Trust in Love.

You read this much,
you know This Truth,
but you may balk when
it comes to you,
as You Are All 
That Is –
Trust in Love.

The world is chaotic,
upside down,
you wonder why 
you are around,
no matter where 
you think you are –
Trust in Love.

Your presence speaks 
to other souls,
you need not understand
what your soul knows,
with perseverance,
with acceptance –
Trust in love.

Love validates at times
to show you,
but ride Faith’s wings
when you are not sure,
believe to know,
know to believe,
trusting in Love 
is 
trusting in You!

Relax

Relax when you sense
constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in 
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All 
will be alright.

Your egoic body 
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul 
exists beyond what 
your story tells you.

Do your best in 
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self 
is ready to soar 
and fly!

Your Strength of Heart

Your heart emits Love’s
flowing vibration,
though egoic thoughts
can make it close,
with awareness and 
realignment,
it naturally reopens 
integrating flow.

With attention and 
intention,
this opening happens 
in a snap,
you need not study 
to find out how,
simply breathe in 
and You Are That.

This is not a guarantee
that life will unfold
in a certain way,
but with an open heart 
of Love,
is there not possibility
in myriad ways?

Be heart-centered,
keep it open,
it is so much stronger
than you know,
Be aligned with This 
vibration,
Here All is Well 
within your soul!

A Beautiful Collective

Collective connection 
means All of You 
are together and One
with All of Us,
it is the human construct
that believes 
separation is why
you feel lost.

You do not seek and
work in a vacuum,
this human condition
is felt by All,
we all delight when 
awareness builds,
helping you realize 
You Are not small.

Life can feel like 
a solitary journey,
but open and bask in 
This Collective Light,
This Light illuminates 
your path,
as you share with All 
your Beautiful Light!

Clearly, Strength

Question your thoughts,
yes poke holes through
them,
they are not as in stone
as you think,
thoughts have woven
many stories,
but they do not create
Everything.

Let intuition be a 
barometer,
be aware of expectations
made,
expectation is a fuel
for ego,
must have or should 
are words ego would 
say.

Be flexible and be willing
to change your thoughts
and patterns as you 
question this,
the Universe,
your soul may chart
a more extraordinary path
exploring All of This.

Routine may be needed
in a chaotic world,
but also be open 
to another way,
listen wholly to your
still, small voice,
its clarity and Strength 
are guiding you always!

you are working out,
big or small or what 
it is about,
when you need a 
sounding board,
Love is listening 
and always Here.

Answers may come 
from another source,
you may know to wait
trusting your Self more,
either way you are 
not alone,
Love is listening 
and always Here.

Be it ebb or flow,
sense Love’s vibe
within,
go to Love’s stillness 
to quiet the din,
Be open to what you
may sense or feel,
Love is listening 
and always Here.

Be patient with 
no outcomes in 
mind,
let go of your perceived
timelines,
in This Now moment
you have All you need –
Love is forever listening
and always Here!

Love Sees You

Do not hide your
beautiful Light,
Love beckons you 
to step on out,
are you not lighter
when you release
what has made you 
question what 
you are about.

In your soul and 
in your heart,
you have a knowing  
that believes This Truth,
this authentic You that 
is filled with Joy,
wishes to express 
the fearlessness 
in you.

You need not run 
from your past,
let the future unfold –
you will know what 
to do,
lean into All possibility,
say yes to your heart,
your passion,
You.

Dear beloved child
of Love,
walk with your Light
illuminating your way,
fellow Lights acknowledge 
and see you,
see your Self,
Home with Love,
always!

Everywhere, Light

Even in the depths 
of winter,
Love’s Light is Everywhere 
at once,
the stars above sparkle 
so clearly,
the sun shimmers on
new-fallen snow.

You may withdraw 
in hibernation,
is this not a perfect 
time to rest,
but have no doubt 
the Love from your
heart,
is felt by others 
needing kindness.

Light returns ever
so slowly,
turn yours up 
to add to This,
even in darkness
Light is glowing,
ever-present 
in your 
eternalness!

A Simple Yes

Open your heart,
say yes to Love,
Love has been Here
all along,
life situations can make
you doubt,
but you have never 
been alone.

You may feel 
battered, bitter,
bruised,
sometimes you are 
hardest on your
self,
with the help of 
loved ones, guides
and angels,
is it not your turn 
to forgive and heal?

Unconditional Love wholly
flows through you,
open and sense what 
this feels like,
does this not spark
what has always 
been Here –
are you not now shining
your beautiful Light?

Forgiveness is an 
inside job,
release the judgments
you place upon you,
believe when loved ones
let you know –
yes We Are always 
Here with you.

A simple yes is 
all you need,
a bit of willingness
to open what is closed,
allow Love to do what 
it does so well,
dear One,
You Are Loved 
more than you know!

You are cherished 
as you are,
may you see you 
as we see,
the human story comes
with experiences
that help All evolve
and Be.

Trust this inner presence
and know perfection
is not the goal,
whilst in human form
life goes up and down,
but always constant 
is your soul.

Be present with 
your spirit,
make the most of life’s 
unfolding time,
showing up with an 
open heart and 
willingness to Love 
is sacred, Divine. 

Begin with you,
be generous with 
compassion for you
today,
spirit, loved ones,
guides and angels
accompany You,
Everywhere,
Always!
