Life changes and swirls
all around you,
but You Are changeless
at your core,
you may experience
wounds and pain
as human,
but your soul is well
forever more.
Every Light on earth
needs fellow Lights,
not one more or less
than anyone else,
Lights together blend
wholly as One,
helping each other
as One brilliant Self.
Love sees You as
whole and complete,
This You Are always –
have no doubt,
no matter the experiences
here on earth,
the Light You Are is
what Love is about!

Say yes to You.
You may be pulled
in different directions,
your mind thinks often
of what to do,
breathe into your
State of Be-ing,
remembering to
say yes to You.
This is not selfish
though ego judges,
wanting to control your
state of mind,
do not All win
when you align
to your True Essence –
saying yes to You.
Lead with This Light
that shines so brightly,
You Are Love eternal
through and through,
experience All in this
incarnation,
you embrace your Truth
when you say yes to You.

to be guided,
look now within at
your bright Light,
You Are part of This
guiding Force,

all through your life.
It may be ego
that you look to
when details need
to be worked out,
but your soul tends
to the bigger shifts,
your Presence knows

your human-ness is
tough as nails,
may your soft heart,
full of compassion,

are Love’s blessings,
generations pass these
on,
Love’s bonds are
so strong, connected,
ensuring Love
never fades.
A hug, a kiss
does last forever,
infused with Love
it never ends,
a goodbye is not
that in Truth –
Love is Eternal,

are you then not
better able to give,
comfort and kindness
are Universal,
beginning with you,
what might you
forgive?
Find comfort with you
today,

you may be,

Be Light as moon
above you glowing,
spread Light as rays
from the sun,
see Light within
your brother growing,
know Light as you
and your sister
Are One.
There may not be
a single instance
in this life
that unites you All,
you may share a moment
on your timeline,
you may sing together
to a favorite song.
But Light and Love
have you connected,
this goes beyond
familial ties,
acknowledge This Light
in All you See,
let your heart open
to This Truth inside.
Be Light,
it is your truest
calling,
you need not search
for this perfect gift,
see your reflection
wherever you are looking,
your Home resides
in All of This.

Ego works hard
to convince
that you are separate
and alone,
this is the premise
of the ego –
I need to struggle
and tightly hold.
When in this grip
of constriction,
fears are stoked
that one might
lose out,
ego trusts not
anyone,
certainly not the
self that feels
left out.
Love reminds and
gently soothes –
my dear you never
can be alone,
yes the world shows
here and there,
but Here is always
and forever Home.
As Love, You Are
wholly connected,
yes in life and
spirit too,
reach out to your
brothers and sisters,
know dear loved ones
accompany you.
Lean into your heart
and feel,
Here with All
may This you know –
fully supported,
embraced with Love,
soak up This Truth
and welcome Home!
