A Time of Transformation

Clear out the clutter
that builds up
over time,
clear out the cobwebs
that take up space
in your mind.

There is transformation
occurring
in this time of
seasonal change,
with many things
tossed upside down,
is there not an urge
to rearrange?

This need not be
perceived as
negative,
though ego loves
to keep a score,
might you find
comfort in
discomfort,
as your mind
wishes to know
more.

Always beneath
what you may see,
Love is the soil
you stand upon,
rich in its life-giving
nutrients,
are you not nurtured
as you grow strong?

Many seeds are
being planted,
others are pushing
through the dirt,
Love is the water
and Light of sun,
Love is each petal
that unfurls.

Be You in this time
of transformation,
the Heart of You
knows Here is Peace,
Love is the constant
unchanging Force,
embrace this flow,
know You Are Free!

Where Gratitude Lives

When day begins
to fall asleep,
as you look out at
the darkening blue sky,
what are the spaces
between the branches
of budding trees,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?

As Spring wakes up
to put on its show,
with the waves of green
you have come to know
so well,
does the Universe
not feel so close,
so real,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?

A new day dawns,
a gift to All,
what will you see
between the spaces
of thought –
as you sense
all space is
filled with Love,
breathe in
where Gratitude lives!

An Opening for Love

In the absence of
fear,
worry,
doubt,
or strife,
is there not more
space
to bring Joy in
your life?
With Peace surrounding
you,
does ego not look
to see where to
fill in
where you may have
unhooked
old patterns,
beliefs,
that now feel
out of date,
are you not ready
to spring forward
with the space
you have made?

It may feel
quite different,
having a lightness
in your step,
old patterns may
not want you
to open all doors
quite yet –
but with Gratitude
for all experiences,
does not Peace ensue
when you know –
you are far more
than what your
human perspective
may believe –
You Are Love,
You Are Loved,
so why not let
that Love flow?

Let Love fill up
all spaces
where ego once
ruled,
you need not have fear
looking over your shoulder
so near,
with Love as your guide,
with Joy in your heart,
can you not get used
to this way of Be-ing,
is it not a new start?

Choose Love.
Be Love.
Believe the Love
That You Are.
In every space
you can open –
you will always
find Love.

Emergence

Are there not times 
you hibernate,
much like the bears
in winter’s cold,
huddled protectively,
keeping warm,
even as the ground 
is covered in snow.

At times winter’s patience 
may wear thin,
but as you know spring 
will surely come,
may you picture 
bear cubs newly arrived,
needing to den with
mother’s warmth.

In this seasonal cycle
may you receive
much needed Love,
warmth and time 
to Be,
as every cycle continues 
to turn,
there may be times 
when change is hard 
to see.

Be as the cub newly 
emerging,
when springtime comes 
to warm your grateful 
heart,
be refreshed and curious 
for a new beginning,
the Light of Love 
shines wherever 
you are!

In Life, So Loved

In life, yes there are moments
when you feel pushed,
pulled,
left behind,
you may feel grateful 
or frustrated,
depending on your 
place in time. 

Change within ego’s 
experience may have
you looking for more 
clues,
but might you look 
where you are changeless,
the soul within,
the Whole of You.

Life’s struggles may 
be painful,
they may not make 
very much sense,
the world is a daunting 
classroom,
as you look to regain
your balance. 

What do your emotions 
tell you,
which direction do they 
point?
What is coming up 
for healing 
that a loving balm
may anoint?

You have all you need
within you,
look no further 
for This Truth,
beyond the story,
Here is Forgiveness,
You Are so Loved,
This Love is You!

Hope Arising

Does new growth
not arise,
when fertile soil 
and sun combine,
wind sweeps away 
what is not needed,
so there is room 
for what may rise.

Some plants are delicate,
others are hardy,
in eco systems they 
cohabitate,
majestic tree is host
to lichen,
or shelter for what 
might need shade.

Check your surroundings, 
what may need care,
what fertile soil might
you create?
You do not live 
in a vacuum,
you and Universe 
indeed collaborate.

Cleanse the palate,
clear your slate,
begin anew with 
the hope of spring,
be open to all 
possibility,
what new growth makes
your heart and 
your soul sing?

Gathering With Grace

Gather your self,
your breath is Peace,
return Home to what 
is True.

When you tire of 
asking what is wrong –
know Home is Love 
Here with You.

Be in This Moment
where Gratitude lives,
do not possibilities 
abound?

Ask Love to sit 
with you for a spell,
Love says yes and
loving arms surround.

Be gentle with you,
may Grace show you how,
You Are This,
Love gently reminds.

Receive, accept,
allow This Truth,
let go and let 
your Light shine!

Remember to Know

Your soul knows.

And yes, you wish
for this knowing
to enter your awareness
in your life,
the moments when 
awareness and knowing
combine,
do these not ease
the human strife?

Might you accept knowing
as a remembrance,
not as a predictor 
of the unknown,
there are life journeys 
that will unfold
with their own timing 
that you may not know.

But rest assured in
every moment,
your soul and guidance
is Here with you,
may you know Peace,
Strength and Courage
always appear with 
Gratitude.

Might you embrace your
soul’s perfect knowing,
as it sees the Whole of You,
ask to know you 
as Love does,
remember and know 
This Love is You!

Love’s Forever Bridge

Your loved ones 
see your Light,
heart to heart 
you will always be,
sometimes in this life,
difficult experiences
make it hard to see.

And though your heart
may feel broken,
it is the driving force 
for you –
you know there is 
more than this life,
as your soul guides you
to this Truth.

Remember,
reunite,
with All you Love
and hold so dear,
they are not lost,
you are together
with a forever bond
that draws them
near.

Love builds this 
forever bridge,
connecting you always
in your heart,
forgiveness paves 
this eternal road,
as you remember
Who You Are!
