the sun
and its myriad ways
to paint beautiful art
within clouds,
making trees glow,
or shining through
a window to appear
as a beautiful
beam of Light?

Where does your
light shine?
You may not
be aware,
of how your
beams of Light
filter through
or reflect
off of another’s
perspective of life –
like the sun,
do you not shine,
letting Light go
where it may?

Even when your Light
shines through
darkened clouds,
is there not beauty –
is not one
beam of Light
enough to assure
that the sun
is always shining –
is there not
enough Light
to illuminate the way?

There are many paths
that your beam
of Light may take,
but can you be
like the sun
and keep shining
your Light –
letting your
beams of Light
fall where they may?

There is beauty
when the Light
is filtered
and reflected,
making all it touches
glow,
each beam lighting up
a unique work of art –
so, like the sun,
might you shine
your Beam of Light –
knowing All Is Well
wherever it lands,
whoever it touches –
might you,
like the sun,
keep on shining
your Beautiful Light?

Be a Beam of Light
that shines
the Love That You Are.

Beautiful Light,
