you may see various
sides of you from
many mirrors,
looking back at
you.

In the human world
you live in,
experiencing a separateness
it seems,
is not relationship
the key,
to joining with Love
and
Everything?

Yes, your True Self
is One with All,
you wish to know
this inner Peace,
in Unity with
All That Is,
do you not glimpse
the You that is
free?

Yes, you love
your brothers and
sisters,
though you fight
with them at times,
is not this struggle
so you may learn,
how to Love you
with no strings
entwined.

Join in with
your True Nature,
unify with
Who You Are,
the fight you
may be fighting,
is one with you
both near and far.

Join in relationship
with Love,
there are endless
opportunities,
finding Love,
finding Peace,
is finding You
as One with Thee.

within you
that makes you
want to push
or defend,
what strikes a chord
that no longer
reflects the place
you are in.

The more attuned
you are,
the more you notice
the sharper notes,
but as all notes
make up the
Scale of Life,
might you dig
deeper into what
you notice most?

Might all of these
Songs of Life
help you to develop
your own tune,
when you harmonize
with Love,
does not Joy
fill up the room?

There are sharp and
flat notes
that are needed to make
up a scale,
find a key that resonates,
but know there are
others you can experience
as well.

At your core you are
an instrument
that is able to play
many songs,
and when you join
with others,
as an orchestra,
is not a Joy to
play along?

Keep tuning and
keep experimenting
to find what resonates
within you,
and remember there are
infinite notes that
can combine to play
a beautiful tune.

Explore the songs in
your heart
that speak the Truth
of Who You Are,
and experience all of
the limitless ways
to sing with Love
as the Love You Are!

before you believe,
sometimes belief 
takes you to what 
you know,
it matters not the 
order that transpires,
All of This is life 
experiencing Love’s flow.

Your journey is unique,
your steps are yours,
but Love is shared 
coursing through your
roots,
different languages 
may not be understood,
but the Language of Love 
is known to All of You.

Share hopes and dreams
as your knowing grows,
believe in each other,
see through to your
souls,
reach out a hand,
lead with your heart,
All of You are walking 
each other Home.

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive 
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?

Dear ones,
to bring Light to 
the world 
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you – 
a great place to start.

Be nourished by 
the trees,
marvel at a flower 
about to bloom,
allow all feelings 
to flow through you,
your human vessel 
sometimes needs 
more room.

When you are ready 
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence 
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.

These ripples flow 
even if so gently,
what does your heart 
have to say,
cut through the static 
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork 
for Peace today.

natural state 
for the ego,
might you release
trying to find Peace
in your mind.

A mind at ease may
be a temporary 
blessing,
but Peace as You 
transcends what disrupts
space and time.

You as human 
will be swayed 
by life experience,
but You as Soul 
run deeper than 
the ocean vast.

Returning Home 
is where Peace is
your State of Be-ing,
the fears or worries 
of life Here cannot
attach.

Breathe This in,
it feels familiar,
this is not new,
your eternal nature 
always guides you
from above.

You Are All of This 
as Peace is at your
center,
You Are All that 
you seek here 
as You Are Love!

does this not raise 
your vibration,
bringing you to present

This is not a directive 
to be happy,
in life happiness 
is up and down,
your innate Joy 
is You as Love
and laughter is one
of Joy’s sounds.

Be free to let soulful
music move you,
your tears speak from
deep within,
as Love’s presence 
touches tenderly,
Here is where your
connection is.

Tap into your emotions
dear one,
sense support and comfort 
from above,
even as the human world 
is chaotic,
your soul is anchored 
in Peace and Love!

If you search 
and cannot see,
see with the Eyes 
of your Soul,
if feeling lost 
know Love is
Here,
say it softly – 
I Am.

Identity in life 
can shift,
life is a rollercoaster
ride,
return to You,
regain your balance,
say it strongly – 
I Am.

The past is heavy 
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –
I Am.

You need not fix 
what is not broken,
the body does the 
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
in Gratitude 
Be
I Am.

Love reminds that 
You Are Whole,
no matter what life
sends your way,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
sing out your Truth –

who only wishes 
to be safe,
life events or 
past beliefs
may bring up angst 
that blocks your way.

Yes fear can be 
overwhelming,
but this is only one
aspect of you,
you also have 
a nurturing presence
that comforts and 
lets Love flow
through.

Spend time with this 
fearful part within you,
bring this wounded one 
to the Whole,
past experiences have 
brought you to This Now –
allow Grace and compassion 
to flow.

work together as
