Heart to Heart

The Love you share 
is Everlasting
with loved ones who
physically are not here,
beyond precious memories
you hear their voices,
they leave surprises 
to show they are 
near.

This infinite Love 
connects through 
the heart,
eternal bonds are formed
with This Love,
believe and know 
you are loved, supported
and know you send 
your Light above.

This loving exchange 
is a two-way street,
your Love, your Light
fuels this connected
web,
know you and loved ones 
keep Love flowing,
for the good of All,
you feel your heart
say yes.

Heart to heart with
hand in hand,
This Love transforms 
what may feel 
dark,
with intention connect
with loved ones now,
your Love together 
grows Love’s 
eternal spark!

Grounded, Expanded

Ground your self 
with roots strong
and deep,
you arise from 
Mother Earth,
not afraid of 
dirt, debris.

Expand your Self 
to your essence,
All You Are,
you are Light 
reflecting Truth,
made up of a 
billion twinkling
stars.

Sense your Strength 
of All That Is,
integrated into 
this life,
live your passion,
speak your Truth,
guided by Love’s 
holy Light.

In your Wholeness
Be You now,
fearless as majestic
tree,
grounded, expanded,
Here You Are,
a child of Love,
forever free!

A Greater Purpose

It may be hard 
to see a bigger 
picture,
details at hand 
often distract,
you as human tend
to look so closely,
you as soul 
know when to 
step back.

Might there be 
a greater purpose
forming,
though the road 
may look bumpy 
and rough,
You Are Here 
at these crossroads
dear one,
call on your Courage 
if the going gets
tough.

You are steel and 
cotton combined,
this is the way of 
your inner chi,
you have a heart
that listens with 
compassion,
you have Strength 
when power is 
what you need.

Be true to Self 
even when you 
are unsure
of what next steps 
you need to take,
Be a spiritual warrior
for Love,
Be-ing the best human 
in choices that 
you make!

Take good care 
of your self,
in the ebb and flow 
of life,
anger, frustration, 
the fog of grief
can do much 
to dim your 
Light.

But do not leave 
strong emotions 
behind,
when they arise 
sit with them dear,
bring these shadows 
to the Light
so you may see with 
vision clear.

Life is an exploration,
a journey,
some days move forward,
sometimes they pause,
bring your self comfort,
Be Here fully,
Love walks with you 
throughout it all!

A Living Meditation

Is not your life 
a meditation,
you and soul 
together here,
there is no line
where one begins 
and there is no end
my dear.

You Are All 
of This 
as One,
be open to 
the parting 
of the veil,
your separateness 
is one perspective,
but You as Spirit 
know All is Well.

Be open, porous
in time and space,
Be Here for the 
miracles that 
delight you,
seeing life as 
a meditation
helps you tune 
into the Whole 
of You!

Be the Wish

While in the 
present moment,
what from the past 
sneaks up behind,
what is monitoring 
the future,
working to control 
so you can be fine.

The world is upside-down,
this is its function
and its role,
working from your 
inside-out
is a worthy path 
for you and your
soul.

Be the Best You 
you can be,
with your uniqueness 
fully intact,
your soul experiences 
this All,
one part of the Whole
embracing this or that.

Take each day as a 
new creation,
let go of old beliefs that
think you “should,”
say yes to your heart
that longs to be free 
of “oh I wish I could.”

Be the wish you 
ask for often,
Be You Now 
as only you can,
the world needs 
your Voice,
your inspiration,
stand tall 
and state –
I Am!

in your breath,
Be This now,
Be You soul,
may human-ness 
take a break,
Be still,
Be Peace.

Is this not 
your soul calling,
yes do what 
there is to do,
but return to 
your Be-ing,
Be You,
Be Peace.

Be Love in the
mandane,
Be Strength
beyond the storm,
You as stillness 
are a Force,
Be True,
Be Peace.

Stand up for 
your Truth,
know that Love 
believes in you,
Be Still,
Be Love,
Be You,
Be Peace.

Have faith,
believe,
trust and know – 
your loved ones
are with you 
wherever you go.

Your life is a journey 
that is shared 
by All,
no matter where 
you travel,
loved ones still 
will call.

They visit your
dreams,
in your heart you 
know this,
special moments 
and milestones
they would never 
miss.

But it is in the 
small moments,
when you least 
expect,
do you not sense 
their Presence
as close as your
breath?

It is very difficult,
as human you miss 
them most,
but know always 
dear one,
they love to  
be close.

Forever bonds that
are formed,
will never dissolve
or break,
souls honor their
promises
that are lovingly 
made.

Continue your journey
that unfolds day 
by day,
with the knowing 
that Love walks 
beside you,
always!

The Miracle of Gratitude

May the miracle of Gratitude
flow through your heart,
begin with the smallest 
of things to start.

This moment before you
and all that unfolds,
invites you to Presence,
stepping into Love’s flow.

Your heart may be aching
from losses you feel,
but your heart flows
with Love,
that washes and heals.

May Gratitude, Strength 
and the Courage of Love
sustain and encourage with
support from above.

Sing with the angels,
believe in This Truth,
when clouds try to darken,
turn up the Light in You.

May the miracle of Gratitude
help you see what is clear – 
You Are This Truth,
so precious and dear!

Rising Strength

Call on your
Strength and Courage 
to rise up to 
greet you,
these are innate 
and accessible,
no matter what you 
go through.

Stand tall in your 
Truth,
look within to 
find growth,
look around and 
stand up for what 
your passion knows.

With so many beliefs 
in the world so vast,
there will be disagreement – 
duality is this or that.

Sometimes there is a 
line 
that you will not 
cross,
find ways to engage
without insults 
to toss.

The healing of hearts
sometimes takes a 
rocky road,
join Love to help raise
what appears to 
implode.

Here is where 
Strength and Courage
rise up to Be You,
your Voice and 
your Heart will help
see you through.

Love is You
dear One,
Be your passion,
your Truth,
Love is Here 
by your side,
no matter what 
you walk through!
