Change happens
in seconds

the day,

and then found
your way,
may Faith and
perseverance flow,

Be you.
Truth may feel
elusive at times
in life,
when in doubt
turn up your
brilliant Light,
see other Lights shining
back at you –
Be willing,
Be strong,
Be Love,
Be You!

parts that feel broken,
life is not a spectator
sport,
you are not meant
to be pristine,
a full experience is
what you came
here for.
Ego cannot fathom
Love with no strings,
call upon your soul to
Be the Witness here,
tend to any wounds
with Love’s Healing Balm,
honor and Love fiercely
what you avoid and fear.
See with the Eyes of
You as Witness,
receive This Comfort
soft as angel wings,
with no conditions
feel Love’s Embrace,
reminding Beloved,
You Are Whole
and free!

When you set aside
the stories
that have been woven
throughout the years,
do you not clear a path
to You as Love –
unconditional and
with no fear.
You need not strive
to get to this state,
it is Here –
your Essence True,
ego wraps you in its
armor believing it is
protecting you.
You seek answers from
the external,
but dear your power
is Here inside,
This Love has no conditions,
Here is All Strength that
you need in life.
Use This Light of Love
to guide you beyond
the stories that think
they are true,
unconditionally,
You Are This –
see with new eyes the
Wholeness of You!

Do something for
the Joy of it,
do no-thing for
This Joy too,
Love flows freely
with no strings,
you need not do
to Be This Truth.
Your mind analyzes
all the time,
might you shift more
to your heart,
yes use mind to
work out details,
but soul as Witness
knows Who You Are.
You wish to do the
best you can,
but You as Joy is
your Essence true,
may Be-ingness give
your mind a rest –
behold This Joy
bubbling up in you!

You wish for healing
of the past,
know consciousness
is not of time,
might you use
awakened awareness
so Light may clear
a shadow-y mind.
The mind holds and builds
intricate stories,
but always You can
re-write old scripts,
Be the Author now
awakened
and look with Love
upon All of This.
As the past lives in
mind and body,
Be This Presence and
with Love see –
what you hold onto
that was sleeping,
now as Love is able
to be free.
True forgiveness is
nothing to forgive,
may Grace enfold you
in its arms,
Be Here Now as
Loving awareness,
experiencing life as
Who You Are!

In life sometimes fuel
comes from fear,
the need to do something
just right,
you think you have things
here to prove,
that you must struggle,
needing fuel to fight.
Look with new eyes
at motivation,
what is your driving
force within,
what might you be running
away from,
instead of sensing where
to begin.
With ego comes fear –
you need not hide,
but look fear squarely
in the face,
thank it for trying to
look out for you,
and for sometimes
keeping you safe.
Welcome the fuel
of passion and Joy
that helps make any
experience Be,
behold this well-spring
never-ending,
This Fuel is Love –
infinite and free!

From the depths of grief
and despair,
is there not within
a tiny spark,
loving bonds cannot
be broken,
Love forever resides
in your heart.
Loved ones find ways
to show connection,
a sense of Presence
in a musical note,
trust and believe what
you are hearing,
awaken to what your
soul knows.
May eternal Love
restore all color
that you thought was
lost for good,
your heart holds
All colors of the
rainbow,
and All you Love are
Here with you!

as you experience
you.
Transitional times may
bring up feelings,
emotions that seem
foreign to you,
a new creation,
a page that turns –
Be patient
as you experience
you.
The world’s noise
can be alarming,
its duality pushes
and pulls,
remember, rebalance
and realign –
Be patient
as you experience
you.
Change can be cathartic
in its presence,
look lovingly with
fresh new eyes,
go with the flow,
you need not fight
this –
with loving patience,
Be the experience
of you!

wholeness,
even as you tend to
the parts of you,
your separateness has
many experiences
that your Wholeness
is witness to.
Separate parts can
be so critical,
comparisons are a
way of life,
trust your Soul
to see the Whole
of You with
unconditional
Loving Eyes.
May Love knit together
all parts of you
that were never
on their own,
you are held in this
Tapestry of Love,
always Beloved –
You Are Home!

Here with your soul
are All you Love,
you do not walk
this path alone,
in life the past and
future beckon,
but in This Present –
You Are Home.
The fog of grief can
feel so heavy,
regret is judgment of
what is past,
as human you look
for hope and Light,
dear one, within is
All of This.
Return to heart,
expand with Love,
as human yes grief
will accompany you,
but You as Soul are
always connected
to All you Love and
who so Love you!
