those around you,
begin this small
and then expand,
you need not jump
from you to the world,
try this on for size –
do what you can.
Might you choose
compassion over
judgment,
begin with you,
yes this may feel
hard,
does this not assist
in your life’s purpose –
to fully remember
Who You Are.
Oneness is so hard
to understand
in a world that
separates,
begin with you,
look in the mirror –
send Love to This One
and reciprocate!

You may feel small
in a world so big,
but you are not
only you alone,
your heart connects
to Loving Oneness,
precious child you are
always Home.
Does fear not drive
passion and discord,
perspectives that differ
cannot see eye to eye,
and yet a deep dive
to fear’s source finds
ego using fear to
divide.
You may think the
gaps between you
and others,
are a chasm too
wide to cross,
but as all wish to be
heard and valued,
might your listening ear
build the bridge you
walk.
Might you set aside
expectations and
outcomes,
maybe pause justifying
your point of view,
might small exchanges
finding common ground
be the seeds of hope for
connections to bloom.
Beliefs in life work to
stake out sides,
build awareness on
how you cling to this,
as You Are also a soul
may your heart
remain open to
Be-ing Love’s Bridge!

Turbulence is energy felt,
be it from the skies
or earth below,
fear can appear with
this unrest –
as human fear can
disrupt one’s flow.
But my dear all
is not hopeless,
disruption can create
a response so vast,
you may ask – where
is loving kindness,
has compassion been
buried in ash?
Behold Love is the
Phoenix Rising,
Love is the first
flowers of spring,
after fire in a forest,
the nutrient-filled soil
grows Everything.
Discomfort is difficult
by day,
it may keep you awake
at night,
but as an awakened,
powerful soul,
beam rays of kindness
with your Light.
Remind your neighbors
of compassion,
a polarized world may
have forgot,
hurting hearts need
these reminders
to realign to what
feels lost.
Here hope and your
Strength returns,
This is a purpose that
you can share,
in a world that has
forgotten,
shine with compassion
your heart that cares!

May you receive what
Love has to offer,
this is your soul’s
love letter to you,
soak up this Truth –
You Are beloved,
honored and cherished
through and through.
As human, life does not
always provide the
nurturing and comfort
that you may need,
my dear, your soul
as Love is always Here,
you can trust This
and believe.
Ego is loud and is
incessant,
but as you fill your
tank with Love,
even ego loves this
new-found Grace
that comes from the
angels above.
Your heart is a Source
of Strength,
it beats with the rhythm
of This Truth,
as you reacquaint with
your tender heart,
remember Love is always
Home in You!

When the world is
beyond belief,
realign to what you
know as Truth,
making sense of the
world is senseless,
but beyond this world
is Love’s forever You.
Yes in your story
you will work to
find normalcy and
peace where you can,
but there is respite
in Your Awareness
that is always Here
to gently hold your
hand.
May Love’s Peace
soothe jangled nerves,
may you rest upon
angel’s wings,
may you shine your
Lights of Love to
help each other
through anything!

Your stories may be
different,
but do you not All
walk a similar path,
you as human know
there is more than
what presents as
this or that.
You share a longing
as your souls work
tirelessly to wake
you up,
Strength and Courage help
keep you going,
fueled by Gratitude
and Love.
You know beyond all
of your stories
there is a field where
you All meet,
you may not see
This Field with human
eyes,
but your heart Knows
it with every beat.
Trust your heart
upon This Journey,
Be Here in moments
of each day,
You Are joined by
All hearts beating
the same rhythm
of Love always!

Realign when Peace
is needed
to bring some balance
to the upside-down,
you may not find peace
in the world,
but You Are the Love
that makes it go ’round.
The ego expresses itself
as behavior,
reactions are a part
of human-ness,
shift to your soul
perspective to find Peace
and see Love’s Light
that forever exists.
As human you will
judge bad behavior,
but You as Soul hear
a common cry,
might you share Light
with another as the
All of You in this
challenging life.
You need not be silent
when earth’s laws
are broken,
share your voice on
what you believe,
and as a Light that
shines for Love
include All brothers
and sisters in need!

Gather Strength and
fearlessness,
these are innate and
within You,
Be supported by
loved ones near,
as Love informs what
next to do.
Your Be-ingness
is a purpose grand,
this can appear as
big or small,
trusting in your
spirit within,
is a purpose that
helps you and All.
If you feel stalled
check in with fear,
is this not a call
to heal old wounds,
with tender care listen
and then Be the Love
that nudges you
to move.
Your spirit within
knows all This Truth,
the human ego may
need some care,
sense the presence
of angels and loved
ones dear who
accompany you
Everywhere!

The barrage of life
can sometimes feel
like a torrential
pouring rain,
you seek shelter,
you prepare for
the worst,
hoping to be
safe again.
And as the skies
clear once again,
does not nature teach
you how to grow,
storms are not meant
to last forever –
might you now see
how nature glows.
Be the Light that
shimmers against
blue sky,
Be the first flower
of spring,
Be the hope of a
new day dawning,
Be the Whole of
Everything.
Be the one looking
for the rainbow,
Be all colors that
shimmer in the sun,
Be Love rising up
through any storm,
You Are All of This
as One!

Your body is a
vessel precious,
listen to what it
has to say,
emotions, feelings
get expressed –
what might you do
to honor these
today.
Past paradigms may
still be running,
working so hard
to keep you safe,
allow your breath
to reassure,
comforting your little
child always.
With Gratitude thank
your human body
that accompanies you
throughout this life,
You as soul need
body to experience
All of Itself as
Love and Light!
