Tap into your Wholeness
dear one,
All of This is 
All of You,
experiment with 
every sense,
turn up the volume
with Gratitude.

What we mean by 
going within
is to light up your
energy field,
You Are a node 
in the cosmic web,
already connected,
complete and Real.

Reclaim the body as
part of This Wholeness,
it is the vessel upon 
which you ride,
it is a mirror of earthly
imperfections,
but it said yes to You
for this life.

You need not trust 
all roads to be smooth,
but believe in This 
Wonder of You,
may you trust in the
Love that animates
This Miracle that is 
Wholly You!

Perfectly You

you today.

Sometimes you ride high
as the clouds,
you may be quiet,
you may get loud,
you are as life – 
an ebb and flow,
You Are the perfect 
you today.

You need not check 
off any box,
there is no “correct” way
for you to talk,
bring All of You to 
this life of wonder –
You Are the perfect 
you today.

Make another smile,
help someone be seen,
if one is unsure,
loan them your belief,
now turn to you and 
delight in This Truth –
You Are the perfect 
you today!

Compassionate Hope

May compassion be 
what leads you,
hand in hand and 
heart to heart,
sense Love’s Strength
as awakened Light
helps dispel shadows 
that made things 
seem dark.

Love connects you with 
brothers and sisters,
do not leave anyone 
behind,
you need not change 
another’s thinking,
but Be a model of Hope –
Be compassion,
Be kind.

In a life of doing
and action,
channel what you Know
within your heart,
This Compassionate You 
has a message of Hope –
rise up together to Be
the Love You Are!

Grounded Acceptance

Chaotic energies may
swirl around you,
but do these not loosen 
what needs to heal,
as you seek grounding,
digging deeper,
does not your Strength 
invite you to feel?

This may at times 
be uncomfortable,
shining Light upon 
what once was dark,
any journey of integration
often begins with
an initial spark. 

Embracing All parts 
of you dear one
is what helps you to
see You Are Whole,
from this grounded 
acceptance of 
Who You Are – 
Love as your purpose 
naturally flows!

Beyond Measure

When energies collide,
during seasonal change
or changes in your life,
the egoic mind may 
question everything,
falling back on judgment
and a critical eye.

During ruffled times 
of tumult,
you need not convince 
ego of anything,
might your ego be 
reflecting your 
little child that 
wishes to be seen?

As an expanded 
Be-ing of Love,
might You Be reassurance
to your little self,
yes markers in life are 
what ego measures,
but unconditional Love 
is where All is Well.

Take time to remember 
You,
noticing your breath,
Be-ing in stillness Here,
You Are Loved beyond
all measure,
loved ones and angels are
holding you close, dear!

All Parts – One Whole

Do not tissue and bone 
hold lingerings of 
the past,
energy and matter 
make up you in life,
but as you are beyond 
the sum of your parts,
what might you release,
what has felt stuck 
inside?

Your body regenerates 
with amazing cells,
consciousness flows freely 
in all matter too,
as you align with Love 
as your Whole Self,
do you not create 
All parts of you anew?

This is not a mental
exercise,
accept you as human 
with quirks and flaws,
think of this as energy 
helping you let go
of past story parts 
that now with Love 
dissolve.

You may look back 
to see where you 
came from,
you may wish for 
future to look a 
certain way,
now embrace your
present Be-ing with 
All the Love You Are –
infusing every cell 
with This today!

Sharing Eternal

Energy is never-ending,
eternal Love cannot 
be lost,
here in the world 
yes there is grieving,
you miss the hugs,
you wish to call.

Eternal bonds mean 
eternal connection,
this not only flows 
from them to you,
your Love that you give
is received,
do they not light up,
as you do too.

This happens naturally
between your souls,
there is no-thing you 
need to do,
to increase awareness 
in your human story,
move to your heart,
center to You.

Yes you have memories,
cherished, beloved,
but also Here is Love
real-time,
expand awareness,
believe and know,
Beloveds are Here –
sharing One Light!

A Sacred Remembrance

May sentient trees remind
in their wholeness,
may you sense clarity
in the crisp fall air,
breathe in Gratitude 
as your heart opens,
dear remember 
Who You Are.

Never lost,
each step is 
your journey,
finding your Self 
is a remembrance
clear,
glimpses of Oneness
reveal Love Eternal,
helping you remember 
Who You Are.

Remembrance is only 
for you as human,
your soul knows 
This sacred Truth,
holy and constant is the
Love that breathes you –
This Is wholly
Who You Are!

Connected

to be connected,
as human you are
wired to seek this
out,
technology helps to
cross some bridges,
when this is gone –
face to face
wins out.

It matters not
how you seek
connection,
but dive in deep
to what connection
means,
listen to another
with compassion,
see Love’s Light in
every human being.

Power grids
light up towns
and cities,
but You Are a Light
in Love’s connected
web,
no matter the state
of infrastructure
around you,
You Are All connected
and infinitely led!

Here Love Is

you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep
within your being.

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!
