through any 
transition,
observe your growth –
what a marvel 
you are,
change is observed 
here in linear fashion,
but transformation is 
not near or far.

You Are Love’s 
remembrance
in all situations,
you know This 
sweet spot when 
it happens here,
it may not make sense
in your mind,
but when your heart fills – 
it fills you up 
my dear.

Be open to these 
miracles of Love,
You Are an instrument tuned
to harmonize,
when Love presents you 
with a note so pure,
add your voice,
your song,
so hearts may come 
alive!

Everything and Everywhere

Love is in the Everywhere.
And always – Here is Love.

You need not look 
too far to find it,
Love is within,
Love is without,
a grand gesture,
a simple moment,
and always – 
Here is Love.

Love’s vibration 
animates all things,
your perception 
gives life too,
Love is Everywhere 
that You Are,
and always – 
Here is Love.

Love is in every 
emotion,
your human-ness
exists in the All,
Be You present 
in This moment,
and always – 
Here is Love.

A cup of tea,
a smile with 
friends,
there are myriad ways 
to welcome Home,
Love is in the 
Everything,
and always – 
Here is Love.

A Simple Blessing

thank you.

Thank you for
being you 
and thank you 
for Be-ing You.

There are no strings 
attached to This –
a blessing given 
for you to receive,
soak up All the Love 
that flows –
Love’s Gratitude says
thank you.

You Are This 
simple blessing,
there is no-thing 
that you must do,
wherever you are
open your heart,
wholly seen and 
cherished,

A Miracle of Love

Being human
can feel raw,
life can deal out
quite a lot,
but You as Soul 
know this Truth –
Love is Here 
in All you do.

Things might get messy
and feel out of place,
you need not put 
on a happy face,
in your search 
for answers dear,
remember what you know –
forever Here.

Judge you not for 
life’s ups and downs,
do not let “shoulds”
twist things around,
re-align when thrown
off-center,
your heart, your essence
is always Home.

Find your breath,
Here is your Peace,
your steadiness 
is where to find
ease,
Grace is Here 
as Love fills 
you up,
You Are a miracle 
of Love!

Heart to Heart

The Love you share 
is Everlasting
with loved ones who
physically are not here,
beyond precious memories
you hear their voices,
they leave surprises 
to show they are 
near.

This infinite Love 
connects through 
the heart,
eternal bonds are formed
with This Love,
believe and know 
you are loved, supported
and know you send 
your Light above.

This loving exchange 
is a two-way street,
your Love, your Light
fuels this connected
web,
know you and loved ones 
keep Love flowing,
for the good of All,
you feel your heart
say yes.

Heart to heart with
hand in hand,
This Love transforms 
what may feel 
dark,
with intention connect
with loved ones now,
your Love together 
grows Love’s 
eternal spark!

Take good care 
of your self,
in the ebb and flow 
of life,
anger, frustration, 
the fog of grief
can do much 
to dim your 
Light.

But do not leave 
strong emotions 
behind,
when they arise 
sit with them dear,
bring these shadows 
to the Light
so you may see with 
vision clear.

Life is an exploration,
a journey,
some days move forward,
sometimes they pause,
bring your self comfort,
Be Here fully,
Love walks with you 
throughout it all!

A Living Meditation

Is not your life 
a meditation,
you and soul 
together here,
there is no line
where one begins 
and there is no end
my dear.

You Are All 
of This 
as One,
be open to 
the parting 
of the veil,
your separateness 
is one perspective,
but You as Spirit 
know All is Well.

Be open, porous
in time and space,
Be Here for the 
miracles that 
delight you,
seeing life as 
a meditation
helps you tune 
into the Whole 
of You!

The Miracle of Gratitude

May the miracle of Gratitude
flow through your heart,
begin with the smallest 
of things to start.

This moment before you
and all that unfolds,
invites you to Presence,
stepping into Love’s flow.

Your heart may be aching
from losses you feel,
but your heart flows
with Love,
that washes and heals.

May Gratitude, Strength 
and the Courage of Love
sustain and encourage with
support from above.

Sing with the angels,
believe in This Truth,
when clouds try to darken,
turn up the Light in You.

May the miracle of Gratitude
help you see what is clear – 
You Are This Truth,
so precious and dear!

Clearly, Deeply

Through the clouds,
the fog, the rain,
see the sun rising
once again,
You Are a rainbow 
of all colors,
shining together 
with no end.

Love deeply.

Love through emotions
rising, falling,
the human journey 
is messy, yes,
as you are fierce 
in your convictions,
Love even more fiercely,
All of This.

Be cherished.

Invite Love to 
sit a spell,
may its balm
comfort you dear,
clearly, deeply,
You Are Loved,
you and the angels,
forever Here!

This Peace

Human emotions 
are a rollercoaster,
is this not the way 
of the world,
egos clash with 
disagreement
and Love is You
as the Love 
You Are.

Sometimes you can 
alter ego’s thinking,
but True Peace comes 
from another Source,
as awakened Be-ings 
You know This Truth – 
as Love is You
as the Love 
You Are.

You need not beat ego
into submission,
or talk down to it 
in any way,
yes hurt will bubble up 
to be noticed – 
and Love is You 
as the Love 
You Are.

You may think Love 
will not come to 
join you,
if ego’s experience 
is this or that,
the human psyche has 
not the power –
for Love is You
as the Love 
You Are.

It is so hard to 
find peace in 
this life,
but You Are already 
an expanded Self,
when you need respite 
Be the Peace that 
You Are –
is Love not You 
as the Love 
You Are!
