Your Be-ingness
is where Love
dwells,
let your awareness
of this state

You Are Grace,
You Are Peace,

Home,
when you see You
with your own
eyes.

Let yourself
simply Be Love,
Be This
wherever you go.
Be Light,
Be Hope,
Be You
this day,
in the knowing
You Are Loved so.

May the Essence
of Spring
rise up in You,
as you look around
from a different
point of view,
what you thought
what might lay
dormant,
now knows exactly
what to do,
let your Light shine,
let your Love glow,
You Are renewed.

And has not Love
been Here
no matter the season
you are in,
this is not new,
though you may feel
you are beginning again,
are you not a series
of cycles,
with no beginning
and with no end –
refresh,
renew,
re-emerge
again.

May your Essence
of Love
rise up in you,
may it spill,
overflowing,
embracing all
who see You,
see yourself
in this moment,
knowing the Love
That You Are,
You Are the
Light that you
are seeking,
You Are your
own shining star.

Refresh,
renew,
celebrate the
rebirth of You,
as You Are Love
in every moment,
rejoice in the
Miracle of You!

Be a part
or Be the Whole,
does your heart
not bridge
them both,
an individual aspect
of the Loving One –
yes, you can express
your own opinion,
but even as you speak
with your own voice,
is there not always
a loving choice,
that you can choose
to speak about?

What do you choose
to Be today,
for you can choose
what role you may play,
a multitude of expressions
are at your fingertips,
do not emotions
sometimes feel limitless,
but be they high
or be they low,
or wherever your
experiences go,
do they all not
ultimately
help you Be with Love?

Be a part
or Be the Whole,
does not Be-ing Love
help you to know,
Love Is You,
Love Is We,
even when you feel
only “me”,
with Love you
cannot help
but Be –
Wholly,
Holy,
Love.

A Force of Love

What moves you?

What helps you rise

another day,

what bubbles up

inside that wishes

to play,

there is a life force

that you are

aware of –

does not your Strength

come from this

Force of Love?

It matters not

how much sleep

you get,

when Love moves

through you,

You Are a powerful

moment,

your self may not

believe

how very powerful

you are,

is this not when

you remember the

Truth of

Who You Are?

Do not dim

or hide the Light

in You,

let it flow naturally

to Be in All

you do,

when you lead

with Love,

is it not with ease

that you accept

the Truth –

Love is the Force

that lights you up

and flows through

You.

Let Love move you

through this blessed

day,

let Joy show you

how to laugh

and play,

your life force

is One that helps

you discover –

you share this Love

with all of your

sisters and your

brothers.

In any space,

at any place,

do you not shine?

And when your Light

touches another,

when you see past

any point of view,

is not your reference

point the same,

when you connect

with the Heart of You?

Each set of eyes

may tell a story

and look a different

shade or hue,

but when you look

with the Eyes of Love,

are you not looking

right at You?

Do you not sense

a familiar connection,

when you look for

this loving Light,

it may be hidden

behind some armor,

you understand this

need for flight,

but ground yourself

in Mother Earth

and reach for the

endless sky,

You Are All of This

that always

supports you,

as You Are a

Shining Light.

In any space,

at any place,

and though you

experience linear

time,

the Love in You

is limitless –

embrace your

loving Light

and let it shine!

Love’s Glow

A beam of Light

finds its way

through a window –

it may be Sun,

it may be Moon,

it matters not

what lights a room,

when there is One,

are there not more,

can Light not open

any door?

And cannot One

Beam of Light,

brighten up the

darkest sky,

when Light refracts,

do you not see,

all of the colors

that Light can be –

you may choose your

color,

but do you not know,

it is All colors combined,

that make Light’s glow?

You Are the beam,

You Are the sun,

You Are every color

that makes up One

bright shining Light

that is Love’s glow

and in your heart,

yes, this you know.

So shine on,

fellow Lights,

shine your Beam

of Love,

with your starlight,

a Beam of Light

always finds its way,

shine your loving Light,

Be Love today.

A hint of green.
The promise of new growth emerging,
as a tiny leaf peeks out
from a dormant branch.

New growth
emerging,
unfolding.

Without question these leaves
know what to do.
Without doubt,
knowing.

You look around and see the greening,
as it works its way up the mountain,
with the perfect timing of spring.
New growth,
emerging,
unfolding.

Your journey can feel like
this budding leaf,
peering out,
testing the waters,
making sure that
all is right
and okay.

But the leaf does not question
to keep growing or not.
The leaf knows what to do,
without doubt,
without question,
knowing.

Your soul here and now –
is unfolding like the leaf,
peeking out
from this physical body.

Your soul is
growing,
emerging,
unfolding.

Shedding these dense layers
you have wrapped around
yourself,
without question,
without doubt,
knowing.

Let your love and beauty unfurl.
There is no question
to the perfection
of You.
Ever-growing,
emerging,
unfolding.

It is the perfect timing
of You.
