Are not the very obstacles
in your path,
the ones that help
you find Grace
and ease,
when what you have tried
feels like going uphill,
why not change course
in surrendering?

Surrender need not mean
giving up,
does it not invite you
to give in,
lean into your authentic
self,
you have the Strength
within –
in surrendering.

Breathe in the Grace
that flows with ease,
create the space
for you to Be,
let spirit help
for you to see,
is there not Love
in surrendering?

You may still slip
finding your way,
know Love lifts you
up
in so many ways,
grab the hand that
is Here with you
everyday –
Be the Love
in You,
in surrendering.

but does not that invite
you to find Peace,
discordant energy,
planet alignment,
may have you seeking
comfort and ease.

Have faith that you
always find your balance,
moving awareness
to Who You Are
and know that sometimes
there is clearing,
a chance to add Light
to what is in the dark.

Welcome all aspects
of you,
surrounding Love around
it all,
when you stir things up,
let the dust settle,
and take a new look
at you now.

Create anew,
keep moving forward,

with Gratitude,

with Love shining

When your thinking mind
gets tied into knots,
patiently your soul
smooths out each
strand,
when you lead
with your soul,
might you see

and understand?

Here
with you as you
try on new things,
the journey that you
share
is full of surprises
with what life brings.

Your soul will help
you glean
many insights and
meaning from
this life,
and when you
step back a bit
to trust,
might soul help
you deal with
perceived strife?

Let your soul be
your comfort,
as You remind you
Who You Are,
you have a built-in
connection to Source,
as your soul is the
light
of a million stars.

as you take your

feel there is friction,
between human
and soul,
might this be your
protective ego,
not really wanting
to let go.

Might you observe
beyond any judgment
and work together
as a team,
when All of You
is onboard together,
are you not able to
create what you
may dream?

Let experiences bubble up
to inform you,
that Love is needed
here,
the healing balm of Love
is powerful,
is it not able to allay
any fears?

With Gratitude might you
embrace
opportunities that come
your way,
what may feel sharp
can always be made smoother,
when Love can have
its say.

As human you may
need reminding,
that Love is in
every space with
you,
yet, as a soul you
remember,
all Strength and
Peace reside

there is connection,
do you not feel
Love

that Love has been

Your human awareness
longs for connection,
but does not your
soul already know –
you are part of this
Force of Love,
and Love always knows
where to go.

A single prayer,
a gathering close,
Love finds a way
through thick or
thin,
with intention
and Love in your heart,
direct This Love

within.

Bear no strings
or outcomes thought,
All That You Are
is All Love Is,

is it really new

there is a space

comfort
and for Peace
to Be?

I am your breath,
I am the Light
that you may be
in search of,
I am the Knowing
in your heart,
I Am You,

share what you have
to tell,
know that Everything
Is Love,

within you
that makes you
want to push
or defend,
what strikes a chord
that no longer
reflects the place
you are in.

The more attuned
you are,
the more you notice
the sharper notes,
but as all notes
make up the
Scale of Life,
might you dig
deeper into what
you notice most?

Might all of these
Songs of Life
help you to develop
your own tune,
when you harmonize
with Love,
does not Joy
fill up the room?

There are sharp and
flat notes
that are needed to make
up a scale,
find a key that resonates,
but know there are
others you can experience
as well.

At your core you are
an instrument
that is able to play
many songs,
and when you join
with others,
as an orchestra,
is not a Joy to
play along?

Keep tuning and
keep experimenting
to find what resonates
within you,
and remember there are
infinite notes that
can combine to play
a beautiful tune.

that speak the Truth

to sing with Love
