Honor your human
emotions, feelings,
welcome them as they
flow through,
they are the body’s 
way of protecting,
but This is not 
the only you.

You as soul 
can assist 
in clearing,
transmuting what you 
no longer need,
dear body,
you need not hang onto
what can be lovingly
released.

Do not suppress
what comes up 
naturally 
in a challenging,
chaotic world,
but your soul is 
secure and ready
for you to Be This 
and observe.

Return to This 
Peace of Mind,
This is your Home
for eternity,
allow your soul to
comfort your body,
experiencing together
with harmony!

Divinely Human

You are divinity,
humanity connected,
you are a node 
in a Web of Light,
you wish to help 
your fellow traveler
as life can be a 
challenging plight.

What you open up
within you,
finds its way to 
the Collective Whole,
transformation within 
your vessel helps to
shift humanity’s 
core.

It is not wholly 
up to you to 
change the world
from its separateness,
but as your Self 
returns to You,
Here You All Are –
One and connected!

it is doing its 
very best,
you may have thoughts 
of what it should be,
sometimes putting it 
to the test.

Preferences and 
expectations 
may cloud your 
ability to see,
your body is a 
life experience,
so maybe see it 
differently.

Tune into your 
present dear one,
dropping past and 
future thoughts,
see your body as 
an dear friend
who is walking 
with you through
it all.

With Gratitude for 
All experiences that
you have shared 
with it,
embrace your body 
with your heart open,
thank this vessel 
for All of This!

dear one,
loved ones whisper 
in your ear,
your mind doubts 
at times to hear this,
but your heart knows 
they are near.

Bask in the comfort 
of their blessing,
like a blanket 
pulled up high,
Love surrounds you 
always and know
they are always 
by your side.

See your self as 
we do see you,
your Light shines 
a beacon to 
our hearts that 
eternally beat as one –
know forever I am 
with you!

All You Need

Take a break from 
your egoic mind,
just one breath is 
all you need,
with intention,
sense This Stillness,
Here is Love that 
never leaves.

If at times you feel
disconnected,
return Home at 
any time,
here on earth
noise and static 
seem to rule,
but Love calms and
quiets the mind.

In This Stillness
Here You Are,
This vibration 
never leaves,
tune into your 
eternal Home,
Here is All
you ever need!

You as Soul

You need not deny your
human emotions,
but might you observe 
once removed,
your egoic mind
may have reactions,
but You as Soul 
are watching too.

This bit of space 
can be the difference
between feeling lost
or seeing Truth,
yes, life brings myriad 
experiences,
but your Peace need
not be lost too.

As an observer 
there is no judgment
and might you see 
with greater clarity,
looking for happiness 
in the external
may set you up
with many needs.

There is a constant flow
within you,
Here is where Joy 
fully resides,
open to this flow
as Love eternally
is Here inside.

This is not an either-or,
your human self needs 
Love and care,
but You as Soul,
as Love’s observer,
accompanies you
always Everywhere!

An Eternal Answer

Ask your angels,
loved ones and guides
to draw close and 
be by your side,
do they not answer
we are always Here,
sharing as One –
Love’s eternal Light.

Is it not magical 
when you ask,
opening to assistance 
for any task,
does this not expand
all possibility,
allowing Vision beyond 
what you think you lack.

We Are a Team,
do not doubt This Truth,
even when it feels as if
it’s only you,
as close as breath 
and beat of your heart,
We rejoice in sharing
Love’s experience with You!

You Are Love’s Light,
complete and holy,
see your Self as 
you are seen above,
you are experiencing 
the human condition,
but You Are a shining
Beacon of Love.

As you release the 
ego’s constructs,
may you sense more 
of your natural flow,
the burdens of life

return to You as 
you let go.

see your Self

as Peace,
bring what you can 
to this world,
above all else,
shine in your knowing –

results in struggle,
focus your energy 
on other ways,
let go of changing

as You today!
