dear one,
loved ones whisper
in your ear,
your mind doubts
at times to hear this,
but your heart knows
they are near.
Bask in the comfort
of their blessing,
like a blanket
pulled up high,
Love surrounds you
always and know
they are always
by your side.
See your self as
we do see you,
your Light shines
a beacon to
our hearts that
eternally beat as one –
know forever I am
with you!

Take a break from
your egoic mind,
just one breath is
all you need,
with intention,
sense This Stillness,
Here is Love that
never leaves.
If at times you feel
disconnected,
return Home at
any time,
here on earth
noise and static
seem to rule,
but Love calms and
quiets the mind.
In This Stillness
Here You Are,
This vibration
never leaves,
tune into your
eternal Home,
Here is All
you ever need!

You need not deny your
human emotions,
but might you observe
once removed,
your egoic mind
may have reactions,
but You as Soul
are watching too.
This bit of space
can be the difference
between feeling lost
or seeing Truth,
yes, life brings myriad
experiences,
but your Peace need
not be lost too.
As an observer
there is no judgment
and might you see
with greater clarity,
looking for happiness
in the external
may set you up
with many needs.
There is a constant flow
within you,
Here is where Joy
fully resides,
open to this flow
as Love eternally
is Here inside.
This is not an either-or,
your human self needs
Love and care,
but You as Soul,
as Love’s observer,
accompanies you
always Everywhere!

Ask your angels,
loved ones and guides
to draw close and
be by your side,
do they not answer
we are always Here,
sharing as One –
Love’s eternal Light.
Is it not magical
when you ask,
opening to assistance
for any task,
does this not expand
all possibility,
allowing Vision beyond
what you think you lack.
We Are a Team,
do not doubt This Truth,
even when it feels as if
it’s only you,
as close as breath
and beat of your heart,
We rejoice in sharing
Love’s experience with You!

You Are Love’s Light,
complete and holy,
see your Self as
you are seen above,
you are experiencing
the human condition,
but You Are a shining
Beacon of Love.
As you release the
ego’s constructs,
may you sense more
of your natural flow,
the burdens of life
can feel so heavy,
return to You as
you let go.
With Grace,
see your Self
with new eyes,
as Peace,
bring what you can
to this world,
above all else,
shine in your knowing –
your Light is seen,
beloved,
revered!

Bring your best
to any moment,
perfection is not
the goal,
release attention
from expectation,
focus as each step
unfolds.
There may be surprises
along the way,
you need not judge this
good or bad,
life presents itself
and patience may be
needed for the road
ahead.
Work with your mind
to solve any problems,
look with Love when
emotions rise,
as human you will
have reactions,
but You as Soul
are Peace inside.
See where resistance
results in struggle,
focus your energy
on other ways,
let go of changing
so much around you –
experience what is,
as You today!

there is no-where that
Love is not,
Love is Here,

do you not flow
as an infinite loop,
the Love You Are
is boundless
and All You Love
flow forever

each thread is precious
Here,
there are no gaps
in This Infinite,
All You Love

the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations,
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.
Return to your clear
Seat of Knowing,
release what you
think you need,
in This Present
does your heart now
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.
Return to This
place of comfort,
as life unfolds
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever

You may feel
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up
in different ways.
You look for affirmation
to help you know
that you are doing
fine,
bumping up against
another may stir up
patterns from past
times.
With Love’s help
create a space
for these emotions
to feel at home,
you need not analyze
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul.
Return to the Center
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing
remembering
You Are Loved
always!

Love tends to you like
a beautiful flower,
nurturing, encouraging
as you grow,
sometimes your surroundings
may be challenging,
but you are supported
more than you know.
Your unfolding
happens naturally,
but you may not
always understand,
if part of you at times
feels broken,
is not new growth
ready to begin.
From tender shoot
to beautiful blossom,
all phases of You
share common ground,
You Are sustained by
roots of Love that
nourish and support
you Here and Now!
