Life often stumbles
into chaos,
the world is known 
for this and more,
what to do when 
no-thing makes 
much sense,
tune in and 
find the Love.

Love is where Truth
sits in wonder,
you need not figure 
out the world,
Be Love’s moment 
beyond time that 
ticks by –
Be Here and 
find the Love.

What arises amidst
the crumbling of 
what you thought 
was true,
Be the One ready 
to create a path
that invites – 
come find the Love.

A million Lights 
are ready to shine
along with another 
million more,
it matters not the numbers 
you think you need,
All Lights – 
come Shine This Love.

In between the 
earthly spaces 
is where infinity 
flows free,
stand up,
stand tall,
Be seen as Truth,
Illuminator –
You Are This Love!

This Healing Space

Use your breath to 
clear out daily,
you have within 
the tools you need,
life is a lot and
can push buttons 
that keep alive 
old past beliefs.

Dive down deep and 
ask to come up 
any sensation that 
may feel old,
as a child navigating 
life,
you may have believed 
what you were told.

Your present breath is 
your secret weapon,
it holds All Truth and
Love with no strings,
create a safe space 
for your little self
who may be still afraid 
of some things.

In the Arms of Love 
now dear one,
bathe All of You 
with tender care,
your breath initiates 
this healing space
that is Here and 
Everywhere!

An Effortless Flow

Your Strength is Here,
Love says with promise,
it is within your 
every breath,
you need not travel far
to find it,
Love knows as human 
you may forget.

Ego’s harsh words and 
its judgments 
are working hard 
to keep you small,
life can make you 
feel invisible,
but your soul longs 
to answer Love’s call.

May your burdens 
begin to lift,
your Strength is not 
to take it all on,
as you reclaim your 
beautiful Voice,
do not the angels 
sing along.

May Love’s Presence 
fill up spaces that 
you thought life 
had carved out,
there is no-thing in 
you that’s missing – 
All Love is in 
This Moment now.

Love flows effortlessly 
through you dear one,
much like the fish 
in an ocean deep,
you naturally move 
with Love’s energy,
You Are All of This
and free!

You may sit and 
meditate,
you may walk on 
nature’s paths,
you may stop a second
to remember breath – 
Be Here with Love.

It takes but a 
single second
in your life of 
linear time,
but know beyond 
limitations you set,
eternally – 
You Are Here 
with Love.

When life’s drama 
rocks the boat 
you are riding in,
remember You Are 
the ocean too,
expand to You
a single breath 
will do –
yes You Are Here 
with Love.

These are tools 
you use when ego
comes to call – 
as human you 
know this well,
crack open the door
to You as soul – 
welcome Home,
always Here 
with Love!

Your Compassionate Heart

the wind to calm,
to find the Strength 
to carry on,
expand beyond the
world you see
to remember 
You Are infinity.

Find your balance in 
a world so harsh,
express your Light
be it in words or
art,
Love’s ripples flow
in the every day,
as you listen to 
or help one find
their way.

Share your compassionate
tender heart,
This is the Strength 
that Love is all about,
Be the counter-balance 
to a world on edge,
say yes to Love to be
so gracefully led!

With Threads of Steel

Moment now,
call upon Gratitude
to make this shift,
as you do your 
best in life,
when life feels heavy,
Love is Here 
to lift.

Love has guided you
through difficult times,
this is not your first
rodeo,
Love’s Grace is woven 
between threads of 
steel,
you as human and spirit
make up This Whole.

Lift up Fellow Lights –
their Light is yours,
might you All shine 
so All may see,
know Peace is always
Here right now,
go forth today and 
as you do – Be!

Nature’s Strength

Draw Strength from 
nature all around 
you – 
majestic tree or 
a tiny plant,
beloved mountains 
rise to greet you,
a forest path is 
heaven-sent.

Even in cities 
Mother Earth is 
present,
materials come from 
Her here,
technology may shift 
how She presents,
but All come from 
what is gathered 
Here.

Life can create a
feeling of disconnect,
but Know that You 
are part of This Whole,
you with nature are 
creations of Benevolence,
of Love that is One 
with your soul!

This Infinite Flow

Love flows freely 
through your heart,
all that you seek
is Here within,
your Presence fills
all human spaces,
with no beginning 
and with no end.

This Infinite Flow
is your foundation,
a place where you 
can safely rest,
Here is where you 
belong dear one,
there is no test that
you must pass.

Angels, guides and 
spirit flow through 
you –
trust that they are
Here now,
you can stop trying 
oh so hard to 
figure out the 
why and how.

Here is Home always
within you,
sense This Peace that
you do know,
re-attune to Who You Are –
always a part of 
This Infinite Flow!

A New Direction

When your path 
changes direction, 
take a moment 
to settle in,
you have All you 
need within you –
so that a new path 
may begin.

Life unfolds 
continuously,
you adjust in 
time and space,
a shift in life need
not throw you
off course,
the bigger picture 
is not a race.

Have there not been 
many times when a
silver lining sparkled
in the clouds,
does not a new direction 
present itself in the midst
of worry and doubt.

With Gratitude that 
empowers you
step forward with Love’s
ease and Grace,
welcome what the Universe 
brings to you – 
allow Love and Joy
to lead the way!

Your Brave Heart

Let Love heal your
wounded heart,
relationships can begin
at birth,
your younger self may
have some scars
that can affect how 
you live and learn. 

Energy has a way 
of cycling through,
might you allow it 
to let you know – 
now is a perfect time 
to release what has been 
keeping you from 
your flow.

Check into beliefs 
that no longer fit,
ego loves routine 
and habits made,
but as You Are a 
creative Force,
know your soul says –
come let us create.

Be You proactive 
instead of reactive,
you need not wait 
for a perfect time,
link arms with all of
your past selves,
your brave whole heart
is now ready to shine!
