reach out, connect 
with other Lights 
to see,
there may be despair 
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love 
is a safe place to Be.

Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,
you may steel yourself 
to weather times of 
struggle,
but tenderness is what 
the world so needs.

You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded 
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love 
as you walk through

now is blue,

now green to life,
seasonal change helps

of color,
so many layers

honor all paths that
you have travelled,

Judgment follows 
in life’s footsteps,

critical thought,
dance and relish in

Life is full of 
imperfection,
how else can you 
try things on 
for size,
keep what delights 
and satisfies,
amazing human –

See your self in

to stay afloat,
Love is the ocean,

breathing with the trees,

Humanity’s Web,
helping to reinforce

There may be sides 
in the human story,

either this or that,
but heart-based Lights
are always connected,

Ego scans for fear 
and loves to fight,
yes you as human 
will stand for belief,
but You as soul know 
a bigger picture,

you have no power,

abound.

Turn up your Light – 
shine it in and out,
sense All connections 
that make up This You,
You Are your ancestors
that know life can be 
a lot for you to get 
through.

Tune into eternal connections 
with spirit,
loved ones, guides and 
angels are by your side,
life may have you tightening
your seat belt,
but Love is Here 
with you on

is your Peace
