it is your True Nature,

your Life Force,

to stay alive.

Life is beyond 
beginning or end,
your Strength,
your Truth 
shares this with

and know Life

Eternal You.

Soak this up

part of Love’s web,
your eternal Light,

back to you,

eternal Truth,

Let not the world 
cloud Who You Are,

so need your Light,
shine on with absolute
assurance,

Love soothes 
everything.

Breathe Love in 
and make a shift,
ask soul,

help with this.

There may be 
problems still
to solve,

Set aside the noise,
find the stillness
Here,
get quiet so Love 
is what you can 
hear.

Tune in to You,

As miles or distance

between you,
Love is as close 
as your breath,
is not your heart

supporting, helping 
you upon your path,
the Love you send is 
fully received,

Love is sent right back.

Do you not experience miracles
when you believe,

Yes, you seek all 
tools to use,
but You as Soul
have all you need,

Love sees you,
give yourself some 
gentle Grace,
release the judgments 
that you have,
do they not feel heavy
in time and space?

May your breath help 
with release,
so you may remember 
this shiny You,
the world is not 
an easy place,
but Grace and Ease
are innately You.

Soften your look as 
you now gaze
into a mirror,
looking back at
you,
may you send out 
This Gift of Love
and then receive 
what flows through 
you.

being so gentle

release all struggle 
and join with Love,

Do you not feel it opening?
What might you share 
with another,
so they may feel a 
similar thing?

Might not a touch 
of kindness
ripple and spread 
throughout the day,
it need not be 
a grand gesture,
kindness grows in 
infinite ways.

At times your soft 
and tender heart
may feel a need to
hide away,
yet know it is a 
source of Strength,
it carries you forward,
come what may.

Be in touch with 
your heart,
what might it say
or have you do,
sense Love Here,
feel your power,
your soul is Home
