Love You.

When ego wishes
to pull you back
from your peaceful,
grateful state,
know that All of
You is Love,
as Love is This
and Love is That,
you may shift
your perspective
to see more clearly
through the muck,
you are constantly
evolving,
never, really,
are you stuck.

Timing is an
illusory process,
yes, you need it
when you are here –
but do not focus
on the timing,
all unfolds
even if it is
not clear.

Trust Love,
trust You,
when day begins
to when it is through,
know All Is Well
in every moment,
Love Is Here
as Love Is You.

Love You –
You Are
so very
Loved.
Inside out
or outside in,
feel Love’s embrace,
repeat,
again –
Love You.

Being Joy

Be Joy.

You need not ask
permission,
as Joy bubbles up
inside,
you may be surprised
when it is present,
you may not understand
why,
Joy need not have
an invitation
or a reason
to come through,
but as you are
Love,
as you are Spirit,
is Joy not innately
a part of You?

Do not tie Joy
to any cause,
is it not as free
as a child is,
it may bubble up
as lighter,
or as a feeling of
ecstatic bliss,
it may be as simple
as delighting in hearing
a favorite song
or a perfect note,
does not seeing nature
in all its glory,
make your heart sing
with the Joy you know?

If it is hard to
grasp Joy,
ask Joy to show itself
to you,
let Gratitude pave
the way,
to make space,
to help remind you,
to know that
you are loved
and as a child
of All That Is Divine,
Joy has never
gone away,
when you seek
will you not find?

Be Love.
Be Gratitude.
Be Joy.
Be Peace.
All of This
is
Who You Are,
Be with Joy
as you let
yourself
Be.

Your Neighbor, Yourself

If you can Love
your neighbor,
you can Love
yourself.

When you lift
the hood
on humanity,
you may wish
to close it
fast,
sometimes you
recognize yourself,
but it may not
always last.

In this life
there are comparisons,
judgements,
preferences for this
or that,
but not too far
beyond the story,
is All not You
as You Are That?

Is not Humility
an equalizer,
combining with Love
for you to see,
it is not who is
good or “better”,
All Are One
in the Eyes
of Humility.

Glean the lessons
from all experiences,
are there not opportunities
at every turn,
not to change another’s
mind,
but to look inside
at what there is
to learn.

When you turn
your pointed finger
and point it squarely
back at you,
yes, when you see
and Love your neighbor,
are you not extending
Love to you?

It need not mean
you do not have
preferences,
or causes that you
believe,
but might life unfold
a bit more smoothly,
when brothers and sisters
are who you see?

When you Love your
neighbor,
are you not loving
All parts of You?
Source resides in
All That Is,
the Power of Love
breathes All of You.

Forever Bridge

Is not your heart
a bridge,
to those you hold
dear,
with emotion,
with Love,
do you not draw
them near,
there is truly
no separation,
though in your life
you sense this
loss,
might you build
a bridge
with your loving heart,
letting love lead
you across?

With Love you are
always connected,
yet your five senses
may question this,
life around you looks
oh so different,
and there is so much
that you miss –
but your heart
knows the Love
story,
that has no beginning
and thus no end –
is it not Love
that draws you close,
and with Love
do you not meet
again?

Love is the bridge
that connects your
precious ones
to you,
there is no need
to cross any chasm,
that you think may
separate you,
you are always together,
feel with your heart
that this is True,
through emotion
and with Love,
are they not One
with You?

Once you are aware
of this Forever Bridge,
do you not delight
to see –
the bridge is always
in your heart,
together, yes,
you will always
Be.

Step into your
magnificence
and let your soul
roar.

You know this
when you hear it,
feel it,
experience it
as your own,
you recognize it
when it reverberates
from the Strength
of another soul.

You All are in this
space together,
to experience Love’s ripples
far and wide,
when Love lifts
One,
as you are connected,
might you All
enjoy the ride?

Stand up,
let your voice
be heard,
be a trumpeter
for Love,
each experience
is unique,
but there are
Truths that
express in words.

When you honor
this Truth,
with your own experiences
that you face,
is this not when
the Joy of Love
lifts you up
from any painful
place?

Step into your
magnificence
and let your soul
roar,
with self-compassion,
Strength and
Courage,
You Are Free
as your spirit
soars!

Time may stretch
before you
or behind you,
but does not Love
stretch across
all time?

All Love is with you
in this moment,
and All you Love
are with You
now.

Your heart,
your soul
knows this is true,
even as your companion
grief reminds
you are human, too.

And Love Is Here.

Love Is present
in this moment
or stretched across
all space and
time,
Love Is Eternal,
never-ending,
All Is Love
and
All Is Divine.

Daring

Change your view,
turn up your Light,
shine it on areas
that may no longer
feel “right”,
you are in the perfect
place to Be –
looking within helps
you to see
another perspective,
a different avenue,
do you not smile,
knowing all roads
lead back to You?

But you need not be
static in your
identify,
are you not expansive
and every possibility,
the Force that breathes
you
is what the Universe Is –
and are you not a
beautiful part of
All Of This?

Change your patterns
that have moved you
along,
do not be afraid
to sing a different
song,
sometimes baby steps
are how you need
to walk,
but might you fly
when you let go
of limiting thoughts?

Change your view,
turn up your Light,
let Love invite you
to hug yourself
so tight,
let Love brightly
color everything
you see –
dare to be every color
in the rainbow,
magnificently!

With Ease

Adapt.
Be flexible.
Might you be
malleable enough
so that Love
may find a way
to help you
move with
and glide with
ease?

Do you not adjust
to your physical
surroundings,
are you not able
to walk on land,
then in the water
might you float
or propel yourself
with your hands?

You make adjustments
constantly,
based on where your
body may be,
might you tune into
your soul
and make adjustments
accordingly?

Let Love be the ocean
that you swim in,
Love is the air that
you breathe,
is Love not where
you sense Eternity,
do you not feel
the Flow of Love
when there is Grace
and Ease –
why not get comfortable
with Peace,
knowing Love is
where you can
simply Be.

Adapt.
Be flexible,
let Love show you
all ways –
you have infinite choices
to make,
might you choose
with Love,
always,
step away from right
or wrong,
are they not markers
to continue on,
step into the the
Flow of Love,
that always
flows through You!

Showing Up

might be –
show up, today.

And might showing up
be the perfect place
to start,
but what do you show up
to share,
might you share
what is in your
heart?

Might you shine with
what begs to play,
this Light in you
that lights the way,
Be Light,
Be Love,
in a playful way,
show up, today.

Do not be afraid
to play
and might you be loving
in what you say,
tell someone
that you think
they are fabulous,
today.

Does not the energy
lighten up,
when expectation
you release,
other than showing up
with Love,
is all not possible,
are you not free?

Be Free to
Be You
and what is the
first thing you
might do?
Show up as
Who You Are –
Being Love,
Being Courageous,
Being You.

Where Gratitude Lives

When day begins
to fall asleep,
as you look out at
the darkening blue sky,
what are the spaces
between the branches
of budding trees,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?

As Spring wakes up
to put on its show,
with the waves of green
you have come to know
so well,
does the Universe
not feel so close,
so real,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?

A new day dawns,
a gift to All,
what will you see
between the spaces
of thought –
as you sense
all space is
filled with Love,
breathe in
where Gratitude lives!
