How do you adapt
to new situations?

And would it not depend
on how you define
“adapt”?

The push and pull
of the world of duality,
can have you responding
and reacting to
what you see,
what you feel,
what you compare
yourself to,
if you adapt to all,
might you lose sight
of you?

But with the power
of intention,
and with the Love
That You Are,
can you not
with clear vision,
see Love both near
or far,
when seeing Love
in any experience
or situation,
are you not adapting
the situation
to make sense
with your soul?

The only change
that you may notice,
is seeing All
with the Eyes of Love,
and as You Are This,
as you can never not Be –
is Love not the adaptation
of All That Is?

Be You,
in any situation,
Be Love,
noticing All That Is,
You Are Home,
always and forever,
You as Soul,
are All of This.

The Voice of Love

Trust your intuition,
that still, small voice
that speaks within,
it is the Voice
of Strength and Truth,
always available
when you listen in.

This Voice within is
patient and kind,
it does not judge
when you let it
pass by,
you can always adjust
the dial
and tune back in
at any time.

You feel and sense
this Voice of Love,
your loved ones help you
to hear it, too,
the Voice of Love
sounds much like
your heart,
that beats to the
rhythm of their Love
that surrounds you.

Trust your intuition,
that still, loving Voice
that speaks within You –
know it,
trust and believe,
Love is Eternal
and always with You.

Silver Lining

A perfect storm
may gather slowly
or it may come
on very fast,
thunder and lightening
may dance together,
for a moment or
longer last.

And when the rain
comes pouring down,
does this release
not pave the way,
for bringing life
to what is thirsty
and to clear out
what may be
in the way?

A calm, blue sky
is oh so beautiful,
but do not clouds
add to your view,
do you not marvel
at the endless possibilities,
that the limitless sky
brings to you?

Each moment has a
purpose
and as you look
at the sky above,
be it clear or
be it stormy,
in every moment,
is there not Love?

Look for the silver lining
in any cloud
that you may see –
gather All You Are
around you,
as You Are Love,
yes, You Are Free!

the Truth
That You Are Love

Are you not aware
when you constrict,
breath is held,
tightening comes on quick,
now feel the difference
when you let go,
the release of breath
as you welcome flow.

Be aware of what ties
you in knots,
it may be small,
or something you think of
a lot,
how to release what has
you tightening up,
might you begin
by noticing
where is the Love?

Your body has feedback
for you on what
you feel,
life may bring to you
experiences you may
wish to heal,
let your breath,
your body be
a loving guide,
does not a release
to Love
help smooth out a
bumpy ride?

Sense the Love in you,
in your brothers and
sisters, too,
find the Openings of Love
that always find You,
at any moment of
any day
let go and see –
breathe in Love,
exhale Peace –
Love sets you free!

A Peaceful Place

Though parts of you
may shift and
change,
much like the rolling tide
and waves,
are you not deeper
than the ocean,
more vast than the
widest sea?

Sparkling waves reflect
the moonbeams,
or the sun on a
bright clear day,
they can race upon
the shoreline,
carving out new shapes
in the sand to play.

When you feel tossed
about like waves,
might you dive deep
to sense your depth,
there is stillness
in this quiet,
a peaceful place
where you can rest.

Your ego may seek
the rolling waves,
is this not the norm
of the human life,
but you as soul
contains the Whole,
where Peace dwells
without the strife.

Know as a wave
you may experience
the ups and downs
on the surface of life,
but as the ocean,
You Are balance,
in the depth and calm
is where Peace resides.

Be an antenna
for Love.

Do you not
know Love
when you feel it,
is there not knowing
in its simplicity?

Judgment need not
be a part
of any equation
you figure out,
as the answer
is Love,
is that not what
any question
is all about?

Let your antenna
guide you,
when given the chance,
you know the way –
knowing Love
brings loving clarity,
find Love,
see Love,
know Love,
today.

Divine Will

there is a way.

Might you align
with your
Divine Will?

What draws you in,
what ignites a spark,
what invites Joy,
what is in your heart.

But do not stop there,
bring All of You on board,
utilize your will,
inviting dreams
to unfold.

Is not will Divine
intention,
is this not how
your power builds,
do not sparks ignite
movement,
creating the way
for what is willed?

All of You
is at the ready,
why not see where
you wish to go,
ask yourself,
what do you wish for –
and with the Power of Love
let go and flow!

In the moon phase,

lake so calm,
in the precious eyes
of a baby,

At morning dawning,
all possibilities
are with you as a
warm cup you
raise,
at twilight soothing,
know All Is Well,

the Wellspring of Love,
that you are always

perceived challenges

to create with Love
what is in your heart
and in your dreams?

Step into and flow with
the Grace of Love,
You Are This,
believe in All
that you are made of,
